Has anyone received this box yet?

I received my May box over the weekend and it’s actually a really good box. I especially love the 2 oils sent in this one. I chose the bamboo cutlery set. It’s very nice.

Looks like this box is not shipping out until, at the earliest, the end of July.

It’s almost July and May box still hasn’t shipped. Time to add a warning on here about fulfillment issues

They have always been slow to ship, but they are now moving at a turtle’s pace. I have not received my May, June, and now we have made choices for July. Plus I sub to their quarterly, Seasonal Box. The Summer Box has not shipped yet either. We will be lucky to see it by Christmas.

The item in question is one I picked in February. I understand things happen but 4 months later and they still can’t deliver what was promised? It’s beyond frustrating. It’s available on the vendor’s website,I could buy it on Amazon and have it tomorrow. I have no clue what the hold-up is but I feel like I’m getting the run-around.

I love these spoilers but not sure if I should order. Does this sub have a bad reputation?

I’ve read about a lot of the other issues people have had with shipping times but I suppose I have been lucky as I think there has only been one box that was a couple weeks late. My summer box shipped a few days ago.

I like the box… when it comes. I received a notice my spring box was shipping on 3/31 with tracking info. When I reached out to customer service in May they said there was a vendor delay and one of the items I chose hadn’t arrived yet. They said they expected it in within a few weeks and I could wait or accept a substitution – I chose to wait. Reached out last week again because it had been over a month, and they said it still hasn’t arrived. I didn’t want to wait any longer (I’d like to get my spring box before my summer one), so they said they would give me the alternate item and ship it. Been almost a week since then and my box still hasn’t moved.

I signed up for an annual sub last fall when they started the seasonal box. I will not be renewing. Lesson learned.
