Nothing new in the Popup today?

I didn’t believe I would ever subscribe to BC again; however, the gift, the $10 pop up coupon, and still able to choose for December was a good deal for me at this time. I purchased exactly what I wanted in the pop up, and I consider it a better value than adding Ipsy X – which will probably be makeup-heavy.

There are new great deals posted today, multi buy like 2 Sunday Riley Good genes, 4 spongelles etc..
Hurry as they will probably sell very fast!

I’m interested in trying the Good Genes Stuff. I wish I knew if it was going to be in next month’s Luxe Box for sure or not. It was the first spoiler, but I think not a given.

*quite easily. Lol

This may be coming a little too late for you, but Joe definitely said some time last month that Good Genes is going to be in every December Luxe box!! 🙂

I bought
(Electric Picks Capulet Lock Necklace 14kt gold plated chain & heart lock for 29.)
And (Korres Volcanic mascara in Lavender Pop for 6.)
I had a 10 coupon for signing up again to Boxycharm.

I’m on makeup overload but I like necklaces and it looked cute. Purple mascara is fun. So am happy. The Alex and Annie bracelets are nice I got them on a past popup.

Today they were supposed to have special stocking stuffers. Tuesday. There isnt anything different. I am bummed. They had all these…every day is going to be different ads. Maybe tomorrow’s double deals will happen?

I love the pop up sale but don’t like the box that much. I always overspend during pop-up.

Marion

I made 2 orders/overspent. I made about $60 worth of purchases.

I noticed that while some things that have been in sales/add-ons for a while (ie – the less-desirable Marc Jacobs shades, a couple Hank & Henry palettes) and have been reduced in price, a lot of things that would have been (or were) $4 in the past are now $6, and some of the stuff that would have been $6 is now $9 (ie – most of the Milk stick products).

Is it too late to subscribe and get to take part in this? Is everything good sold out?

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda

There is still a lot available, including the Good Genes for $18

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

Nope, there’s still a lot of great deals, IMO. Especially on mid-tier eye palettes for $6-$9 & high end Viseart palettes from $9-$18.

Errmmm

VISEART PALETTES FOR $9!!!!!

WHAAAAAHHHHHH??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

(I bought 2)

Zo

I don’t miss my Boxy sub but I do miss Boxy popups.

Flora

Me too! I feel like it is basically $25 “buy-in” fee to shop so you would have to at least save that much in your purchases.

Reply ButtonReply

Errmmm

That’s exactly how I think of it!

Angie

Somehow BoxyPopUp always surprises me. I only buy skincare and amazingly I spent a lot and got everything I was wanting! So happy with the sale it was better than expected. I thought after buying from every popup that I wouldn’t spend so much but I did spend a lot so hopefully I’m done with the popup 😬

I picked up a couple of Ciate glitter lipsticks. Another liquid lip set (My name is Robin and I’m a lip color addict… lol), the Jessica Rabbit Palette I wanted mostly bc…Jessica Rabbit, a set of ridiculous KVD crayons because I had them in my Sephora Wishlist already. In my mind I want to do fun Lisa Frank like things, but in reality, I have no skills, patience or time. 😛 And a little bum bum cream since with my $10 coupon for joining, that spared me shipping. It was all so hard with the site crashing constantly and slow loading.

I’ll have to see if I end if I think Luxe is worth it, especially since those items like the “SR Good Genes” were in the popup. It’s all very confusing. Perhaps by design.

Marion

I have those KVD crayons! The color payoff is gorgeous, but I did get some light staining just while swatching, so beware!

Robin

Good to know. I’ll probably play with them when I’m not going anywhere.

“Everything else is kind of a blur” 🤣 Love it, and I think I know exactly what you mean. Lol Uh yeah, I check every day. Trying to not be ridiculous. Plus, Ipsy’s thing is coming soon too. Lol I wish Boxy didn’t charge shipping without a minimum spend. Especially since it might add up to even more if they didn’t, and they could combine multiple purchases made around the same time like Amazon does, anyway.

Brandi

I’m a lip color junkie as well, I loved the Ciate glitter lipstick I had before so I ordered a couple as well. I bought the Kosas oil and I’m excited to try that. Everything else I bought is kind of a blur, I wanted to get things before they were gone. I had a $12 credit so that helped. I’m scared my bank account can’t handle the rest of the week as they add new things 😩

Website crashed darn it right when I was checking out. It added doubles to my order as well hopefully will be fixed soon

Pink5

I had to reload the makeup page several times, because it was just showing me the top two or three rows over and over. Kind of annoying.

Reply ButtonReply

Angela

So im the only one having boxy website issues? Their website is abysmal..

Reply ButtonReply

Ellen Key

I really wish I was subscribed for the Kosas oil. Has anyone tried it?

Reply ButtonReply

Regena

I hated it gave it away used once felt very greasy and the smell and did not sit well on the skin

Deb

Yes – and I love it !

I had an excellent morning in the boxy popup! Picked up Sunday Riley Good Genes, a Murad moisturizer, the touchinsol waterful glow cream I’ve been obsessed with since I got it in an ipsy bundle, a $6 mini curling iron, and a few cheaper make-up/skincare deals to fill out my stock. Usually I end up disappointed but I was quite pleased with my final haul.
