Panda Pals March 2021 Review

Socktivity

Every month Panda Pals sends us a “Socktivity” along with an item that pertains to the month’s theme. This month the theme was “Robots” so we received an educational sheet describing what robots are, how they work, and how they are used. It was a very educational read, and Charlie was definitely into it. The backside of the sheet included a “spot the difference” activity and a maze. Also included was an awesome sticker sheet including everything we needed to build our own sticker robot, and a beaker temporary tattoo. While the tattoo didn’t really fit the theme, Charlie is obsessed with applying them to his arms, so he was happy as a clam!

Ways to Get From Here to There Socks

The first pair of socks we pulled from the package were these bright yellow and blue transportation-themed socks. While I don’t exactly see how they fit in with the robot theme, the kids loved them and were excited to see they featured a scooter similar to one we received as a gift. As usual, these socks included the “Panda Pals” logo on the toe, and fit both my 5-year-old and 8-year-old sons well. Honestly, I asked Hank to model these, and he wouldn’t take them off once he put them on! In all my time reviewing these socks, I have not yet thrown away a single pair, and have not seen a single hole crop up. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, and my kids love having the option of wearing such fun prints.

Robot Socks

Here we have the robot socks. This pale green pair of socks fit the theme perfectly with an assortment of robots strewn throughout the design. As an accent, they incorporated a blue cuff, grey heel, and grey toe. Also including the “Panda Pals” logo, these socks were Charlie’s favorites. We had an epic game of “rock, paper, scissors” for the robot pair, and with a score of 2/3 Charlie came out as the winner and was happy to model these socks. Like Hank, he would not take them off after the photographs were taken, and he said he showed all of his classmates at school. I love how easy these are to match up in the laundry, and just how well they wash. Just look at how cute they are… how could you resist?

Verdict: Panda Pals has hit a home run two months in a row! These transportation- and robot-themed socks were not only adorable but also came in a color palette that my kids wanted to wear. Like I said above, the fun patterns, high-quality materials, and overall experience are what keeps us coming back. These socks are basically all my kids will wear, and they love showing them to their teachers and buddies. I can’t wait to see what theme they send next month!

To Wrap Up:

Can I still get this box if I sign up today? Each package is customized by size and gender, so yours might look different! If you order today, your socks will be sent via USPS within 3-5 days of account activation and will be sent around the same time each month.

While I am taking a time-out from being a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, I am currently staying at home with my 2 sweet boys! My first subscription was Julep thanks to happening upon the MSA website, and it all went downhill from there! I have subscribed to Ipsy, Boxycharm, Degustabox, Julep, Graze, Bluum, Walmart, and more because I love a good surprise! I truly am a subscription addict!
