Why I love it: A full size night cream with a barely there scent and no artificial dyes is a nice thing to receive. Derma E was already a brand I liked, anyway, and it's great to have a chance to try a product that has a reasonable purchase price in case you want more (also Ulta coupons usually work on Derma E items). Although this is listed as being for dry skin and I most definitely do not have that, it seems perfectly compatible with my (very oily) skin type. It is non-irritating (my skin has been a bit sensitive lately) and doesn't clog my pores.

The Item: Trifle Cosmetics Truffle Intensely Black Volumizing Mascara

Why I love it: I am super picky about my mascara, but this brand won me over right away. My eyes are extremely sensitive so I have used the same mascara since I was a teenager because anything else that I tried always bothered my eyes. This did not so it was a winner from there, but then I was amazed at how well it applied. The wand is super big but not in a bad way, and the bristles are stiff, so they really work through your lashes. This works to add that clump-free application, and gives me so much volume without having to use an eyelash curler. It goes on without clumps and lasts all day. The mascara is made with jojoba wax, agave, and vanilla extracts, which coat your lashes to give them a silky shine. I am still using this mascara daily and loving the look it gives my eyes and lashes!

Why I Love It: This serum has been utterly saving my poor dry face this past month! It’s runnier than I usually prefer in an oil, and it sort of falls out of the dropper into my hand, but the serum itself is deeply hydrating and spreads nicely when applied with a pump of moisturizer. I’ve also used it on its own to target areas on my face that have been so dry they’ve been itchy. I’ve been really impressed with this product.

The Item: Cetaphil Deep Hydration Healthy Glow Daily Face Cream

Why I love it: I have acne prone skin so Cetaphil has been in my arsenal of beauty products for years. I am a fan of the cleanser, but wasn't familiar with this face cream, so when I received it, I was pumped. It is quite thick and leaves my dry winter skin feeling soft and supple without feeling greasy. Plus, it doesn't clog my pores which keeps my skin clear. A must have!

Why I Love It: It’s so lightweight; a literal “air hug” for my face. The shade works perfectly for my skin tone ,and it does an impressive job hiding my dark raccoon like undereye circles, as well as breakouts and dark spots. I adore the airy, creamy, and hydrating consistency, which applies seamlessly without ever creasing, caking, or fading. I WILL be purchasing this product in full-size once it’s released.

The Item: Florence by Mills Mind Glowing Peel Off Mask
The Cost: $22.00
From: Ipsy Glam Bag Plus
Why I love it: I clearly am a subscription box addict- even with all of the boxes I review, I still subscribe to Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. I received this mask via that subscription, and I was honestly surprised by how much I liked it. I am very wary of peel-off masks because they can be incredibly harsh, and applying them is a time commitment because that mask isn’t coming off until it is fully dry. This didn’t hurt to peel off, it peeled off in one satisfying piece, and it really did leave my skin glowing. While the mask was on I enjoyed taking selfies of the metallic berry color, and now I strongly feel the need to try the calming version.
