I’ve never had an issue with Glossybox in years, although you’ll still be charged another month if you don’t cancel before the 14th. I go back and forth. I love the design for May!

Beware of this company! I used a code and got a couple of boxes for around $16-17, and then canceled. The following month, I was charged TWICE! Apparently a refund wasn’t an option, since they ignored me every time I asked for one. I canceled “everything” again, and was assured yet again that it was done. I got my first box, but then had to message them repeatedly and fight to get my second box. I messaged them a few times to confirm that everything that I was subscribed to was canceled, and they confirmed. On May 1st I was charged again!

I don’t know if this company has a history of scamming people, but I feel like that’s what’s happening to me! At one time, I seriously considered subscribing to this box, and that’s why I tried it. Now, I will never willingly subscribe!

Go to your bank and do a charge back. They’re really annoying about their cancellations. It’s really a shame because they lose future business.
