I got my BoxyCharm august 2021 and one of the products was completely open and spill all over and was all over my mail. I have a photo of you would like to see.. I have tried contacting boxy staff but with no avail.

This site has sadly went downhill after they sold it. The writing even is cringy, all the people that used to chat and be in the comments has left. .pathetic

I love how Boxy promotes all of these items I’d love to get (FAB, Kate Somerville) and then I don’t get any of them and instead get a box full of AliExpress garbage, Rockins black mascara and false eyelashes. I must have missed choice last month. I used to love the surprise each month but now it’s just always a disappointment.

Same. I’ve been with boxy about 8 years, no skipping, all boxes since launch….and they should mow just be called ipsycharm. Selling it to ipsy was the worst decision for customers jose ever made.
I am sick of choice always sold out after 20 minutes of going live, and you cant even pick “choose for me ” then you just get junk and so much skincare crap (like ipsy that sends no name skincare because its cheaper)
