Choices close on June 30, so let's take a look at all you can use to pamper your pup!

Double Deluxe Box — At $22 for a one-time purchase or $17 if you make it a recurring BarkBox add-on (23% off), the double deluxe offering does exactly what the name implies. It doubles the amount of goodies packed in for your pup!

Bright chew and toothpaste combo — Spend $30 for a one-time purchase or $25 if you sign up for a monthly delivery (that's 17% off) to treat your dog's teeth.

Pupsicle — What's red, white, and blue and got doggy drool all over? This vanilla-scented nylon popsicle-shaped toy! Well, it would be if you think the $10 price tag is worth it.

Swimming Pull — Made from nylon and rubber, this toy for tuggers is $10 if you opt to add it on to your BarkBox in July.

Water "Bomb" — Finally, a water balloon they can't pop ... or at least have to work at? Priced at $10, this add-on features a nylon cover wrapped around a rubber toy.

Mutt Lovers Pizza — The next-best thing to stealing a slice off the counter when you're not looking? On of the most budget-friendly BarkBox add-ons at $6, the mutt lovers pizza slice is made for pups who love the sound of a toy crinkling.

Tropicool Bandanna and Drink Jacket — A BarkBox add-on for the humans? Sort of! The bandanna's for your pooch, but the drink jacket goes on your (let's face it, probably shared) water bottle. Total price: $7.99 for the set.

Flea & Tick Collar — The Bark-branded flea tick collar promises six months of protection for $19.99.

Breezy Beach Flyer — Nylon with a rubber lining, this flying toy is $10 if you add it on to your BarkBox in July.

Essentials Dog Gear Backpack — Another BarkBox goodie for you and your pup to share, the $19.99 backpack is for dog lovers who need a place to stow all those extra treats when they're on the go with their best friend.

Burly Birdie — There are no bad dogs when they're occupied with a $10 dog-friendly birdie while you're playing badminton.

Barkin' Blitz Football — Another $10 add-on for the July BarkBox, this football is made from vanilla-scented rubber that glows in the dark for nighttime games on the beach.

Dogsup — Can you really invite a dog to your barbecue and not expect them to ask for dogsup? This $10 treat-dispensing "condiment" smells like BBQ so they'll chow down ... and leave your hot dogs alone (maybe?!).

Slamburger — Where there's ketchup there's bound to be burgers, and this $6 add-on is made from plush buns that are made to be ripped open to reveal the rubber "burger" inside.

Barkin' Beach Collar — If it's time for a new collar, you can snag this waterproof one for $12.99 as an add-on.

Funboy Rainbow Cloud Daybed — Not only is this water float dog-sized, but it's made from a puncture-resistant material to handle their claws. Add it on to your July BarkBox for $59.99.

I guess I’m the sole dissenter here but the quality is wonderful as is the customer service. I don’t mind getting my box later in the month if I know I’m getting great high quality toys.

I just never really understood that whole subscription box anger when you get it later in the month because, when it’s not a seasonal box that’s tailored to the season, it just doesn’t matter when we get it if the products are good. I’d rather have a late box with great quality items than an on-time box with cheap stuff.

I truly adore barkbox and will be a member as long as they still around. They have been so unbelievably kind and helpful to me when I’ve had any problems and sent free gifts more than a few times.

I think part of the subscription box “anger” is because you are charged at the very beginning of the month, and not when your product is being assembled and shipped. I don’t like it when any company does that. In April, I was charged for my box on the first, and then it wasn’t shipped until the last few days, and then it was a mishmash of toys, not the themes that they advertised.

It is possible to get an on-time box with great items. It happened the first month. It hasn’t happened since. What some of us are receiving is old stuff late in the month. Yes, the reps are extremely helpful, although one couldn’t replace a missing toy in February, he said it was out of stock. Yet it was available in the store. (Different inventory, I guess). I got some toy as a replacement that wasn’t anywhere as exciting as the toy they forgot to send.

I’ve also had issues with quality with the super chewer toys. After the third month, I thought well, forget it, I’m not contacting them again.

When I contacted customer service in April over my late, unassembled box, I was told that it would be expedited at “no extra cost” to my account. I thought, gee, thanks, I guess. 🙄

I never had any issues with Barkbox, either. I always got the correct theme, and if I had any kind of issue they were always super helpful. Even if it wasn’t even a problem, once I wanted to switch my 3-month sub from the super chewer to the regular, because my dogs wouldn’t touch the super chewer toys, because they couldn’t shred them. So they changed it AND sent free toys. I canceled because we just had too many toys laying around.

Wow, it sounds like BarkBox has really gone down hill, what a shame. I just came here to take a quick peek out of curiosity, and then saw the comments. I subscribed years and years ago, but ended up cancelling because the toys didn’t hold up to my can-destroy-anything labs (back then you could request tough toys but there was no guarantee of getting them, there was no designated box for tough chewers), but the toys were fine for normal dogs and the boxes and company themselves were really good back in the day. Makes me kinda sad, as BarkBox was one of my very first subscription boxes.

This is my last month, and I’m not renewing I agree with all previous statements. They are only concerned with acquiring new subs, and not taking care of current ones. (I take the super chewer version).

It’s such a shame! My dogs loved this box. I had to cancel because I kept receiving it later and later each month and I never received the toys that were the theme for that month. I cannot tell you how many Australian themed toys I have because they ran out of the themed toys for that month. It’s deceiving and then you are told by customer service that you are not guaranteed the toy theme for a given month. I got tired of arguing so I cancelled. Target sells a lot of their toys so I buy them there with no hassle or attitude.

Ty for sharing! Sorry though to hear you had a similar ordeal…I think I’m gonna try out one of the million competitors out there who have some deals for new customers!

I am about to cancel Bark Box because I am tired of never getting the advertised monthly theme anymore. The last 4 boxes were old stock from LAST year… Any one else have this issue? I have talked to customer service… they gave me 1 bag of treats for my dissatisfaction to make up for one month. That’s nice, but I just want the THEME that they are advertising. It doesn’t say for new subs only. My very first month was a previous month too, versus the theme of the month.

They told me that if I’m not happy with the box that I received they have 100% guarantee and that they would resend another box.
