I just subscribed, mainly for the $10 coupon. I guess the palette is a bonus I will give away as a gift. How does the pop-up coupon work? I was charged immediately, received a confirmation email but no coupon code or instructions on how to use it? Does it just appear automatically when I shop? So confused right now.

Did you ever get the $10? I subbed Sunday and haven’t received anything and found your comment searching for an answer.

Hi, I have an Boxycharm account that has 4000 charms. I only subscribed it once a couple years ago and they messed up and gave me the charms. I have no interest in subscribing it again, so if someone wants it please let me know.

I think the only way to communicate is through swap site. I have swap listing Circumference Green Clay Detox Face Mask, you can request that, ask for Boxycharm in the comments. Hope it works.

I tried to post my email but didn’t see it posted. I have the same name on swap site, If you can message me there, I can give you my account information. I think you need to subscribe in order to use the charms.

Can charms be transferred? If so, I would love to take them off your hands! 🙂

“Eloise the Queen” just sounds way too much like the title of a children’s book, LOL. Whoever designed this did not do her homework. What next, the “Madeline the Princess” palette?

Lol…I received this palette in a past box and it was not great quality and didn’t perform well. This palette would not be an incentive for me to join.

I was wondering what the quality of this palette is so thank you for saying it didn’t perform well. I would never subscribe to BoxyCharm again but the palette looked interesting. I wonder if Boxycharm will get better or even worse now that Ipsy owns them? I couldn’t imagine it being possible for them to get worse but I thought that in the past and they did indeed get worse so who knows.

I received this palette too. I was kinda afraid of the intense colours. Then i used them and the payoff is soooooo low that i was actually able to use them. Haha. They ended up being a watercolour faded version of the colours you see. People that love pigmented colours would have been ripped off. It worked for neutral shade me
