I’m a recent subscriber to Fabletics and am trying to figure out where the ‘skip’ option is but for the life of me can’t find it. Dark patterns.. 🤨
Gabby, I know how frustrating it is to try and find the skip option. When you’re on the Fabletics website: go to menu, scroll all the way down to “My Account”, click on it and then you should see the “Skip this month” orange button within your account. Let me know if you don’t find it.
You have to hit skip in two separate places. After you click “Skip this month” under “my account”, you’ll be directed to another page that looks like you’re back to shopping. Scroll way down to the bottom for the second step. Click on something like “yes I’m sure” ( I don’t remember the exact wording). If you don’t do both steps, it won’t skip. Make sure you get an email that says you skipped the month. If you don’t get the email, it won’t skip. I have several member credits because I didn’t do the second step. It’s an underhanded way for them to dupe you into spending more money.
I was already irritated that a member credit couldn’t be used on their sales prices. There’s always a sale, and usually your better off skipping and just paying the cheaper sale price in a couple weeks. Then they come out with a new membership program that they say is better, but in several ways it’s not better. 1st the trick you into purchasing credits by hiding a two step process, now they’ll take the credit(s) away if you do t use it within a year. And now they’ll let you use up a member credit for items that cost less then the credit. They have no problem taking a $49.95 credit for a $4.95 pair of socks.
