I can’t believe what a disappointment this box it. I LOVE ME, FFF, and Causebox. The reviews made it sound like this sub would be similar (miss popsugar). I finally, after 3 months, got my seasonal box and my $65 mystery box. What a waste of money! I loved the candle in the seasonal, but the rest was junk and my mystery box was trash. There was not a single thing that I liked (and I usually LOVE sub boxes). I already cancelled my auto renewal and will see if there is any way to cancel sooner. Not sure if this used to be good and then went downhill or if they got people to write fake reviews…

I hate to jump on the negative-Nancy band wagon, but this is my first time subbing to this box, and I am already regretting paying for annual. I won’t be renewing my subscription after my year is up.

I am still waiting on a refund for the difference in pricing for a prepaid subscription and the monthly October box. It is irking that they have been over promising shipping dates and then under delivering. Beautiful and unique items in the box though. Will probably cancel after the prepaid sub is up and see how Margot Elena goes.

Do you need to have a subscription to one of the boxes to be able to shop the collections (like you do with FFF & Causebox)?

Yup, I’ve looked at their “75%” off sales twice and only one item was that discounted the others were around 8% off which is a joke. I’ve never looked at their sales since.

I’m a little bummed that the fall sale includes the candle I wanted that was “out of stock” when I made my selections for the fall box .. which I still have not received. Some of these items are tempting for gifts, but I’m not confident I’ll have them before Christmas.

Such a shame none of this was included in my mystery box. I won’t buy from this company again; it wasn’t a good experience from over a month shipping to zombie products to awful customer service. It always looks so nice though 🤷♀️
