  1. I FINALLY got off the wait list, but my first box will not be until July.

  2. I got mine today. I am so in love with that Armani lipstick. I have always been a Maybelline girl, but the one we got is gorgeous and feels so nice on my lips. Going to see if I can get a full size using the coupon we got. Lovely box.

  3. I got a $10 coupon this month! I cannot figure out what I am supposed to do with the beauty supplements case though. If it were for daily pills it should have 7 compartments. There are six little compartments, 4 small and 2 twice the size of the 4. It could hold earrings or small jewelry. Suggestions please.

    • I was thinking it was to fill with various product for traveling

      • I’m going to use it to hold my jewelry while traveling!! (minus bracelets) 🙂

  4. Got mine today. It came with a $10 coupon this month. Plus, I love every product in this box. Macys is killing it.

  5. If it’s supposed to be 5 samples plus a bag/tool and coupon, how come the boxes I’ve seen you review so far all contain 7-9 products?

    • Maybe 5 is the minimum, but Macy’s is awesome and sends extra goodies every month. I get the exact same items (and amounts) as MSA.

    • The perfume samples count as the bonus item, not as a deluxe sample.

  6. Does anyone know if Macy’s beauty box is going to be late this month? I didn’t receive any receipt as I usually get at the end of the month and the shipment confirmation in the first week of the month. Excited to get this box!

    • I got a shipping email Thursday, looks like it actually started moving today.

  7. I will be cancelling Allure and Birchbox (both purcahsed annally at discount) as soon as my subscription ends, but I think I am going to keep Macy’s. I enjoy life style items and I feel that they do a good job of selecting random item. I wish they will send us newer release of perfumes. Now I am more open to trying different scents, thanks to sub boxes.

  8. Just billed me…my card was expired 🙁

    • Me too! Sad cuz I’ll miss this one.

      • I just updated my card now and it says processing….fingers crossed they try again. I really want that little beauty pill thing haha

      • They won’t. I’ve missed a box in the past because of a similar issue.

  9. Is anyone else looking forward to the amusement of carrying silly things in the “beauty supplements” case?

  10. I was about to cancel as last two boxes just weren’t my thing but this one looks great!

  11. I have really like Macys beauty box, but for the past 2 months while I’ve put in an address change, they kept sending to old address where I can’t receive anymore. Spent hours on the phone and then tried to cancel…can’t cancel on the phone and there’s no place on line to let me cancel ..if it goes there again for June I’ll have to stop payment with my credit card for all Macys which stinks… But it’s been impossible to cancel this box..If anyone knows how..please post it…it’s not what I want to do but post office won’t forward from a private mailing address so I’m stuck.. Thanks!

    • I change addresses quite frequently as I spend summers and holidays at my parent’s house since I’m a teacher. I’ve never had any problems. Here’s what I do:

I google the macys beauty box page and go to that exact page. Just under their main box is a little button “Manage Subscription.” I sign in through that, and sometimes I have to click a couple times and then go back because their site can be stupid. On the sub page it has a place to cancel your subscription, change your address or change the payment.

      I hope that helps!

      • Yeah, I’ve tried that on 2 different browsers but can’t get into it..the button doesn’t work for me…that’s where it all started..Thanks for replying!!

      • Oh, that’s so weird. I know their CS know absolutely nothing about the subscription, so you can’t even call. Did you clear your cookies and browsing history? Sometimes that’s something I have to do with various websites. I would also reach out on Facebook, they were slightly more helpful there than calling.

      • Is there a separate FB macys beauty box page..hadnt thought of that and will try for sure!
        Thank you!

    • I couldn’t access thru the subscription box page either. So try this…go to your past orders, click on one of your old beauty box orders and there will be a link to manage subscription there. That link actually worked for me

      • Thank you!!

  12. For all of you who are waiting to get Macy’s box, someone posted elsewhere that past boxes are available for $15 each with any beauty purchase. There were 3 different boxes available when I checked. I think they are January, which had a mini flat iron and hair care samples; Home Spa, I believe from April; and Glam on the Go, which I believe is the May box.

    • None of them are actually available… 😒

    • Oh, I see, it works if you add a beauty box from the checkout page, but not from the item page.

      Good to know! 😎

    • What do you search on Macy’s website to find them?

      • You don’t – they appear as offers in your shopping basket when you add beauty items.

If they have such an overstock of boxes, though, I don’t understand why they are keeping all these people on the waiting list for months. The whole operation must be really disorganized.

    • I have one of the beauty boxes saved in my cart along with something I might pull the trigger on. It looks like it is still available but I don’t see the boxes anymore with the other offers. Can’t hurt to look, though!

  13. I am always happy with my Macy’s box. I’m thinking of cancelling my Ipsy Glam Bag and just sticking to
    this box.

Quick question- I have never used the $5 off coupon that comes with the box. I always end up throwing it away. Can you use it on sale items or beauty kits?

    • Yes, you should be able to use them on discounted items & kits. I once used one on a discounted advent calendar. 🙂

      • They now have some restrictions to using those. I believe you have to spend $40. It says in small print on coupon

      • Good to know. 🙂 I haven’t been subbed since the Jo Malone box, so it’s nice to know they’ve since changed their coupon requirements.

    • You can use it on anything in store, actually, not even necessarily beauty, and you can use it twice – the coupon code on the front for online purchases and the UPS bar code on the back for in-store.

      • I meant UPC barcode.

    • And I wish you sent them to me instead. 😄

      • Juju, I should have 😂

    • Yes, as long as the sale doesn’t require a code. So during their VIP sale you have to enter a code, which means you can’t use the beauty box coupon. Deals of the day don’t have a code so you can use the beauty box coupon. I bought a perfume yesterday that was on sale for $25 and got an additional $5 off of it.

      • Thank you everyone for the info!

    • Totally agree!
I was Boxycharm subscriber. I was subscribing all its boxes basic, premium & lux too but then i realized that Macy’s little things were making me more happy than those 3 boxes all together ( i didn’t like almost anything) so it was waste of money for me and canceled all of them and now im only Macy’s beauty’s subscriber and im happy

  14. Love these! This is one box that never disappoints me!!!

  15. Aside from the dry shampoo (and I personally would have preferred newer perfumes), this looks like a really nice box!

Also, the 11-piece Beauty Besties Set is currently on sale on the Macy’s site for $24.75.

    • Thanks, Juju! I quickly went and grabbed one.

      • 👍

    • I agree with not wanting a dry shampoo. I never use them.

  16. Looks great, unfortunately there is still a waitlist 🙁

    • I know, I feel like I’ve been on the waitlist forever. This box looks amazing

    • How long have you ladies been on the waitlist? It’s going on 5 months for me!!

      • It’s definitely been a few months…..

      • Think that’s how long I’ve been on the waitlist too. If not more.

      • I got on the waitlist as soon as the box came back from hiatus and I’m still waiting. Nice to know I’m not alone, though.

      • Same here and I shop online at Macy’s constant, I guess that doesn’t mean anything.
