Vivoo Test Pack with 4 Wellness Tests - Listed Value $32.00 (found here for $19.75)

This test kit is truly one of a kind and a product/company that I really enjoyed learning more about. Vivoo is a personal wellness assistant app that gives you personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice. How does this app give you personal nutrition advice? Simple, through urine test strips! Yep, you read that correctly. My kit came with 4 urine strips that I can use at home along with my app. I just had to create a quick profile on my free Vivoo app, answer a few questions about myself, then pee on the urine strip, upload a photo of it, and wait for my personal assistant to review. Through the strip, the app is checking water consumption, pH, immune system strength, liver function, kidney function, ketone levels, and glucose levels. My first test gave me a 9.5 out of 10 for my levels and then listed some ways that I can improve my eating habits, how to get more protein, and how to stay hydrated. I went to do a second test, but the app would not allow me, suggesting that you should not take the test more than once a week. I'm assuming that once I take more tests, my profile will build and be much more specific to me personally whereas right now it is pretty generic after only taking one test. This is a really interesting way to track your body's functions and to learn more ways to stay healthy and to learn new or maybe unlearn habits. I can't wait to see how my remaining tests go!

Natural Defence Hand Rub by Neal's Yard, 40 ml - Retail Value $7.65

We use hand sanitizers a lot at my house. Receiving a new bottle from a brand that is new to me is always a treat! Right away I noticed how this spray does not leave my hands feeling sticky, which I love. It is a natural spray made with 70% alcohol, essential oils, 95% organic ingredients, and 100% natural. It also smells incredible! I used this quickly the other day and my son asked what that amazing smell was. Finally, a sanitizer that smells good that my kids like!

Jaden Earrings by Foxy Originals - Retail Value $31.00

These earrings are just my style! Small, sleek, and gold. They are the perfect everyday piece that will help keep me feeling put together without being too oversized and risking my daughter ripping these earrings out of my ears. I really loved learning about this company as well! The monthly booklet notes that Foxy Originals produces locally so that they can keep jobs at home and guarantee a positive work environment. These earrings are handmade from fine pewter with a 14 kt gold plating. These would also make a wonderful gift to a friend or stocking stuffer if they aren't exactly your style.

Stress Less Bath Bomb by The Bath Bomb Co., 200 g - Retail Value $5.95

I didn't realize how badly I needed a relaxing bath bomb in my life! This bath bomb is handmade to help cool, relieve tension, relax muscles, and rejuvenate your skin. I felt all of that when I used this! It is made with Eucalyptus which has this earthy scent that is also very powerful, it is really great at clearing sinuses if you need that as well! Each bath bomb is handmade using natural ingredients that are toxin-free. This was a win all around!

FaceOff Cloth by FaceOff - Retail Value $14.99

This reusable cloth can clean your skin of makeup, sweat, and other grime from the day with just water! All you have to do is wet the cloth with warm water and use it to clean your face and wipe away makeup. You can wash and reuse this towel every day! I do wish this wasn't white because my makeup has already stained it pretty badly, nothing major though. I'm loving this cloth so far and it is doing a great job in removing my makeup, but I will say I am still using my usual facial cleanser after using the cloth to still clean my face. The FaceOff site says that with this cloth you shouldn't need a cleanser, but I don't think I am ready to give mine up just yet!

Cream of Earl Grey Pyramid Tea Bags by Genuine Tea, 15 tea bags - Retail Value $9.95

My husband is slowly making the switch to tea only instead of coffee, he isn't fully there just yet though. We have been trying to find the perfect tea for him so this came at just the right time! This blend is caffeinated so it is great for the morning or early afternoon. This blend has a bold orange flavor while still being sweet and creamy. It has hints of vanilla and a floral scent. It is bold yet balanced, perfect with milk, sugar, honey, or just totally on its own. This was such a hit I might need to buy more soon!

Changes Workbook - Estimated Retail Value $10.00

The workshop this month is all about changes, how to work on them, and how to sustain them. The workbook starts with small actions that we can take before we move into the heavy changes, and ways that we can move away from negative thought patterns. It helps show us how to put the changes we want to see and make into action and ways to get unstuck in our process (if you find yourself stuck working through big changes). It also has a positive activity list, things that you can do to build positive actions and thoughts, and new hobbies. I really found this page useful as I work through my own challenges and changes from being at home for many, many months now with my two kiddos. Finally, the workbook ends with a reflection and ways to put your plan into action. We are all working through changes right now, big and small, and sometimes it can be overwhelming. I found this month's workbook to be so helpful and on point with where we are as a country and where I am personally.

Verdict: This was my first box from Loti and I absolutely loved it! It was a great mix of products and filled with brands that were all new to me. I genuinely enjoy reading about the brands, their mission, and how they produce each product. This month introduced me to the Vivoo app and my weekly urine strips to help me learn more about my health and lifestyle. I love that the app is free and easy to use! The bath bomb was the item that I didn't know I needed this week, I have been very stressed as I'm sure you all are as well, so it was a nice gift to myself to take some time to calm down in a hot bath. The tea was a hit with my husband and is going to help him make the switch to tea from coffee easily! The face cloth won't have me removing my facial cleanser from my daily skincare routine, but I love how soft it is and how nicely it removes buildup after a long day. The hand sanitizer was a big hit with my kids and leaves us with clean hands that don't stink and aren't sticky so that was a big win! For approximately $44.86 USD ($49.95 CAD plus $8.99 shipping), we received 6 lifestyle items plus the gratitude workbook and jar for an estimated retail value of $111.54, which is over twice the price of the box. Quality, thoughtful curation, and a workbook to help me make changes in my life have left me excited and wanting more from Loti!

Taryn, have the hubs try Twinings Lady Grey. Its a black tea with orange & lemon peel and bergamot. My other go to is Teavanna Earl Gray Creme which is a black tea blend with bergamot citrus, lavender and vanilla creme. I love them both equally.

I really like the concept of this box, but I really don’t like getting random jewelry because I’m super picky. I’d love a wellness box that just focuses on self care activities (e.g., the workbook, the test strips, bath bomb, tea)–not stuff. I’ll keep my eye on the reviews though to see if it’s common.

I agree! Not everyone wears earrings and it doesn’t really seem like a “wellness” item. The rest sounds nice though!

I used to be an avid coffee drinker and then one day I just stopped. I love green and herbal teas and also really enjoy matcha lattes.

The smell of coffee beans just can’t be beat though ☺️

I love coffee but am so proud of my husband for trying to stop drinking it. Tea has some amazing benefits!
