Did anyone else receive 111Skin cream in their glambag X? It was a total surprise to me and wasn’t listed along with the other items in my bag.

The 111skin was a gift for Ultimate members. I THINK it was specifically for those of us that signed up during early sign up, as it was available to Ultimate members a week before plus and classic members.

I just got my “it’s shipped” email. 🙂 I’m excited! I’m not sure if I’ll stick with X long term – depends on spoilers and what I have/need, but it’s a cool first box and I hope my serum picks and the Babelash will work for me.

My bag arrived today and I am THRILLED. The lipstick and blush are much prettier than they looked online. Ditto for the eyeshadow palette. I am staying on board for the May box.

Is it the 111 Skin moisturizer? I got an email back when they first promoted Glam Bag X that if I signed up early through that email I would receive the moisturizer. Which is a huge part of why I signed up. I found out today my box mis-shipped and is now in the next state over, when Saturday it was saying it was at the postal sorting facility near me. Hopefully, it arrives by the end of this week. I’ve never had that happen

– PATRICK TA BEAUTY Major Brow Shaping Wax in Clear & Dual-Ended Brow Brush (I have really high hopes that this will help hold my really corse brows the benefit brow gel does absolutely nothing for hold for me & also flakes if i get my moisturizer or primer on my brows so i hope this works for me) 😍

I almost canceled but honestly completely forgot till I got my email about my X box today. my last December ultimate box arrived a week after my January plus & had a completely smashed complex Culture eyeshadow palette that I wanted to try, a completely smashed Nomad sydney bathers face pallet that I received instead of the artist couture lose shadow I was supposed to get (they said it was out of stock & my initial box was lost so this was a replacement box), an obviously swatched it cosmetics sample powder, a murad cleaner instead of the tula cleaner I picked (I ended up enjoying the murad cleaner), a half caked lip duo instead of the huda beauty one I was supposed yo get & a a mini lotion that’s impossible to get out of the container unless i stick a pen or something in the bottle and use whatever sticks to it instead of the crabtree mini lotion. Customer service refund me $14 of the $50 the ultimate cost for the damaged items because they couldn’t replace them due to being out of stock on those too.. That was the most disappointing box ever it looked like they make my box from items from a damaged products bin especially since the shipping box was in great condition so i don’t believe it was damaged in shipping but I’m glad I forgot to cancel & the X seems like good items so far.

I received everything you did wxcept my About face lip shade is called Last Goonighr and I really like it alot. This box is an easy homerun for me! I will continue with May based on Choice and spoilers. Now is this box $50 or $60.???

I am really glad I tried X, but don’t know if I’ll continue with it. I was really happy with my choice picks (R+Co, Babe Lash and the Yensa eye cream) but I would have preferred a different lip color (I got the Take Aim) and the blush over the eyebrow wax. Could have done without the facial tool but since it looks like everyone got it, at least I don’t feel like I missed out on something better. I added on the Dr. Brandt sleeping mask which is the only thing I wanted from the Plus spoilers I saw.

Wow. Well, I’m not mad because I picked what I wanted and got more than $55 worth, but my bag came out to $318.

I already knew I was giving the mascara and palette to my daughter because I already have ton of both. Depending on what the brow wax and lippie look like on me, she may get those too. I chose the hair serum, the vitamin c product and the nail polish. I’m looking forward to the t bar because I like face tools.

I’m not disappointed in the box, but its still just a meh for me. Maybe it’s because it’s their first one. I still haven’t decided if I’m going to get another or just stick with GB plus.

I am thrilled with my first Glam Bag X! I got all the same items chosen for me which all work perfectly with my skin tone and comfort level with makeup. I chose the dry shampoo (always need more), Tula eye brightening stick (LOVE Tula), and lash serum. I figured I might as well try the $120 item when it is a choice. I will just buy a cute new makeup bag at Marshall’s or TJ Max this time around (:

However, when I was trying to purchase add-ons (R+Co Rinse: $12, Benefit Tint: $3, Sophie Lip Gloss: $3), my browser crashed. I talked to Ipsy and there’s no way for me to get the add-on screen back, so I am really disappointed. I really wanted to try the R+Co rinse. I recognize it was a choice for my Glam Bag X, but I wanted the other item more.

They may do second chance add ons in a few days! I’ve messed up with add ons before, but it seems like they usually have them again around the 5th.

Glad for all who are happy with X. I’m so glad I opted out. The items in my Plus continue to be outstanding and perfect for me, I believe I saw a couple crossover items between X and Plus. Some items in X are Ipsy repeats.

I definitely agree with the statement above I am actually waiting on my X Box in May but almost every single thing in the X box I got to pick from in my plus bag and what I didn’t pick I got to add on as well…the only thing we didn’t get was that roller thing that actually looked like a razor 🪒 till I looked it up…and I am actually glad I didn’t get the X box this month it made me see that it is no WOW and I basically am already getting one by the time I do my 3/5 add ons every month and so basically I spend 40$ at the most for what is actually BIGGER AND BETTER THAN AN X BOX! I just hope people see that they are getting what plus membership people are the only difference is only about 2/3 things and 1 is the bag the 2nd is that persons makeup in our bag but we can buy the makeup as an add on. I was very disappointed to see this. I actually thought it was going to be wayyy better, and for everyone saying their bag equaled to that 300 and something $ range every single month I make sure my pulse bag equals almost that! This month with my add ons mine was over 300$ and it’s just a plus and no I didn’t spend over 40$!

it’s odd the T-bar is Complex Culture – I have the exact same one from Terre Mere.

I ask for plum lippies, and ipsy sends me the same dull beigey pink color every time.

All of the T-Bars are the same just different metal finishes and sometimes logos. I have a Terre Mere one as well from FFF and it’s alright but I always forget to use it and now if I’m using something I go for my PMD instead

When the boxes come in I’ll be more than happy to swap my plum for a beigey pink! It’s all I wear and the lippie is the only product I wasn’t 100% satisfied with this month

I have so much to say and what you said is a good start. All I want are those pinky nude lippies and all I get are plum and hot pink ones!!! I knew I shouldn’t have leveled up. I got the first ultimate box also and it was the worst box I ever…. the streak is broken, they have knocked it out of the park since the new format until now.

The choices are okay but Ipsy said there would be only new brands in X and no crossover so why is Complex Culture part of the mix? Even the polish I’ve seen before. And the Beauty Blender was in the box they just nixed.

I am really happy with the GBX launch. I was a little bit worried after the debacle with Ultimate – but this was a pleasant surprise. Also my last 2 Glam bag Plus’s were really bad. Very happy… chose the Goldfaden moisturizer, Tula eye balm, and lash serum. Only thing I don’t like is the purple lip shade.

I almost picked the Goldfadden, but in reviews people said it was best for oily skin, and my skin is so dry. I went with the Minus Serum for my first pick, the Creme Shop peach/argan oil ampoule for the second, and the Babelash for my third pick.

I didn’t see a Tula eye balm, was that instead of the Yensa for some people?

The description has this sub for $50 a quarter, but I believe it’s $55.

I’m happy with the X. I got the PT brow wax, which I’m excited to try. I debated on adding the blush on, but I have more of a blush palette person and I have a lot, so I stayed strong and didn’t buy it lol. I picked the Minus serum, yensa eye cream and the babe lash. Honestly, the only thing I’d change is I’d rather have the tula eye stick than the Yensa, but still very happy.

All of my Ipsy selected items were exactly the same as MSA’s. I’m kinda disappointed in the color choice for the Patrick Ta blush and About Face. I really wanted the deeper toned blush and the plum or rosewood lipstick. Super excited about the Huda palette. Not so sure about the facial massager.

I chose the FAB cleanser, The Creme shop serum, and the Beauty Blender because I know I will use them. I would have been interested in a few of the other items, but didn’t have them as options or they were in a category together. It’s not the best or the worst when it comes to Ipsy bags I’ve received. I wish all the choice items were in one section to choose from, instead of being separated into a few items for each option, but I kinda get why they do it that way.

I’m really happy with everything in the X bag. I’m so happy I got the PT blush because I already have the brow wax (which is amazing) and I got the About Face lip color in Take Aim which is an exclusive for the X bag and can’t be bought online so I’m happy to get it. I think it’s bright yet vampy but will be great for special nights.

I got the clear brow wax – I guess I’m going to need to look at a tutorial because I’m not sure how to use it! I doubt I will keep X because I just have so much stuff but I’m very pleased with my bag. The Huda is a great color story for me and I’m happy with every item. I have the Ahava dry oil in the cactus and pink pepper so I was excited to choose the matching hand cream! I’m even excited about the t-bar, which I plan to use around my eyes and mouth.

I knew it would be like that but had planned on picking it, until they put it in the same category as Babelash – which is one of the reasons I upgraded. So, no bag, It does put a damper on my excitement, for some reason. If the bag or the Babelash would have been in the 3rd product group, it would have been better, for me. I love their bags.

That was something Ipsy announced early on about GBX. I can’t remember their exact words about it, but they basically said some subscribers prefer to focus more on products and would rather have another product than a bag, while some subscribers want the bag, so by offering it as a choice item, both categories of people could be accommodated.
