I opened my Fresh Finds box today ($14.99 and free shipping for me) and the collagen peptides package had a tiny slit in it – the powder was everywhere! It messed up all the other products’ packaging, especially the cardboard; and, worst of all, it had smeared all over the cute box with the spinner on top and was loose in the mailing carton, so some of it got on the table and floor.
I’m debating on whether I should complain, since everything is still usable – even the peptides; there is plenty left in the package to try (but should I ingest something from a package that arrived open? … hmmm).
Definitely let them know! I always do. Sometimes they just refund your money, other times you may get another box. It’s definitely worth it to let them know it was damaged.
I finally contacted Target today (their help system was down for a long time yesterday) and told them I didn’t need a refund or replacement; just wanted to document in case other customers had the same thing happen. I figure one of the sharp corners on the Lightning Wand sample stabbed the Luster & Lum packet.
I was a bit dubious about using a bovine collagen product, anyway, so if anything had to get ruined, I’m glad this was it. The rest of the things are great. Love the toothpaste, and the mask seems like it’ll last through many uses.
I wouldn’t count on anything being full-size. Target has always been bad at showing accurate sizes. I went to the Target app and it did list sizes, but it was just too confusing: “Piece 1,” “Piece 2.” I don’t have time to try to match up 5 “Pieces” with 9 items to figure out what size they are.
I’m not seeing a coupon for future purchase, either.
Just got both today, and the Cocokind, Humphreys, toothpaste, and deodorant in one box are full sized. The Palmers oil and Derma e item were full sized in the other. Both boxes include a 5 off 15 dollar coupon, as well. Hope this was helpful.
Just want to note if the images in Box 2 are accurate almost all the items (minus the shampoo bar, dry shampoo, and collagen) are all full-sized. Which means that box is well over a $50 value.
That one IS shipping free with the Red Card (at least it did for me).
The images in Box 2 are accurate. Except the shampoo bar is actually full size, it’s the 3.5 oz bar. So the total retail value for Box 2 is around $64.
I would maybe pay $10 for either of these but feel like they should be $7 like before. Im definitely not paying $14.99 or more for either of these. Disappointing that they finally have new beauty boxes and they upped the prices without any real quality or size increases
I can’t speak for the first box, but I used my card to pay for the 2nd box and it did not charge me shipping. I did just try messing with the first box and you’re right it’s not dropping shipping for me on that box.
I would bet that’s an error though as these generally ship free with Red cards. You could try reaching out to the CS?
I’m glad this made some people’s day! It wouldn’t let me delete the original. But for real, if anyone has any info on the “cocokind” let me know! It’s my favorite brand.
I am beyond stoked to see target boxes make an appearance again, although I do miss the 7 dollar price tags 🙁 was interested in the second box listed until I read comments saying there is a 5 dollar shipping & handling fee.. no thanks /:
My shipping went away after I logged in. I’m a red card member though. Not sure if that make a difference. I did a rough retail value for each. The At-Home Luxuries box is worth around $47. And the Fresh Finds box is worth around $57. That’s if the pictures are actually what’s included.
Thanks for the estimated value! I ended up buying both boxes. I miss $7 boxes, but these two boxes have practical items that I can use up and no makeup which I don’t need.
