  2. Anyone know the actual phone number to customer service or is all communication done through the useless email system?

  3. I would NOT order this box!!!!! I ordered it like 6 weeks ago.. got a welcome message and then nothing since.. I contacted them and they send me a form email that didn’t help at all.. It just said there are shipping delays and boxes should be sent out 2-3 weeks from ordering.. its been over a month and I haven’t even gotten tracking.. I would feel a whole lot better if they would at the very LEAST send me another confirmation order saying my order is there but delayed.. I go to their site and it doesn’t even show that I ordered the box??? I got a confirmation of it but then nothing on their site says I even placed the order.. My money is gone.. How hard is it to just email people to give them a update on the progress of your box??? At least Causebox sends you updates and delays.. Popsugar is doing nothing and ignoring emails.. I have emailed them a couple times but its like there is no one there.. just form emails get automatically sent back.. What the heck?

    • Ugh, I finally bit on this because I really wanted the bracelets. I’m in the same boat. I emailed customer service and no one has responded. This was over a week ago. I’m not at the point of challenging the charge with my credit card company, but I will soon if I don’t hear from them.

    • Wow. What an awful way to treat customers. I would definitely dispute the charge with your credit card company. And unless you go on the FAQs on their website, nowhere on the Must Have home/order page does it indicate that Summer will be their last box. So shady. I got this box pretty early on, and was hoping for a 50% off sale (as they try to unload remaining inventory), but after reading some of these stories, no way would I order another one.

    • I just got an email from them to “not miss out” and order the last box. Came here to see if there were any codes. So glad I read these! I will pass on it. Shocking with that email, they still have it listed at full price too!

      • I ordered 2 boxes and received them with no issues except a shipping delay of about 10 days for the second one.

  4. I have two credits remaining and no one has been in touch. Anyone else in this situation, have you heard anything?

    • Same here…I have 2 credits and haven’t heard anything.

    • I also have credits remaining and haven’t heard anything from them.

    • I just emailed customer service and their reply was:
      “First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate your patience and know questions about how we are handling any remaining box credits on your account. We are still selling through our summer box and we will be reaching out very soon about your account.”

      • Hmmm, that reply you got, Kassie, indicates they are going to offer people with credits either a straight-up refund OR offer them old stock instead. They’re just waiting to see how much they have left to offer.

      • Maybe they need to sell all the summer boxes to have enough money for the refunds.

  5. I bit. I was able to use the coupon. I think this is a solid box for what I paid but I am glad I dont have to worry about cancelling since this is the last box.

    • Make a new account with a burner email, that’s what I had to do. I guess years ago I used the MSA20 so I couldn’t use it again.

  8. Needs to be 50% off and a Free sugar scrub. Then maybe it will sell out? The only thing that really interests me is the Candle.
