This comment is purely on the off chance that one of New Beauty’s employees is on here (as they sometimes are). I need some help please.
I am not sure what has happened to this company but I am literally DUMBFOUNDED by the customer service they are using now. I still don’t have my box (the event is tonight), I have no tracking number or email (because they have not shipped my box) and I have been on the phone since Monday (I’ve sent 6 emails as well, also starting on Monday and have had ZERO response to ANY OF THEM) trying to get a status or a refund. I just got off the phone again (30 minutes this time) and not only will they not help me, there is no other way to get in touch with any one. They claim they can’t pass me on to anyone else. Y’all it is insane. I have my confirmation email from the company that I paid for the box. I have an order number for reference.
I’ve had the CS people literally pick up the phone and hang up on me or talk to me like I am an idiot. Please know I am aware this sounds crazy and made up and if I was reading someone else’s comments on here and they were making these claims I would probably think they were exaggerating. It’s that wild. And before anyone goes there, no I am not being a Karen, I am being extremely kind and patient with the CS people and not taking my frustration out on them at all which makes it all the more unbelievable that TEST TUBE and NEW BEAUTY are okay with this customer service. I have been a Test Tube subscriber for a really long time and this is my 4th VIP Box purchase and I have never had any issues.
I feel like I have stepped into some kind of Twilight Zone/Candid Camera situation with their new customer service. Like I cannot believe it is real it is so incredibly awful. I almost feel like maybe some scam company has hijacked their CS phone number and is pretending to represent the company or something. There is NO WAY a real company would tolerate this. Anyway , I apologize for the rant but I’m at my wits end here and don’t know what else to do. I don’t have Facebook or Instagram so those are not an option for me.
So, if you are on here NEW BEAUTY/Test Tube REP, I’d love some help! And please, whatever you do, don’t give me the same CS number and email you usually post in the comments and say you’d love to help and for me to please reach out because I’ve been doing that for the last 3 days. Thanks!
