    So… I made another purchase. ::hangs head:: I am looking forward to trying the IGK First Class shampoo + conditioner, since I like the dry shampoo so much. I also got a gift for a coworker.

  2. Not shopping the sale since I haven’t received the items I ordered in last month’s sale yet. I know they are trying to consolidate shipping (now supposed to come with my base box), but I ordered the items over a month ago…day one of that sale. I don’t know what’s in my base box, so how am I to know if I’m going to order something that may be in that box. P.S. It hasn’t even shipped yet. I’m having FFF flashbacks…

    • Same! But i did buy again and then my shippment came before the sale was over. Unfortunately i did buy a duplicate that came in my box. Just what i was trying to avoid!

    • No kidding. So has the cost of gas and basically everything since the election was stolen. You can’t even find cat food at the store hardly anywhere.

  4. Can a kind person please let me know the popup price of the skin inc supplement bar serums please? For both My daily dose of uplift and glow. Unable to see the price as I am currently not subscribed. Thinking of resubscribing if the price of the serum is okay. Thanks in advance!

  5. Wow, every so often I check the comments to see if the pop up sale gets better. Many months ago I cancelled my sub with them because all this hassle was not fun and too stressful for me. I almost never got to order anything at the pop up cause of technical issues.

  6. A real poop show this month. Made my choice, started shopping, put a bunch of stuff in my cart, then went to check out, & it said there was nothing in it. 🙁 I tried refreshing, had trouble getting the site to load, & when I finally got a page to load, I couldn’t add anything to my cart. I checked Insta & Reddit, & people said they were being put in a queue, but I couldn’t even get in a queue.

    I googled one of the items I most remembered I wanted from the shop (“Boxycharm Farsali Skin tune”), & every few minutes, I went back & tried to add that one item to my cart. Eventually, it popped back up with some of the items I had put in my cart, so I checked out ASAP.

    It was a tough go, but I’m pretty happy with my order. I had a $12 coupon due to a repeat in my Premium, so I made sure to have over $37 in my cart to get the free shipping. My only regret in the rush to check out is that I didn’t get to add the MUFE liquid lipstick I wanted in my cart. I would have preferred that to the $5 Pinky Rose palette I got.

    • Literally the same experience here. I got in right away, made my choice and then added everything to my cart so fast so I could get back to work. Went to check out, nothing in my cart. Reloaded so many times and refilled my cart only to find 2 of everything when I went to check out. Edited the cart, still couldn’t check out. Just kept hitting refresh, getting error messages and blank screens, until finally about 30 minutes later I got to check out. I probably bought too much, but I’m ok with that (regular price would have been 5 times as much) since this will probably be my last pop up and next month, my last box (worth $25 to get the Farmacy oil even if I hate everything else). I’m so done with them. Grrr

      • This happened to me also… I made it all the way to the payment part, but when I tried to check out it kept giving me error messages. I tried 2 different credit cards (multiple times on one of them), and once with my PayPal. Error messages every time. Finally I gave up. This morning there are 21 duplicate charges on my credit card. Almost $2000! I can’t use the kind of language that I’d like to, in order to convey how mad I am. Boxy says they’ll cancel the duplicate orders, and refund the duplicate charges… in 7 to 10 days!!! Thanks, Boxy, for your massive, overwhelming incompetence. I’m thanking my lucky stars it was a credit card with plenty of available credit, instead of my bank account!! It could have been so much worse- overdraft fees, bounced bill payments, etc, and $2000 held up for a week or two. Boxy can go freak themselves.

        If any of you got the error messages at check out, go check your card charges.

  7. He he… after being in the queue for over an hour I received a pop up message stating that I’m out of the queue “as of 7:24am” (lol) and do I want to enter the site? I click to enter the site, then I get a message stating that I’m only allowed to enter the site within 5 minutes of getting the message I can go in, so it puts me back in the queue with a wait time of “less than 2 minutes”. Once that time was up it then switched to saying I’ll be in the queue again for over an hour… oh wait! right before posting this, it’s now saying 9 minutes, lol!

  8. I got on at 12:02. Made my choice, and quickly started browsing, when finally I told myself just see what they have with hanskin and get out. I did place my order and got a confirmation email. As I then went to go back in and browse what else they had, there was a wait time. Sorry I can’t wait have to work.

  9. I am so proud of myself. For the first time in over 2 years, I resisted a pop up sale! This past year has been especially tough on me with impulse spending due to my depression, but I started a no-buy (my boxy subscription excluded) this month and I have actually stuck to it so far.

    • Excellent! You’re doing great. I suffer depression as well and this past year I purchased way more than I needed. I’m saving my money. Stay strong. You can do it.

  11. I just want to spend my credit and cancel. It didn’t even choose the correct item for me and refused to accept the change. It’s amazing how horrible they are with tech when their entire business is dependent upon it

  15. I was browsing and adding things too and then suddenly got kicked out and into a queue that says wait time is more than an hour…

  16. Great! It says I’m in the que and my wait time is over 1 hour!!! Never heard of such BS! So I can’t access choice or the sale either! I knew I should have logged in right when it started but of course they make you guess that too! Ugh 🤦‍♀️

    • I’m in the same boat, and it says that I’ll only have 20 minutes to shop if the queue is still active when I get in. It’ll likely take me more than 20 minutes to browse everything (they’ve since emptied my cart from earlier) then edit my cart, so I’ll likely just get leftover stuff once traffic has died down and I can browse at my leisure. I think I only saw a couple of things (from what I had time to look at before the site froze on me) that I *really* wanted while some other things would be fun to try, but I don’t want to place multiple orders, so I’ll just take my chances to see what’s leftover when it’s my turn and I can take my time on their site.

    • I can’t even log in. Very irritating

    • I am so over this. All I wanted to do was choose my items. WHY can’t they make choice a different time or even day? I should not have to wait in a queue for more than an hour just to make my selection. I didn’t even want to shop pop-up, I never get the items I buy anyway.

  17. I’m not buying anything else from Boxy until they actually send me my add ons from MARCH. I bought close to two hundred dollars in add ons and they still haven’t sent them. I’ve emailed them 10 times now. Each time I’m told exactly the same thing, my order is being processed and to please have more patience. I’m beyond mad at this point. Has anybody else had this problem?

    • That’s terrible! I got part of my add ons from April yesterday and Friday and more packages are coming this week. How frustrating they tell you the same crap every time! Do you have tracking updates yet? Check the FedEx website and sign up for alerts.

      • They haven’t even assigned a label yet. It seriously is like I never ordered anything, although I have my credit card statement and the proof of order. I’m honestly surprised at how little the staff seems to care. I’ve been with boxy for close to 7 years now though, I don’t think I will be after this. I have lost faith in them big time.

    • I finally received one item from March today. It was a $6 item I tossed in the cart along with some Natasha Denona minutes after opening. No blush or palettes for me. I did finally get refunded last week. I just kept replying “great! Now please process my refund” Eventually they relented

      • I have actually become really aggressive and rude to them, it generates no response other than “we know you are looking forward to your March goodies, please have more patience and we will provide tracking as soon as your items have shipped”. I have threatened to reverse charges and file fraud with my credit card company, but honestly I’m not sure I can considering it’s been since March 15 that the items were ordered. Boxy has an ethical obligation to do better by their customers, but they aren’t. It seems like they are getting worse instead of better. Anyways, I am happy you received at least one of your items. It’s too bad it wasn’t all of them though.

  18. I had all the items in my cart that I wanted then the page reloaded and then I had zero items in my cart. I’m not going back to reload my cart later because half the items will be sold out. Im trying not to be pissed, but i Am pissed! O well save my coin anyway

  19. Same here. But I don’t feel like I’m missing out. That was the worst pop-up sale ever IMHO. Even the choice for Luxe was boring. I’m inclined to skip June altogether. Oh, and it won’t let me open my Base at all. I have no idea what products were in choice.

    • if you are getting Luxe then there is no base this month.

    • I was browsing, adding things to my cart, and it was working fine for a bit, but then it started to freeze on me, and when I refreshed the page I started to get a “This page isn’t working” message.
