Glossybox has been getting worse and worse, but this December box is the all time lowest ever. Not one thing I even opened.

My package has been stuck en route to DHL since 12/3. I hate DHL.

I’m considering subbing for this box, but I’ve heard that Glossybox is one of those subs where you have to cancel very early in the month to avoid getting next month’s box. I would prefer not to be locked in for two months. Does anyone know what the deadline is for cancelling?

I always leave my default billing for them as an empty visa gift card, they’re a bit shady on occasion but I give them my real card for purchases bc I have really liked a few of their past boxes!

You have to cancel before the 14, I am cancelling mine in a couple of days even if they haven’t shipped my box yet. I’ve done it before and never had any problems.

I tried that earlier this year. Subbed on the 1st or 2nd, canceled on the 11th. I didn’t want to be charged for two months. They never shipped my box, waited and waited. Finally contacted them, they canceled the box I ordered. Idk if that’s because it was a popular box, or they don’t want one month subbers.

That’s one product I could never understand. I also don’t understand salt scrubs as a category. They hurt.

This one and the DP Hue ones are great! They are more refined for your scalp but still cleansing. This one has a great consistency that reduces the sea salts abrasiveness.

It’s for your scalp! And believe me, this stuff is great. I just used some the other day and I can’t believe how soft my hair is.

On the other hand, still waiting for my Black Friday orders that have been in standstill since November 27th. Customer service hasn’t helped one bit. 😖
