I keep considering going back to Birchbox even tho I like Ipsy better just because at least the boxes are useful

Such a cute idea! I wish more people would just get creative like that instead of going straight to “this sucks, this is ugly!” Think of a creative way to use them, I mean by now you know what to expect but if they bother you that much start letting ipsy know! Send emails, tweet them, DM and/or tag them on Instagram! Heck do it all, make your voice be heard!! They won’t change anything if people don’t demand it! Just sayin…

Love the color of the blue, but I don’t like when random words are all over the bag. Do they not do bags for the ultimate anymore? I used to buy the ultimate bags as an add on but notice that’s no longer a thing

I needed a bag to keep my night routine in. Yay! So cute. I will use the GB to put my face serums etc in and the GBP to keep my please help me fall asleep items. Much cuter than my current 6 year old Arden bags

This is another time where I’m like… do they even employ any professional designers? The faux-digital pixellated typography does not match the mood of the word “dream” or the soft baby blue, white, & gray colors.

Agree with you. The font they selected has nothing “soft” or “fluffy” or “warm” about it. It’s harsh and reminds me of scifi movies about computers running amuck. The clear “jelly” material is not cute either.
I joined ipsy in 2014, and since then, there has been a clear shift away from the concept of fun sampling and “camaraderie in makeup” that we had then to “we’re in the social media business, and incidentally we’ll send you some cosmetics.” Sad.
Who will I even foist the furry December bag on????

I like a clear bag every now & then, because I like to see what’s in them, but this glam bag looks… frosty?

I love December’s fuzzy bag and I think this one is really cute too. They will never be able to make everyone happy with the designs because people have vastly different tastes
