Library of Flowers Linden Parfum Crema, 2.5 oz - Retail Value $22.00
Linden is a Margot Elena scent I really shouldn't like, but like most of her scents, they win me over. This is a watery sort of perfume that reminds me of wet spring gardens or maybe lilypads in a fountain. There is also a warm honey note here that is balanced by a tart lime. It sounds like a lot is going on (and there is) but it all works together to form a scent that feels very much like spring. I really like the Parfum Crema pots from ME because they project a ton of scent. You could get away with a few dabs of this on your wrists and neck and be fragrant all day!

Library of Flowers Gift Tag Kit - Listed Value $24.00
This arrived a little too late for me to use on Christmas presents this year, but I don't mind at all because these tags aren't specifically 'holiday' in appearance. You could use these on gifts for any occasion! My favorite is the beautiful bird design. I will be saving that for only the most special of packages! The other tags feature floral and geometric ME designs and have spaces for noting who your present is for and who it is from. They are all on thicker paper and come with pink twine.

Library of Flowers Honeycomb Soap, 5 oz - Retail Value $12.00
This soap smells like a warm, creamy, honey bomb! There are also notes of warm and comforting vanilla and sweet figs too. This is exactly the sort of scent I would use in my shower because it leaves behind that marvelous fragrance on my skin. With shea and vitamin E, my skin feels as soft as it smells! There was a little bit of discoloration on my soap, but I think maybe some ink from the packaging bled onto it a little. It is a flaw that doesn't bother me in the least.

Library of Flowers Ceramic Soap Dish - Listed Value $23.00
Is it silly to be this excited by a ceramic dish? The moment I pulled this from the box I was in love with the adorable small scale print in yellow, blue, and green. I keep trinket dishes all over my house to hold jewelry, perfume samples, pretty rocks I find randomly, and more. The pattern on this one I just find so precious and tiny and I could never cover it with a bar of soap! This is my new little treasure on my vanity to hold my other little treasures.

Lollia Imagine Perfumed Shower Gel, 8 fl oz - Retail Value $28.00
This is another "wet garden" sort of scent, but Margot Elena does them so well, it doesn't surprise me she has a few. This one feels a little more tropical due to the warm coconut and orchid notes. I say that cautiously because I am someone who doesn't normally like coconut scents and I don't want you to think this smells like a beachy cocktail or suntan lotion. It is much more floral and breezy, but the coconut gives it a warmth that feels like warm summer skin. Margot Elena's shower gels are always thick, dense gels that lather up wonderfully. Because you need so little to get suds, these big tubes last a long time!

TokyoMilk Everything & Nothing Rollerball Parfum, 10 mL - Retail Value $25.00
I didn't love this scent at first, but like literally everything TokyoMilk, I knew I had to let it bloom! TokyoMilk is the wild and weird child of the ME collection, and my personal fave. A lot of the scents under this label are experimental and totally unique. 'Everything and Nothing' has listed notes of "sweet orange, pressed petals, desert moss, and tea leaves" but until it dried down, all I could smell was alcohol and oranges. Give it a few minutes and it transforms into something much more interesting! The desert notes remind me a lot of Proenza Schouler's Arizona but the citrus gives it a little kick! The tea lives deep down in the base and adds a brown but leafy quality that you kind of have to search for. I liked this scent quite a lot, though the longevity on me wasn't the best.

TokyoMilk Blush Oil Stick, 9 g - Retail Value $26.00
I feel like I have come a long way when it comes to cream blushes. I used to HATE them, but then 2020 happened, and I stopped wearing serious foundation and opted for a BB or CC cream instead (if anything). I also stopped wearing powder, which I think opened the door for cream formulas. As a bonus, I discovered that they often double as really great lip colors! This stick works on both my lips and cheeks beautifully. It is a rich, true red, so I try to apply it to my cheeks sparingly but I go full tilt on my lips! A dot or two on each cheek followed by tapping of my fingers creates a perfect flush. And on my lips, it is a dramatic yet sheer red.

TokyoMilk Let Them Eat Cake Lip Balm, 6.2 g - Retail Value $10.00
I think the lip balms from this brand might have the only packaging I am not crazy about, because the pots are so small! I don't love sticking my fingers into pots (especially not these days) so I usually just kind of stick my lips into the pot with a lot of my balms. Hey, it may be weird, but it works! This pot is too small for that. Which, really isn't a fault because most people aren't applying balm my literally sticking their lips into the packaging like a weirdo. ANYWAY, this stuff feels great on. And it smells just like cake frosting!

Lollia Breathe Travel-Size Handcreme, 35 g - Retail Value $15.00
This scent reminds me SO much of Issey Miyake L'eau d'Issey. It is a white floral (lily and peony!) with fresh air and water notes, and a little bit of hidden spice in the base. It also feels a little powdery and sexy. It is a soft enough scent to wear alone, but I also think it shines when combined with something bolder, adding femininity but never seeming like too much. This travel sizes tube is perfect for a purse and the creme itself feels great on my hands and never too greasy.

The Cottage Greenhouse Grapefruit & Blood Orange Lotion, 8 oz - Retail Value $28.00
The Cottage Greenhouse line is actually my least favorite from Margot Elena, but that is mainly because I like the more complex (and often somewhat odd) scents from her other lines. The Cottage Greenhouse is fresh and simple, and there is nothing wrong with that! This lotion was very lightweight but still hydrating, and features a scent of sugared grapefruit and bold blood orange. It is a very energizing and clean smell.
Verdict: Margo Elena Subscription Box is a quarterly box I am always really excited to get my hands on! I am someone who is crazy for scents and this is the perfect box for a fragrance addict. Add to that that everything is utterly beautiful? I love it. My favorite items this month would be hard to choose... but I loved the TokyoMilk rollerball, the honey soap and ceramic tray, and the oil stick. The only thing I gifted this delivery was The Cottage Greenhouse lotion, but everything is so incredibly giftable in the box you could totally shop from it for gifts. Or, you know, keep it all for yourself!!
