Ipsys point rewards havent been great these past months but I’ll keep saving I like to reedem for eyeshadow palette I think those are worth it !!

I’ll probably never have enough points to ever redeem for anything over 600 points again and I’ve already gotten all of these 600 point items in past bags :/ FYI the naked lip scrub is more waxy than it is a scrub.

Just a heads up to anyone who redeemed on or after January 1st, you will not het it this month. I did that last month with the violet voss palette they had up and it did not arrive with my December box. When I contacted Ipsy, they said anything on/after the first will come the following month.

Julia

Yes,, that’s standard procedure for Ipsy, always has been. It’s spelled clearly in the confirmation email you received when you clicked “redeem”.

I think the confirmation e-mail may be somewhat deceiving. I don’t remember the verbiage, but the last point redemption confirmation email I received (after having known for a long time that it’s the following month) I remember being surprised at how unobvious they make it. I think many ipsy subscribers have this rude awakening at their first point redemption

Jennifer

I just bought the lip scrub as an add on, lol. That lipstick looks pretty, though I usually don’t go for pinks.

Thank You for posting this, i forgot about points then I saw this and the lip scrub and got one finally!! I agree I don’t care for the past bags under points and was wondering when I would see something I really wanted!!

I am happy I used points that were getting ready to expire, that way it’s free 😁

What an absolute joke. Because points just expired, I only have 1070 and no way to get to 1200 for the lipstick. Every effing month. I review, and lose just as many points. They need to improve this joke of a “reward” or just do away with it. I have been a member for four years and have only have two rewards, one before they jacked up the cost of the rewards.

I used to love the rewards! Back before they got super unreasonable with the points, I got a full size Hourglass foundation for 500 or 600 points! Now everything is baby sized and costs double. And I sure dont want to review and then use almost a years worth a points for an empty ipsy bag.

omg years ago they had GREAT rewards. I remember getting two better than sex mascaras for free 😩

I couldn’t agree more. I forgot about new stuff being pit up and they’re already all out of the decent ones. I hate that my points expire so quickly when they can’t accommodate the amount of members they have. They should be adding every week or every other week just to give others a chance.

I never get the things I really want that are listed because they’re always sold out. Now I’ve got points expiring this month and I’ll have to force myself to redeem something – I earned those stupid points! – and I have enough for the lipstick, but it’s gone.
Having the past bags as a reward is also a joke: how many freaking bags do they think we want?

Mel

Exactly! You can’t even earn 1200 points in a year unless you buy add-ons. Which I often do. Yet not at a fast enough rate for my points to not expire. Honestly, I’m kinda over Ipsy. I stay subscribed for the FOMO, but have been so underwhelmed the past few months. I need to start putting stuff on eBay to try to recoup my cost and just call it a day.

Carol

That lipstick is so pretty. I’ve been ‘almost’ buying it for months. I still have unopened lip products that I want to try though. Going to keep hoarding my points lol.

How I can get the touch in sol lipstick without any points? 🙁

Amber

It’s spoiled to be in February’s plus bags, so maybe you’ll get it next month or it will be an add-on

Amber

I grabbed the TOUCH IN SOL lipstick. I’ve never tried any lip products from this brand. A nice surprise!

I redeemed for the Benefit roller lash mascara yesterday! They put new items up every 1st.

Becca

Finally! Something good! I got the touch in sol lipstick!
