I received my yesterday. The bag quality isn’t great but I like the color/material. I enjoyed most of the products inside. I even got a BROWN liquid eyeliner instead of some generic black liner or black mascara. I also got a pretty Pacifica eyeshadow and small highlighter brush. I felt like the contents were worth the value of $14.

Just received absolutely love the bag. Three out of two items are a miss for me. Par for the course with any mystery thing I do. Two of the three I am sending my daughter, one up for swap and two skincare I am keeping. Overall a win

FYI-got my Plus bag today, and the feel of the bag has that off-putting, don’t want to touch it, microfiber feeling. If you’re bothered by the feeling, you’ll get what I’m saying. I was tempted by the bag, but there’s no way I’m going to use it.

I am in complete agreement that it would be wonderful for an older MSA reviewer. What is beautiful and works wonders on 25 year old skin doesn’t necessarily work on my 53 year old skin.

I’m a sucker for Mystery Bags and this one is adorable. I was born in the 70s…but somehow still love corduroy🤷♀️ I like all the brands listed as well. I’ve never gotten a Mystery Bag I hated. If i get repeats or products I won’t use…I just gift them.

this would be great if Ipsy didn’t have such horrid shipping at the moment – plus their no refunds policy when your item doesn’t arrive. Make sure to pay with a credit card so you can dispute it if it doesn’t arrive.

As a sucker for a cute bag, I got this. It looks like it might go with the bags from February 2020, with that dusty pink color scheme. I think this bag is a bit darker, but I still think they might complement each other.
Also, I didn’t like any of this month’s product choices (can’t even find a $3 add on I want to pay for), but the spring selection was good for me. I personally am hoping for a mascara and a Kensie so pretty perfume to put in my sister’s pile for the holidays. 🙂

Once I left Catholic School, I ripped the corduroy. The materials they have now are so much softer!
I agree with you about the more mature woman. Not all of us want a full face of makeup.
Plus my mom needs some tips. It took me five years to convince her that baby blue eyeliner is not in. I don’t think it ever was. But it’s definitely not now. Or maybe it’s the way she’s wearing it?

Allure said Blue is the color of the year for 2020. It seems your mom’s are back in fashion. The 80’s rocked a lot of blue too. I have always loved blue/purple eye shadow because those colors work well with brown eyes.

I have those also in my attic a dark blue and Forrest green. I want to sell it all I’ll never be that size again. My ashes probably would spill out of them lol. And light blue lee cords. I saved everything hoping I’d be in it again. Someday never came and I don’t think it ever will lol

I’m 54, and I would love someone 45 or older as a reviewer. Our skin needs change dramatically.
Like Dea said, we’d probably be too honest for our own good, and less likely to be influenced by the newest shiny thing.

I can remember being in kindergarten and 1st grade in the early 80s and absolutely HATING the corduroy jumpers and pants my mom used to dress me in, lol. It’s stiff, uncomfortable fabric and insufferably hot most of the year round down here in the warm weather of the deeo south. Still haven’t forgiven my mom for it and hate corduroy to this day 😄

But we will not be selected to review beauty subs for MSA because we’ve reached the age where we are not afraid to tell the truth, and that is not good for sponsorships. “This is a gimmicky BS product that does not do a thing for skin elasticity.” “This highlighter would only be good for painting the international space station, so that it can be seen from Pluto.” “The claim is completely bogus, as anyone with a college degree in chemistry would know. The manufacturer is preying on ignorance.” “The $5 mascara primer from L’Oreal runs circles around this $24 mascara primer from Manna Kadar.” LOL

This would be FANTASTIC!!! And I’d really like to not have to avoid reviews from adults that use unbelievably juvenile expressions such as “squeeee”…and then show a dollop of what looks like vaginal discharge (that was what made me decide that I really didn’t need to suffer that person’s writing ever again).

my favorite jacket ever was a full-length long sleeve small ribbed black corduroy jacket with beautiful small lapels and snap buttons all the way down oh if I could only find this jacket again… (Long before matrix but matrix like.. gorgeous and subtle and sassy and classy!)
