I received my April box damaged, it was left outside in the pouring rain and the products were all damaged inside, I called up and they said they would be sending me a replacement. To this date, I have no received my April box yet, I also tried to send an email in April and I got a response back saying “they were busy but would contact me but to have patience”. Well it is now mid May and I still haven’t heard back yet, can you please tell me what is going on??? I noticed they seem to be able to take the money out of my account each month, yet when they have a hard time in replacing the box like what they told me they would do. What is going on??????

I’ve never heard of that brand, but they have a website and it looks pretty decent? There are multiple reviews and prices seem to be on par with similar products of other brands. Here is a blurb from their website about them:
“Glow On 5th is a 100% clean and cruelty free skincare line designed with every skin type in mind. We’ve worked hard, done our research, and have formulated every product to target a plethora of skincare concerns, ultimately leaving the complexion feeling soft and silky smooth. Our ingredients are sourced both locally and worldwide, and customer satisfaction is our main priority.”

Ugh. Glow on 5th is the sketchy brand that Ipsy refuses to give me information on who runs it, claiming the founder wishes to remain anonymous bc their products are “for everyone.”

I think they’re gonna start turning up in BoxyCharm, too, along with Sophia + Mabelle (same situation with a Ipsy refusing to provide info about this sketchy company).

Yep, the website is sketchy as far as lack of info and their FAQs. They don’t offer an address (just a zip code for NYC, lol) so I wasn’t able to find them on DnB. At least they proofread their text lol.
