Skipped the ultimate glam bag again, 3rd month in a row. Actually got the Plus bag lat month instead. Having 3 choices is much better than 1, which never made sense to me. I’m signed up for the X Bag. If that doesn’t pan out, I’m canceling my subscription. I’m tired of getting duplicates of products.

I can’t decide if I want this or not! I typically skip the ultimate and get the plus and the regular bags (regular bag i have a one year pre-paid membership, so I never skip, the plus i pay monthly and occasionally skip). I forgot to skip the November ultimate and actually really, really liked it, which surprised me since the few ultimates I have gotten in the past have been disappointing. Now this is the last ultimate bag ever, and Christmas season (which I would think would make them try extra hard?), and they just did a really good job imo in November…but I am still not completely convinced, based on the spoilers. I got the Veriphy eye cream for my choice item, which seems nice, but am not super excited about anything else I have seen. Thoughts on December bag? What should I do??

I chose Kenra, I use other Kenra products & they’re wonderful. They smell amazing! There’s no way I was skipping the last month of gbu.

Just in case anybody sees this, I’d just like to say that the Veriphy eye cream is AMAZING!
I’ve been using the 5ml all month, and I’ve already added it to my list of favourites.
Nice on sensitive skin, it’s thicker…almost like a balm…but when you start to tap it in? It liquifies…does that make sense? Lol
Anyway, it’s amazing…if you’re on the fence? Go for it! ☺️

Why is ultimate able to choose but plus not until after they charge you? I don’t get it.

Plus gets to choose 3 items, Ultimate only 1. It will be interesting to what they do for the new X subscription.
Originally I assumed the reason that Ipsy did Plus Choice on a different day was to reduce the load of traffic on the website as everyone tries to choose for all 3 bags at once. I’m not so sure now, since many people have pointed out that subscribers don’t get to see any of their Choice items until ~after~ they’ve been charged for the bag.

I read somewhere that glam bag X they were going to charge you on the last day of the month. That will be very interesting to see if we are able to See our choice items in order to know if we want to keep it for the month or not I think that is the nicest thing a subscription could possibly do for people and I don’t like that they changed it with the plus I love that we have 3 choices but last month I only liked one of my choice categories so it didn’t really make it any better for me.

I wasn’t impressed with spoilers so I paused before today. Glad not to feel that FOMO. Hopefully the new X bag will knock it out of the park.

I have Tula and it is the bomb! It has a pleasant scent and it has probiotics that do something I guess,lol. The cleanser is very nice though, doesn’t strip your face.

Based on the options I am skipping this month. I wanted the Kenra but none of the other products caught my eye. This is my first time ever skipping. Really hope the new boxes will be better. I will look forward to choosing more than one product at last

I picked the Diamond Lights powder in Nebula, but promptly canceled, since I didn’t care for these choices or the other spoilers.
