Our IPSY Glam Bag X February 2021 Review

FYI: It is worth noting that while this bag promises 7-8 items, mine arrived with 11. I did a little digging and it appears I had wipes coming through Refreshments and one of the lipsticks was a points item from 1/2. Sorry about the confusion! I am updating some verbiage under those items and recalculating values!

Here is our info fold-out for this delivery. It is designed to look like a very chic editorial newspaper and has loads of info on our items and more.

Now, on to the items!

PAT McGRATH LABS FetishEyes Lengthening Mascara, 8 mL - Retail Value $30.00

IPSY chose this item for me.

Seeing a Pat Mcgrath product in a box feels really, really special. And while I would have preferred one of her AMAZING shadow palettes, I actually loved this mascara. I know, I know. I am always lamenting black mascaras in boxes. It gets old. But if you are going to send me one, send me one like this. The formula is lengthening and adds just enough volume. And it stays put without flaking or smudging. I also think that this mascara smells really good, which is a weird feature, but hey, I like it!

About-Face Paint-It Matte Lip Color in 'Last Goodnight', 4.5 mL - Retail Value $22.00

IPSY chose this item for me.

This is a new brand launch from singer Halsey and colors may vary between boxes. I received a cool mauve shade that I thought might be too cool for me but ended up really liking. This is a liquid matte formula and it is maybe the lightest feeling matte lipstick I have ever applied. The pigment is high and the coverage is basically one swipe. I found it slightly drying but I generally prefer a satin finish to a matte, so this is likely me just being a baby about how a matte finish should actually feel. The good news is that this stuff stays put for hours and if you start to feel extra dry, you can top it off with a balm or gloss to create something with a little shine.

Here is a swatch for you!

Complex Culture Sonic T-Bar Facial Massager – Retail Value $58.00

IPSY chose this item for me.

I am weirdly into face "tools" and I have wanted one of these t-shaped massagers for awhile. It feels like a more tech-focused alternative to a Gua Sha because while it has that same sort of firm edge, it also has vibrations that feel incredible on all those little facial muscles we so often ignore. I love using this before bed with a facial oil. The whole thing feels like an incredible treat and the oil feels like it absorbs better somehow with the vibrations. And that tension I hold between my brows feels so much more relaxed. This does require an AA battery, so steal one from your remote if you have to!

HUDA BEAUTY Rose Gold REMASTERED Eyeshadow Palette – Retail Value $65.00

IPSY chose this item for me.

This palette had me so excited!! I feel like Huda does shadows so well and these shades inspired by rose gold were dreamy. Sure, there were a couple in there I will likely never use (the hot pink jumps out here) but the majority of them are very neutral and incredibly easy to wear. Pigment levels are fantastic and nearly all of them are super smooth. This is one of those palettes where the mattes actually work better with a brush than a fingertip, though I preferred finger application, then blush blending for the shimmers. My favorites were Rose Gold, Pink Diamond, Moon Dust, and Suede, though there were a lot of shades to really love here!

Patrick Ta Monochrome Moment Velvet Blush in 'She's Adorable' – Retail Value $32.00

IPSY chose this item for me.

This is my first ever Patrick Ta product and since I love blush, I was psyched! Though at first, I thought this color looked a little more nude than blush (at least on my skin) I loved it as soon as I applied it to my face. It gives a very springy sunny peach vibe that works really well with my skin tone. It feels very matte at first glance but does have a hint of shimmer which keeps it from looking too flat and adds a radiance I enjoy. It works really well with a medium blush brush but also with a big fluffy one to give a sunkissed hint of color to the face and collarbones.

Here comes the sun.

Here is a look with the shadow palette (Rose Gold, Pink Diamond, Suede, and Bubbly!) as well as the Patrick Ta Blush, About-Face lipstick, and the Pat McGrath mascara.

111SKIN Y Theorem Day Cream NAC Y2, 50 mL – Retail Value $270.00

IPSY sent this item to subscribers who had previously subscribed to the Ultimate tier which has since been retired.

Eh, most of you know I feel about this brand and its insane prices at this point. Add into that the different locations of manufacture and I am just not wow-ed by it. At least this is a product from 111SKIN that I don't think I have tried before. In looking at the ingredient list, it looks like I have even less to be excited about. The second ingredient is isopropyl myristate, an ingredient I personally dislike because it can clog pores and actually be rather irritating to sensitive skin. I would care less if it wasn't literally the second ingredient in this list, but here we are. It isn't all bad. It feels pretty nice on my skin and totally leaves behind a very soft finish. There is also hyaluronic acid and linoleic acid inside, but I found this whole thing underwhelming, especially with a price tag of $270.

IGK First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo, 6.3 fl oz – Retail Value $27.00

This was my choice item!

I feel like I am always collecting dry shampoo because I use so much of it! I tend to wash my hair about twice a week, so dry shampoo is that product I need to keep my hair (and especially my roots) looking fresh between washings. Compared to some of my other favorites, this one feels a little more gentle on my scalp, but the trade-off is that I get slightly less volume. Since my scalp has been feeling dry and sensitive lately, it is a swap I am willing to make! I like to use dry shampoo by flipping my head upside down, spraying generously, then finger combing the product through my hair before I flip back upright. This stuff works great and the wonderful scent is just an added bonus.

Marmalade Aria Square Nails – Retail Value $14.00

This was my choice item!

I chose to stop getting my nails done when I entered esthetician school. I am really strict about keeping as safe and clean as I can be since, well, I literally rub people's faces for a living. Artificial nails create even more space for germs and bacterial to hide out, and it just never felt appropriate to have acrylics on for that sort of work. That being said, my natural nails are super small, extremely short, and honestly kind of sad. And I miss having length sometimes! This kit seemed like a nice treat to enjoy for a few days that I had off from the studio. The nails are a matte white finish and easily apply with just a drop or two of glue. They lasted about 4 days for me before I could easily pop them off and go back to my boring baby nails. So, while I enjoyed them, if you are looking for like a straight week of wear, I didn't experience that at all. By day 4 these nails were ready to come off and I just needed the tiniest amount of acetone to get it done. I did not notice any damage left behind which was a plus.

I miss you already.

Mischo Beauty Nail Lacquer Set in Manicured + Angel – Retail Value $37.00

This was my choice item!

Apparently, I had nails on the brain when I made these selections. I remember thinking these two shades were pretty close to perfect for the types of colors I like to wear. 'Angel' is a beautiful suede nude shade and 'Manicured' is a dramatic terra-cotta. I found that 'Angel' needed two coats to really shine while 'Manicured' was a one-coater for me. Both had a super glossy finish and wore for about 3.5 days before I noticed chipping, which for me is a long time.

Here is 'Angel'.

And here is 'Manicured'.

The items below are not part of this box delivery but rather an item from IPSY Refreshments and an item I redeemed for points back in January.

Touch in Sol Pretty Filter Soul Velvet Lipstick in 'Seoul Rose', 3.5 g – Retail Value $16.00

This was a points item I redeemed in January (and apparently forgot about!) and was not part of this original box.

This is one of my favorite lipstick formulas, and I have tried this shade before. It reminds me a lot of Mac's Powderkiss because while the finish feels matte, it isn't drying and truly feels like nothing on your lips. This particular shade is a very wearable bright berry pink that is bold but also soft because of the finish.

Cute and very wearable!

And here it is on.

IPSY Refreshments Cleansing Face Wipes, 30 wipes – Retail Value $8.00

This item arrived through the IPSY Refreshments subscription and was not part of this original box.

As you can imagine, I go through makeup wipes really, really quickly! Between all the weird looks I try on my face and all the swatches on my arm, getting extras always feels like a blessing. These come in a very pretty package with a resealable top, like most wipes. They have a very, very slight clean scent and work really well at removing makeup. The fabric of the wipes also feels extra soft, something the skin around my poor eyes really appreciates. Because these are infused with nourishing ingredients like shea, sunflower seed oil, panthenol, and aloe, they leave behind a surface that feels soft and calm. I noticed a little bit of comedogenic Ceteareth-20 near the end of the list, so if you are prone to breakouts give your face a quick rinse after just to be safe. All in all, I like these a lot!

Verdict: This was the first IPSY Glam Bag X, and I really liked the assortment. Sure, there was one dud (I see you 111SKIN) but the bag overall felt full of higher-end brands that I was excited to try. Spending $55 to get that Huda palette, Patrick Ta blush, Pat McGrath mascara, and other goodies I really liked felt like a total steal. All in all, this bag has a total value of $555 which is wild for a $55 box. Even if I minus out the 111SKIN product I disliked (the highest value in the box) I still have $285 worth of value. This feels like a win to me!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? You'll likely start with May as your first month. It looks like there is currently a wait, so upgrade ASAP to reserve your spot when they open!

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

I finally got my X, or rather, the ‘replacement’ X they sent out when my first never arrived and was past the 15 business day window (Which was something like 22 regular days, long wait.) CS was helpful in sending a new box out, but did say the Sonic T-bar and Lash serum had sold out, so I got a $15 refund. A slight bummer as I pretty much got this for the lash-serum, but since the Sephora POP sale had the Grandelash, I’m more OK with missing out on the Babelash.

However, my now arrived box looks nothing like expected. Only 2? products were ones from the X box I was supposed to get – the Patrick Ta brow wax kit & brush, and the Creme Shop peach essence argan oil which was one of my choice items. The rest seems to be an assortmant of “replacement” products, some possibly from the March Plus bag?

Other than the brow kit/peach argan oil, I got:

– Kate Sommerville Squalane + Hyluronic Serum, RV $98
– Milk Makeup Kush Mascara, RV $25
– Huda demi-matte liquid cream lipstick in Bawse (Really, really dark burgandy. I’ll likely have to use this as a tint with some balm,) RV $20
– Belle en Argent “Plum Premonition” panchromatic palette, RV $30 (This appears to be from the Ipy Plus March bag.)

I also got the Karmela cosmetics lipstick in Bitten which I’d got as a $3 add-on

The CS lady did say they might have to sub in some cases (but for “equally great” products, she assured) but it looks like they subbed out everything but the Patrick Ta wax and the Peach serum, giving me six items in total (since they’d ‘refunded’ a bit for the two products they were out of.)

My first choice item was the the Private Doctor define serum, so subbing for the Kate Somerville serum does make sense.

It looks like they subbed the Milk Mascara for the Pat McGrath mascara – this seems like a sleight of hand, switching out a fancier brand for the more common (though good) Milk brand. However, since I rarely wear mascara, and do like fiber mascaras when I do, I might end up preferring this Milk one. So I’m OK with this.

It looks like they subbed the About Face lip cream for the Huda lipcream. I was actually looking forward to trying the About Face (especially as the shade they picked appeared to be a soft, dusty, rosy purple hue that looked like it *might* be perfect for me from the swatches) – and the replacement Huda lip cream is crazy dark. But the Huda shade is pretty, so I’ll try tinting and making it work,

But the last substitution, erm…not crazy about that. Instead of the Huda Rose Gold palette, they sent the Belle En Argent Plum premonition – a palette worth less than half as much and with only a third of the colors. Plus it’s wierd to be sent something from the Plus line as if that is “equally great” as the X.

I may write back customer service and ask if there is any way they can send the Rose Gold Palette. :S

Hi. Can someone help me???
Did the glam bag x for feb not come with an actual bag????
The regular plus came with one and ultimate always came with a super nice bag. What’s going on? I was really disappointed when I opened BOTH of my Glam X boxes and neither had a bag…..

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

There was a bag as a choice item. So a bag was only included if you chose it. Some subscribers had expressed a preference for an additional product vs a bag, so Ipsy provided the choice to accommodate those subscribers as well as those who wanted a bag. The bag that was offered as a choice for the Feb GBX is now part of a $30 mystery bag available on Ipsy (well, at least I think it’s still available).

Hey! Just thought I’d throw this in here. I use “seche vita” for my top coat when I paint my nails and it has made a huge difference, usually my nails last me about two weeks now instead of 3 days! Been loving the nail polish from ipsy. I always come here for spoilers and reviews. 🙂

Jeanine

It dries super fast also!! But my holy grail is nail inc quick dry!!

Reply ButtonReply

Debby

I absolutely loved this box and thought it was a heck of a deal. The only product I didn’t love was the tool but I still think I will get some use out of it. It was nice to see some new things.

Reply ButtonReply

KateM

I just bought one of those micro needling rollers on Amazon. A vibrating T tool was included. I got them both for a steal. It was $10, but there was also a $7 coupon. I got them both for $3!! Needless to say…it felt like a steal and even more so when I received them and tried them out. I was interested in this Complex Culture’s T tool compared to my $3 T-Tool and they feel and function exactly the same, lol. I did use the one from Ipsy last night to apply my serums and moisturizer.

Reply ButtonReply

Tat

Where did you find that coupon?

Jane

Hi Megan,
I really enjoy reading your reviews and even more so the green plaid sheet background (not a traditional “professional” solid black or white). Could you please tell me where you bought it & what is it made of (100% cotton or blend)?
My son’s best friend Patrick is Irish & away at Military Academy, they aren’t allowed a lot of personal things at the dorm but there is no tight restriction on sheets (as long as they are light color & can be washed with cotton). This green plaid set would be a perfect St Patrick’s Day gift that will keep on giving. Thank you!

Reply ButtonReply

Megan K.

Hi Jane! I appreciate the compliment! Don’t laugh, but that plaid is actually a cotton tablecloth I have been using as a curtain. It also became my backdrop only because that spot has accurate lighting for swatches. I found a bunch of them at Target last year on sale and had always wanted a fun plaid set in my office so I just bought those clip rings you can use on a curtain rod and made my own. I took a peek at the Target website and I sadly don’t see anything super similar. I hope that you can track something down for him though. It sounds like a super thoughtful gift. ♥️

Reply ButtonReply

Jane

Hi Megan,
Thank you for the reply. I did exactly the same thing in the dining room – used the largest size tablecloth to make curtains to match my dining table. It worked perfect! I had to work from home during quarantine & wanted to look at a pretty curtain instead of my outside A/C unit. Back in the 90s I used to have a curtain made out of a Queen sheet because it had the same pattern as my English tea set. Sadly both got discontinued. I miss the days of Victorian roses on sheets, everything is so plain now. Thanks again! Jane

Kate

It is. You have to look at the WHOLE review.

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel

Megan, I always enjoy reading your reviews. Thank you for your insights and tips. The products look great on you – it makes me look really forward to spring. I love Huda eyeshadows, as well but was hesitant about getting this box in part because some reviewers on other sites said that that some of the shades (some mattes) were chalky and the Pat McGrath mascara was not that good so I am glad to hear otherwise. I signed up for the May GBX so I hope to get a good palette! Thanks, again!

Reply ButtonReply

Megan K.

Hey Rachel! Thank you so much! I found the only one that felt a little dry was that hot pink. I was really impressed by the palette overall! And I think if you want loads of ridiculous volume, the mascara might disappoint. I prefer a natural but boosted look and this one totally delivers!

Reply ButtonReply

Rachel

Good to know about the PMG mascara, Megan, thanks! I don’t like loads of volume, either, but want a nice lifting effect and lash separation so I will be on the lookout to try this mascara in the future!

Carol

I haven’t received an Ipsy bag in a while, but I had to have that lipstick when I saw it spoiled and in points. I picked it up and I am obsessed with the shade and the formula. I’m going to try it under my mask to work this weekend (lol, fingers crossed).

●•••Beware: the All About Face lip color caused an allergic reaction.•••●

I wasn’t given any makeup choices, only skincare. Ipsy needs to approve in this area. It’s been happening to me for months.

I was excited to try the All About Face lip color. I received the same color. I noticed that it had an odor that I couldn’t distinguish. I applied it and it had a strange tingling feeling. I assumed it was normal and proceeded to get in my car and leave. A few minutes later, my mouth felt really dry. About 10 minutes later, I started having trouble swallowing and my chest felt really heavy/tight. Long story short, the lip color caused me to experience anaphylaxis. By the time I arrived at my destination, the lip color was a very dark mauve/purple that had a hint of black. My lips were also burning. After removing it, my symptoms started to subside. I have no clue what’s in it, but it was a really bad experience.

Reply ButtonReply

Beth

Was coming to say the same thing as others have said. If it was truly an anaphylactic reaction, you would’ve required treatment in an ER. You had a simple allergic reaction. Nothing more.

Reply ButtonReply

Charlotte

Anaphylaxis requires epinephrine to treat. It’s a life-threatening condition and you should go to the ER if you experience it. If your symptoms went away after you wiped off the lipstick, it wasn’t anaphylaxis.

Reply ButtonReply

Michelle

Just going to say the exact same thing…not anaphylactic reaction

Jacki

I’m so sorry this happened to you! I looked at the ingredients and see a very nonspecific aroma/flavor. You should definitely contact the company, tell them about your anaphylactic reaction, and request detailed ingredients. Then you can cross reference the list with products that you tolerate well. Hopefully you can narrow down what you are allergic to. Please discuss this with your doctor

[Isododecane, mica, dimethicone, hydrogenated vegetable oil, polybutene, disteardimonium hectorite, silica dimethyl silylate, octyldodecanol, hdi/trimethylol hexyllactone crosspolymer, trimethylsiloxysilicate, propylene carbonate, aroma/flavor, pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate, silica, limonene, linalool, [may contain/peut contenir: titanium dioxide (ci 77891), iron oxides (ci 77492), iron oxides (ci 77491), red 7 lake (ci 15850), blue 1 (ci 42090), iron oxides (ci 77499), red 28 lake (ci 45410), red 21 (ci 45380), yellow 5 (ci 19140)]

I’m still waiting for my X. It was shipped but never arrived, but I had to wait 15 business days (til March 8th!) to email them. Fortunately once I did, they are remailing my box! Unfortunately, the t-bar and lash serum were out of stock so she refunded me about $15 for those.

I’m not too bummed about the t-bar since I bought the Trophy MD brightener wand thing as an FFF add on, and the concept looks similar just with the addition of led light. But the lash serum is pretty much why I bought the box. Although, since I really wanted the GrandeMD brand since it worked so well for my sister, I am now mollified as the Sephora POP set had that one.

Hopefully the new box makes it. There is even a small chance the old one still could, which would be nice.

Carla

I LIKED my box a lot. Received most of what you did but not the 111 skin. I got some kind of serum. Overall a very nice box and well worth $55!!! I will share and pass on what I wont use.

I had signed up for the glam bag x when it was first announced. I even got charged and went through the whole selection process. After waiting patiently and then anxiously, I found that my money was quietly refunded and I was issued 1200 points for my trouble. They canceled my order and I am really angry as a long-standing and well paying customer. Has anyone else had this problem?

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Yup. They emailed me and said it was a shipping problem. Gave me 1200 points. I’m so so bummed I’m not getting this box. I sure hope Ipsy’s CS isn’t going downhill.

Angela DeSilva

I was thrilled with Pat McGrath mascara and Huda!! Hated the face tool! I got three hair care products and zero skincare which was not good too. There were three skincare items I’d have loved getting. I got that lipstick with points too it’s so pretty. Oh and I love the Patrick TA blush so glad I didn’t get the brow wax!

Thanks for the great review, Megan!
The palette is gorgeous! Thanks for showing the nails on, I am leary of fake nails because I don’t like the ‘fake’ look but those look very nice on you. After seeing you with them, I might actually give it a try!

I wasn’t impressed with this month, I kept the babe lash and serum, and sold the rest. Almost made up the cost of the bag so it was worth it.

You got the 111skin as a signing up early for glam bag x bonus item. The refreshment wipes were not suppose to be in it as it’s apart of the refreshments subscription so make sure you didn’t sign up for that and if you didn’t well you got a nice freebie! I also think the lipstick was an accident freebie also or you may have redeemed it for points as it was an item to redeem with your points

Reply ButtonReply

Sherri

I signed up right away for GBX and didn’t get the 111skin product (I’m 100% ok with that lol). I had heard that the 111skin was sent as a bonus to former GBU subscribers (I had long since cancelled GBU, so that made sense to me).

Reply ButtonReply

Megan K.

I am slowly updating this but after some detective work I DID have an active wipes subscription (which I do not recall opting into, but who knows, I get wild sometimes) and the lipstick was actually redeemed back on 1/2 and is just now showing up. I also never got an email notification or anything from the brand regarding the 111SKIn (which.. i would have been fine without receiving, tbh.). Thank you for adding that info and helping me update the review! ♥️

Reply ButtonReply

KateM

Hey Megan! Thanks for another great review. I too received the lip stick and the 111 Moisturizer. I received the lip stick after redeeming 1200 points for my item reviews. I was soooooo confused about the 111 product (especially after seeing the $270 price tag) but thank you for pointing it out the reason.

MzBev

I commented basically the same thing, but mine is being held, not getting posted yet. All of those weren’t just X bag items.

Reply ButtonReply

Julia

Do you gals feel it’s fair for Ipsy to count their house brand remover wipes as an item in this much-touted glam update box? The Refreshments line was supposed to be a separate purchase for people who don’t have access to the one-dollar packet of remover wipes I bought at Walgreens last week.

Reply ButtonReply

Talia

I would love to have gotten this or ANY box this month. I’ve been an Ipsy member for many years, each new upgrade and change I’ve done. Paid each new higher price happily. This month, meaning February, I got an email late in the month from PayPal saying I’d been refunded by Ipsy. The next day I got an email from Ipsy stating there’d been some sort of issue and I wasn’t getting the box. I replied back my disappointment and asked about my regular small Ipsy bag, and my two add on orders from each of my subs. Zero response. Early in March I received my add on and regular Ipsy. I emailed again about my other add on order. Zero response. A few days later I received a refund for my add on to the X box.

I cannot express my disappointment coherently as I’m still spitting mad at the way I’ve been treated. I understand we’re getting a screaming deal as consumers, we couldn’t purchase all these items, we wouldn’t. Ipsy as a company is making money on this or there would be no business, I’m the custome, LONG TIME customer. I feel like if they were somehow short on products or something, the chic whose been paying for almost 10 years isn’t who you screw.

Reply ButtonReply

Bae

No one screwed you. Were you part of the beta group at my glam.com? If not you haven’t been a member for “10 years” because Ipsy hasn’t been available for that long. 🙄

Tina Ames

There should only be 8 items not 11, something is not right here lol

Reply ButtonReply

Megan K.

Hey Tina! That was 100000% an error on my end! I have updated the review to be more clear on that the wipes were from a Refreshments sub I didn’t know was active (whoops) and that the lipstick was from a points redemption back on 1/2 that I forgot about (because who would have thought it would take that long to arrive?). Thanks for bearing with me!

Reply ButtonReply

Tina Ames

Hi Megan, not a problem I kind of figure it was probably all that, I just wanted to make sure you knew there was only 8 items in the Ipsy X…..Thanks for getting back to me and have a wonderful and blessed day.

Annette

I thought this only had 7-8 items, this one had 11 ?? Did I miss something or was this a influencer box?

Reply ButtonReply

Annette

Thanks for the update Megan, now it makes more sense!!

Reply ButtonReply

Megan K.

I’d like to think I don’t often make wild errors on my reviews, but when I do, I go big! 🥴

Hi Annette! Not sure why mine arrived with more. I wondered if it was because I picked a lower value item during choice (the nails). This is under a personal account that we pay (and not a PR box) for if that gives any background.

Edited to add that I am just maybe a little bananas and the wipes were from a Refreshments sub that I didn’t know was active and the lippie was redeemed back on 1/2. Thanks for the heads up and the help with correcting the review! I know I can always count on MSA reader’s eagle eyes.

Aaaand I am doing detective work and slowly updating!

The 111skin item was a bonus for those who were getting the Ultimate bag. I’m assuming she signed up for Refreshments and that’s how she got the wipes….it wasn’t part of the X bag. I think the Touch in Sol lippie was on the points page. She didn’t show the breakdown with the added items. Not all of that was “just” in her X box.

I was thrilled by by Glam Box X items. That Rose Gold palette is a dream and I do love the hot pink, so there’s that. I got the same about-face shade that you did and the Patrick Ta blush in a soft pink that I adore. Can’t wait for May!

It would have been nice to see any of this actually on your face.

Hi Michelle, I think you meant to say:

“Hi Megan,
Could you please include some photos of you wearing the products from your GBX? Thank you for your thorough review.
Michelle”

Maybe you hadn’t had your coffee yet when you posted? Hope you’re feeling better!

I mean I’m all fairness, this isn’t a makeup review blog. This is a subscription review blog. She is suppose to review the subscription itself. Not the individual products. You should probably sign up for a makeup review blog if you want the individual products applied to the face and reviewed.

Hi Michelle! I had initially added those images but it looks like they didn’t stick to the review. I reuploaded them.

Yeah including that mascara, I don’t want to hear how great it is, I want to see it on you.

The added images include the mascara.

Wow that’s a lot of stuff! Great thorough review, Megan, but I would be lying if I said I didn’t miss you actually modeling some of the products (lipstick is your jam for sure!)

These types of sub reviews are so fun to read especially since I have whittled down my make up routine to the essentials (nothing to do with covid or masks, just sick of doing a full routine and the eye irritation that followed.)

If I were in my twenties again I would definitely be all over this.

Hey Snow! I re-added those images. For whatever reason, they didn’t stick to the review when I wrote it. You know I would never pass on a good lipstick selfie!
