I have been waiting since October. Looks like they have an inventory issue as my Shoppe order was fulfilled and on its way for shipment rather soon.

Being a Canadian, we are charged $25 USD and custom charges on top of taxes. It came up to $45 USD for me in extra no value added charges.

If I am paying $25 USD for shipping, waiting this long is not worth it. If it gets fulfilled I estimate two months.

If LookFantastic in the UK can deliver in around a week and not charge me shipping, I cannot accept Curateur’s fulfillment practice.

This is the worst subscription box. Wanted to love this box but they are not giving me any reasons to give them a second chance.


I just received my tracking information for the Kat Burki. I can’t wait to receive it. So far, my experience with the box has been stellar, I did not encounter much delays unlike Bombay and Cedar.


I received my Marine collagen separately. I really like it.


I never received my marine collagen product. I got an email saying it would be included in the winter box and for the delay I could use a $25 credit at the shopp online. I’d rather get a credit towards the winter box. Everything in the shopp is so expensive.


I’m guessing a convertible clutch/shoulder bag and an reversible or ombré scarf that’s light and dark.


Box of Style successfully changed their name…but they didn’t change anything else. They continue the lame spoiler hints, poor service, slow shipping, bad reputation.

You can put lipstick on a pig…it’s still a pig.


I don’t understand why the hints. Isn’t it better to actually show the spoilers so that you can encourage people to subscribe? This is so lame.


I received my marine collagen a week ago!!! I’m an annual subscriber so not sure if that made a difference in timeliness of shipment/priority.

Also, I’m like 99.999999% sure its going to be a poncho/ruana. Wishing it was a cashmere wrap from Quince!!


I subscribed when they had their $50 off plus a candle deal a couple of weeks ago, but my box hasn’t shipped.

They bill for the Winter box on November 15. I definitely don’t want the Winter box at $100, but if I cancel now, I don’t know if they’ll cancel my fall box too. I searched the FAQs on the site and didn’t find an answer. The site’s chat-with-a-rep function is disabled “because of COVID.” Obviously it would be too convenient to have a telephone customer service unit…so I emailed. Who knows when they’ll get back to me.

Is this their plot to rope customers into buying two seasonal boxes when they only want one?


Same exact situation. Def want the Fall box (esp st the 40% off price and bonus candle), but based on all the reviews of customer service and what’s in the winter box- does not at all seem worth $99.
I don’t think they bill for the winter box until 11/19, so thinking we have until then to cancel. But it also says you can’t cancel until 1st box ships, so maybe that’s their ploy and why they take forever shipping


I see an option to “skip curation” under the “my orders” section, so I’m going to click that after the choices become available.


Why can’t I find the skip curation option?


I needed to come back here and mention that I did receive a response. A Curateur team member assured me that I’ll receive the Fall box and canceled my membership so I won’t be charged for the Winter box. The team member was very friendly and understanding. I reached out on November 6, and today is November 9. That’s actually technically one business day. I felt really anxious reading everyone’s poor CS experiences. Mine were more delayed than with other boxes (I receive immediate feedback on FabFitFun, Allure has a CS number, and Ipsy’s website / app is very user friendly) and the shipping has of course been slow, but I haven’t been charged for anything I didn’t want and the times I have chosen to order boxes I have been happy with the items and deals I’ve received.


You’re safe to cancel, in my opinion. These boxes don’t do refunds. I’ve never had a problem with RZ’s box sending unwanted shipments or failing to fulfill an order, and I’ve jumped in and out three separate times. Only about one seasonal box a year is a really good fit for me.


In the past when I’ve subscribed and then canceled I’ve seen a way to cancel online. Now I’m not seeing that. They don’t have a CS line to call, and they haven’t yet responded to the message I sent. So…yay.


Same. I purchased the fall box, same deal as Christy. I cancelled immediately after getting my order confirmation. My box has not shipped…of course it hasnt! I only purchase about one per year, always with a discount and deal. I’ve always gotten my box but I never hold my breath waiting. They are definitely in the top five worst boxes for shipping and CS.


I was also wondering about this. I assumed that since I have already been billed, my current fall box would not be canceled. When I logged in to look into canceling, I saw that there is also a Skip Curation option and went with that for now and will cancel once my Fall box ships.


I’m also in the same boat. I don’t get mad easily but I’m furious. The customer service is reprehensible. I’m never buying this box again.

I’m in the same boat – I need to cancel before the 15th but not sure if they’ll cancel the fall box then. I’ve already been charged so I have no idea what to do!


My understanding is if you’ve paid for the fall box, you’ll receive the fall box. You should still be able to cancel before the 15th when they charge for the winter box.


Maybe I’m the negative one but ‘hints’ are things we did in grade school. I’m a 40 year old adult, what’s in the damn box…

55 here and cannot stand to be played with! It’s time to show what’s in the box . The long drawn out hints , usually make you think it’s going to be great , and then you see it and WHAT? I waited for this , her variety is pathetic I’m thinking a purse a scarf or poncho a skin care item, jewlery that’s way overpriced, and a lipstick.




Normally I don’t mind spoilers but I am too anxious from the election debacle to deal with more uncertainty in my life, so just tell us already, LOL!

I never got the collagen and my box came months ago – in September


I got an email that said the collagen would ship with my Winter box. I also got a $25 shop credit as compensation.


Who thought spoiler hints was a good idea? Is it a crossbody/clutch and reversible scarf? No idea. Going to cancel.


These spoiler hints are tedious. They are behind on delivering Fall boxes, and would be better served revealing the Winter box to keep people who didn’t get their collagen serum from canceling. But no matter what’s in the box, I won’t consider ordering before I see their Black Friday deal, since I know there is no chance it will sell out.


Yes! I’ve said it before about FabFitFun (or was it Causebox?): Take the people that you currently pay to sit around coming up with stupid hints and send them to the warehouse to package the orders that were paid for ages ago and you still haven’t shipped.

I ordered the Fall box last month. No word yet on ship date. Can I go ahead and cancel my subscription without any impact on my receipt of the Fall Box?

I subscriber August 14th for the fall box. Received it yesterday. Marine collagen is missing. They put card that supposedly will ship separately but I am not holding my breath. Will cancel.
