I will never buy from this company again. I tried calling but it consistently went into an auto recorded message. They never once answered the phone, even during “open” hours. Sent them an email to which they responded 3 days later with a scripted response. It was clear they didn’t even research the missing shipment. My boxes finally shipped, over two weeks after I ordered them, after I sent them a response telling them off. I hope everyone else receives their boxes.

Did everyone receive all of your order? I only received 3 out of 4 boxes ordered. Also I received a couple of different items… Were we supposed to receive variation of the featured boxes?

Same! My spa box hasn’t shipped and my beauty tales is missing two items! Also, the bottle of oil doesn’t have a seal or packaging. I should have known better—this company is unreliable. I regret the purchase.

Wow, I didn’t even realize I was missing the blush/bronzer duo in the picture since the pamphlet doesn’t show that as an item. I know the description for these boxes say “Please note some products may vary from those pictured” but they should at least replace items to have the same number as what is pictured.

Two of my spa boxes have not even finished processing yet even though I have been charged. I think they oversold and now don’t have anything to ship out. I went back on their website and it looks like they added another box labeled World of Beauty. I wonder if we will end up getting some combination of those boxes instead. I just want something from them or a refund at this point.

Same! Spa box is the one that hasn’t shipped and my beauty tale box was missing the clay mask and blush/bronzer duo and only one item was substituted. I was hoping to gift the spa box to my sister in law!

Mine haven’t even shipped and trying to reach their customer service is terrible. Not worth the hassle and likely won’t be ordering these again next year.

I reached out to their customer service about my missing box last week and haven’t heard from yet… I hope you receive yours soon.

The October boxes are fantastic! This is such a great deal. I’ve been pretty intrigued by glossybox recently (and surprisingly.)

When they first had this sale available, the composition was different. I see now that there’s the summer Limited edition, the Easter egg and Mother’s Day box. What’s interesting, is that they sold out of all these boxes. How come they still have some left over?

I bought the summer limited edition box when it had just launched, but they have cancelled my order quoting out of stock. So I am majorly surprised to see it here. It looks a bit different, without the cosmetic case, though. I purchased it. I would really like to get the case. I also wanted the Mother’s Day box, but it is sold out.

Thanks for the post! I bought 3 for $25 and the Summer Edition box. I will make some gift sets for in laws with this and use the rest for myself.

Thanks for posting MSA! I checked for this promo on Black Friday but at that time, the offer was available only to existing subscribers. Glad to see it opened up today to anyone. It sounds silly but I got the 3 for $25 deal pretty much for the boxes themselves and not even the products.
