Since contracting with Culture Fly, this subscription has suffered. Less quality, late shipping and horrible customer service. The sizing is also wrong, the XS is like a M.

Don’t risk missing this box. This is the 10 year anniversary 💕 great items are in the box. My daughter got the Fall box first time getting a box. Glad I did this for her. I’m excited for the next box to arrive.

I am really not happy. I subscribed and paid for Annual Pusheen Box in July. I got my Summer Box but I haven’t received my Fall Box. Upon contacting Pusheen Box service, I was told my next box will be the Winter Box. So they just skipped my Fall Box?

They got me this time! I felt so guilty of not getting the fall box and I made sure I would get this one. Winter boxes are really cute because for the most part they include cute sweaters! I’ll make sure to stop looking for spoilers

The light from my box did not work either. I put brand new batteries in it. My 4 year old is really disappointed, she loves things that light up to play with at bedtime.

So I emailed them about it yesterday and it’s a known issue (thanks for the heads up Culture Fly?).
Certain brands don’t work well, Rayovac, Duracell, Energizer, basically the main brands. It seems like off brand batteries work ( theysuggestedCVS and Amazon Basics to me), I had Prince & Spring ones that eventually worked.
They also suggested wedging a piece of cardboard behind the flat metal piece on the one side sp the connection can be made with the shorter batteries (they’ll send you a diagram if you reach out).

They really have some nerve even just telling ppl to try this crap to get it to work!🤦🏻♀️ How are they not embarrassed AF?!? Apparently they haven’t any shame.
Like “Here’s a non-working, shoddy contraption you paid for (& expected it to work just fine), but you first must *attempt* to ‘MacGyver’ it w/pieces of cardboard in order for you to *POSSIBLY* get it to work!…Just be sure to follow this ridiculous diagram!”😬😂🤦🏻♀️
I really wanted to become a subscriber for quite some time now, bc I LOVE Pusheen…but this crap is ridiculously ABSURD! I’m so glad I saw these comments about it!

I put new batteries in mine and it didn’t work. I then tried it with a set of my rechargeable AA’s and it did work. Maybe try it with a different set of batteries just to see?

Mine did not at first either. Try checking where the batteries go. The metal piece that touches the batteries was bent weird. It was an easy fix.

The tracking on mine says it’s supposed to be delivered today. It’s been stuck in Chicago and been in Illinois since Sunday night. I want my bloody box. I’ve already emailed customer care, waiting to hear back. Now it’s pending with no scheduled delivery.

I actually don’t love this spoiler, thank goodness … because I really need to take a break from Pusheen Box. As an adult woman with no children, I am accumulating quite a bit of Pusheen stuff and it’s starting to look suspicious. ;D So, I cancelled this box but I’m SURE I’ll be back sometime in the future!
I just received my Fall box yesterday, so hang in there, everybody! I’m wearing the cosmic hoodie today and it’s so soft and comfy.

So cute! I love Pusheen clothing items. I wear mine and wash and dry them a lot and they all still look sharp, so the quality is good.
I have not yet receive my Fall box and cannot wait to get it. This is a box my daughter and I can share, and of course our favorite.

Yea it came today and the light doesn’t work, and the sweatshirt runs smaller than the giant shirt we got over the summer.

This box has the cutest items ever! I would probably only wear that sweatshirt for lounging around the house, but I’d like to see more spoilers before taking the plunge. I know this box can sold out pretty quickly, but I’ll risk it.
