I’ve watched eight unboxings and seven of the eight received the card holder, dry face brush, and the eyeliner.

Today I received an email from fab fit funds stating that something went wrong on my display etc and they corrected the mistake and included the extra add ons I deleted I deleted I literally deleted did not want any extra anything and they went ahead and assumed something and now I’m going to be charged for them imagine that

I had that happen when Fabfitfun added something to my cart that I did not select and they refused to cancel it even though I emailed them as soon as they sent the invoice when the sale ended. They had a security breach over the summer, I would worry that the email you received might even be part of that breach. It’s worth contacting CS if you haven’t already but I wouldn’t click any links in the email. Good luck!

I just signed up for annual and couldn’t customize anything. Does anyone know if I will be able to do my annual customization when the seasonal opens up? I’m worried that I just got screwed and can’t get ahold of fff. Please help!

Hi Drea, did you try to reach them on live chat? If not, try that & ask the live chat rep. Sometimes they will even let you make your choices on the chat & add them to your account manually while things are still available. Have another tab or printout of the choices because it’s difficult to see if they post them on chat. If the first rep doesn’t let you, try again with another rep in a little while, sometimes you can get lucky with a better rep. And take screenshots or photos of the chat in case you need proof later. I hope it works!

Are the extra choices in customization all $15 each? I want a few items in each category and I’m wondering if it would make sense to buy another sub instead of extra add on choices.

I believe just the first category was $15. The second might be $10 and the third was $7? Or something similar. However, FFF is already limiting some of the extra choices. So you might not be able to add on the things you want.

I’m so proud of myself. I deleted all of my extra items and add ons. I took another good look at that robe video. The robe is very short. I don’t need it. It will simply annoy me over time. Money saved all around and less clutter.

My sister of beauty, I did the same exact thing !!!
But a funny thing happened on the way to the forum lol… I just received an Email from fat fit funds saying words to this effect will it looks like we screwed up and your display at the end did not show the extra items you ordered so we went ahead and ordered them for you anyway even though I want to know this I deleted them so I am confused….

I’m Lil Confused about Fab Fit Fun as I read lots of Hate Comments on Instagram Months Ago & Steered Clear! EVERY time I See Ad for FFF Box I REALLY WANT one!! I’ve Cancelled Some Ipsy Subs & Now Have Extra 💰. 1) Can Newbies STILL Subscribe? (Comment above Said Sold-Out) 2) IF you don’t Get Annual & Only Get Seasonal aren’t You going to ONLY receive those Items that Annual Subscribers DidNT Pick? 3)the times I Almost Gave in & Bought a Sub thru FFF.. You can still join. The comment on it being sold out was to add on an additional Winter box at a discounted price from the sale that wasn’t customizable.

No you aren’t getting Annual leftovers. Seasonal members will have the same choices, but likely smaller quantities of the “popular” items. FFF seems to hold back a reserve quantity for Seasonal members. If you have your eye on an item that many have selected – I’d venture to say that’s the blanket this time around for Choice 1 – you’d need to make your selections right when Choice opens to have the best chance of getting that item. You may not have as large a selection of add-ons in that Choice category as well.

No sure what Q3 is but I’m thinking it’s a coupon code. MSA10 will get you $10 off – regardless of seasonal or annual – and that code has been pretty static for at least a year.

Yes….I absolutely love it. Live in Florida so only use it seasonally, but it feels fantastic.

Does anyone know if you buy an extra box in the add-on sale if you are able to customize it? I couldn’t see where so I opted to get a second subscription instead. Curious if anyone has purchased a box this way and what they received.

No, you won’t be able to–they’re “sold out” right now anyway, but under the description, it reads, “Note: Additional boxes purchased cannot be customized in the Add-Ons Sale.”

Has anyone rejoined and got the “Free Mystery Bundle?”
If so, what did you get? I’ve read comments that some got one item that FFF grossly overpriced.
I Also posted a comment on fab fit fun’s Instagram page about this and they asked me to message them about it.

I don’t remember what I got but I do remember being INCREDIBLY unhappy with my bundle. For one, I thought “there is no way this is $200 worth of stuff” and two, I thought “these are all REALLY old products” (from MANY seasons prior). I definitely didn’t feel I had gotten any kind of real . I also felt as if I had been “had”, like fff had gotten over on me with that deal. Really irritated me.

Unfortunately my tablet broke this morning right before customization opened. So by noon we went to town to fix my tablet but by the time I got on there there were no extra options. I really wanted the robe the Vera bradley and of course the unhide blankets for my son I went with that one of course but I really like to get my hands on the Vera Bradley makeup case so I was pretty disappointed thinking about buying another box but Im aunnal so don’t really want another annual subscription so I’m not really sure what to do. Any suggestions???THANKu

Emily – until the customization window closes, people can edit their customization, and as those changes get made, availability of items may change. I just went on to see and I could have added the Vera Bradley case as an extra, so maybe check customization periodically to see if it becomes available for you to grab as an extra. You basically have to go in and “edit” your customization to see what options are available, but just doing that won’t change anything unless you actually change your individual selections. HTH.

Keep checking back on the customizing box page. People drop things like they do in add ons. I think it will be likely the extra customization opens up, especially for that item.
Otherwise you could always open up a seasonal account too. Just use a different email. You would be able to get a coupon this way too, just make sure you cancel the account if you don’t want an extra spring box.

I have 2 annual subscriptions for me and 1 for my sister. She likes the surprise and so I pick for her.

I’m 40, happy married for 18 years and have no kids nor dogs. I work part-time from home and, if not at a doctor’s office, I’m a homebody due to my health. I’m in bed a lot. I like to use up my products and hate cltter.

My sister is 37, married with what might be the world’s coolest 11 year old daughter, 2 dogs and just bought a house. She also owns a landscaping business and edits YouTube videos on the side.

My #1 box:
Unhide blanklet (I’m gifting it)

Vinegar dry shampoo as I loved this brand’s vinegar shampoo and I’m hoping the dry shampoo doesn’t turn my dark hair white. I still need to research this and will switch to more eye gels.

I got the unhide last year and like it (though it sheds).

This year in addition to it being a customization choice there is also one in the add-ons for $29. The one in the customization choice says 50 x 60″. The add on one is called “Unhide Small” – but also listed as 50 x 60″

Do we think the add on one is really 50×60 even though called “small”? If so I love the color and am in. Or do we think it’s a mistake and small is actually going to be smaller? If so I am not spending $29…

Unhide expanded the product line and changed naming, but the one in the add-on sale is 50×60 (now called “small”) and the one offered in the box is the same size (FFF had a post on FB about the blanket offered in the box that included the dimensions: 50×60″). HTH.

The unhide small on their website has a RV of $65 which is the same as the add on so I’m guessing it is the small. What I am wondering is if the one in the box is the XS because the pics look like the XS that was in the box last winter.

I really wanted the Impressions Vanity Company mirror. Am so excited for the mirror. I’ve always wanted a Slay Station from Impressions Vanity Company.
But I went a cheaper route with Tribesigns and Micheals. So the mirror is a collectable to me. I’ve been stylist and makeup artist for 30 years am really into the beauty industry.

I can buy full-sized blankets from Costco for $15. Are the small UnHide blankets worth paying $29 for? I would greatly appreciate everyone’s thoughts, and thanks in advance for anyone who shares their opinion.

Just yo let you know, the unhides are less bulky and a little thinner but the costco blanket of which my family has 4 makes me too hot these days.

I received it in my winter box last year and selected another as my 1st choice item this season. As far as paying $30 for an add-on, no. I have bigger and just as soft blankets from Homegoods that were about $25, and I got the exact color I wanted.

I love mine and selected it again. I’ve heard others have issues with loose threads, but I’ve laundered mine (and thrown it in the drier) many times without issue. My pet also loves it.

I got the UnHide blanket last year & selected for this year’s box. It’s really soft, really pretty. I had one in my add-ons basket bu then I thought I could get a nice, warm, fuzzy blanket for half that at Kohls or Macys, so I took it out.

That’s funny, it’s one of the few times I didn’t add anything on (I watched a lot of video reviews to eliminate items), and I managed to not purchase add ons. I’ve accumulated so much stuff over the years that I really need to use up before going crazy stocking up. Glad I controlled myself this time haha.
