I’m very disappointed at Pusheen’s customer service. First, you were supposed to use certain code which was the promo code when subscribing, right? I did that, subscribed and added that code. Then I knew from some people that commented on facebook that you were supposed to contact customer service, what for I wondered? well, so you could ACTUALLY get a link with a code so you can get the box. I contacted customer service the day after I subscribed and I was told told to wait for an email from them with a code. I waited for weeks, and after so much insistency I was told yesterday that they no longer have the bonus boxes because is no longer Black Friday. Unbelievable! Finally, today I learned that the email was from Culture Fly not from Pusheen. How on earth would I know that?
Was just all a lie to get people to subscribe and that’s it?
I just can’t believe I fell for that and that I’ve been checking my email everyday multiple times a day waiting for that email with the code for nothing.
