Just an FYI, this is typically the best coupon you’ll see. Getting an extra toy is worth I think something like nine dollars a box so if you get a year subscription you’re saving almost $110 and so it’s definitely worth it. The extra toys are the exact same quality as the typical toys you’re received.
Although I wish they had a little bit smaller toys for my 3 pound Yorkie, I just love the quality and the toys are very cute. I do wish the treats had more variety though, they tend to be the same size and flavor and just branded differently (they are BARKBOX brand) , so that’s a little disappointing. The giant stick treat is way too big for my dog.

I break up the treat stick for my small dog. That way he doesn’t get too much at once and I can make it the right size for him.

They do have great CS. My dog doesn’t play with toys much, so I was able to switch out one toy for an extra bag of treats and a chew.

I definitely tried that, cutting into tiny little pieces but even that didnt work, it was just too hard for my 2 1/2 pound puppy to eat. After I contacted BARKBOX about it to see if they had anything I could exchange it for, they were super helpful and offered to change the stick treat for another bag of treats!
They were so helpful and wonderful. You can also change all your treats for an extra toy so you’d get no treats and 3 toys instead of 2! So that may be a good option for some people.
