My first luxe box from Sephora. They are ALWAYS out of stock when I try to get one, so im pretty pumped about it. I dont even care what was in it…just HAD TO HAVE IT….

I was lucky enough to grab this set. I’m happy! The mask does seem to be worth $15 on it’s own. Even if the other 5 items don’t seem worth it.. I got free shipping along with a promo code for spending $25. I ended up picking out the Sephora eye cooler pads for free and 2 free samples at check out. Plus of course the 25 points to add to the point shop.

I still think it’s worth it. The mask alone is worth what $15?
Even though the Guerlain Abeille Royale Youth Watery Anti-Aging Oil is 5ml.. I still have 4 samples saved up from checkouts I will use with it to make it last longer. I usually save samples until I can get a week or two worth of a treatment. 😉
The lipstick mini size is fine.. I don’t own a lipstick of that brand and been wanting one. I don’t need a full size as I have so much to use of everything.
The mascara I currently have so will put that into my eBay box to sell with a lot of Sephora make up.
This set will be added to my Birthday bag 😊😍 this is a little extra fun.
I normally don’t buy these sets or the smaller ones. But this one I was all over it.

Sephora changed the description after this went on sale yesterday. I bought one when it went live and it said that the bottle was 0.5 oz/15 ml. Sleezy of them to change it after the box went live for sale.

This box is such a fraud. Yesterday the online description says the Guerlain is 15ml, and today they changed the description to 5ml. Many called and emailed customer service to confirm the size and yesterday they replied 15ml. I purchased two yesterday and I’m gonna wait to see the actual product. Will definitely return if it’s 5ml.

I was so excited, I also purchased two. When I receive them, I crunched some numbers and the actual retail value is $84.72, not the advertised $117, a $32.28 difference…. I contacted CS yesterday expressing my displeasure at the false advertising, inflated retail value, and the bait and switch on the size of the Guerlain oil. I was told that he was sorry I felt that way, and I am welcome to return the sets using the free return label if I wasn’t happy. Which I am.. The set has since been scrubbed from the site…thats telling! Worst customer service I have received in my 6 years of being rouge. Not as much as attempt to make it right. Don’t condone Sephora and their new sleazy tactics!

Just received my box today and it is 5 ml. When I contacted customer service, they “apologized for the inconvenience” and said to “keep in mind that the Luxe set always have sample products… the updated information is correct.” Not thrilled with the bait & switch or the condescending response from Sephora.

I’ve been noticing them sliding lately, too. They have had a lot of incorrect descriptions on their favorites sets lately, too. I used to love their customer service but not anymore!

I bought one 30mins ago. This is the first Luxe box that didn’t sell out before I had access to it so im super excited. I’ll use everything in it. I already have the Guerlain Serum and love it so im excited to get a 5ml vial. I can’t wait to try the lipstick and I love Christopher Robins hair products so im really excited to try that product as well. I have a SK-11 moisturizer that I absolutely love so I can’t wait to try the mask. Im excited for the mascara and Tata Harper moisturizer too. Definitely a solid box that I know I’ll enjoy
