Wow, they must be getting a little desperate. Got a code in my email for the Electro eye palette if I resubscribe: FREEPALETTE.

How did you cancel?!? I have been trying for months to unsubscribe (I simply have too much make up now!) and I get now where. Have filled out “cancel your subscriptione here” on their website and have emailed customer service multiple times to no avail. Help!

I loved this box! It’s value is over $50 and you can’t get 5-6 items under $20 anywhere anymore, so I think it’s a great deal.

Rose, I contacted them re: the Wet n Wild and they have confirmed with me that they are not including them in any future boxes. Sorry to hear you had a poor response, the rep I spoke with was super personable and informative. I choose to support small businesses especially during these current times!

This looks like a solid box. I like it. I think I’m going to have to break down and sub soon. I’m on product overload, but a nice brush and sponge would be cool….I’d really like some good nail polish and or eyeshadow pallettes or something fun

I think this is my favorite box! I love getting brushes & good lip glosses.

Last box I contacted Medusa’s Makeup to let them know that they were highlighting a company (Wet n Wild) that is not a cruelty free brand any more. Rather than remove the offending brand from their box (which I thought would be the most logical action for a brand that claims to be “vegan and cruelty-free), they went on to tell me that they are a small, women-owned company!?! What has that got to do with them pushing a brand that is no longer cruelty-free? Being small, or women-owned, doesn’t excuse them from promoting a brand that has chosen the option to test on animals in order to capitalize on the Chinese market. I’ve dumped all of their products, and really believe that the company is run by a pack of hypocrites.

Thanks for the heads up. I had been on the fence about subscribing. This makes my decision to pass very easy.

I was so excited to get this box. The way they were promoting it, it seemed great. I actually re subbed to get this box. I was really not impressed with it. It was ok, but not worth the hype,

A single wipe? Seriously? Wow, I am glad this is not in my life anymore.

I keep wanting to try this box, but the spoilers have yet to push me to hit purchase. For me a single use wipe is a bonus item at best.

Don’t bother. They are a pack of hypocrites. They promote brands that test on animals, probable because they can get those brands for pennies on the dollar for their hypocritical dollar store box.

I really want to like their boxes, but this is just not as exciting as they implied. A brush AND a sponge in one box is a bit boring.

Yeah … I subbed for a couple months in a row (June and July), was going to cancel, but you have to email to cancel. Hate that. So the rep was like “You do know our August Birthday Box is coming up?” and I was like oh yeah … guess I’ll do it another month because the birthday box is supposed to be more “special.” I got the box this past weekend, and it’s OK, just nothing amazing. You make a good point about the brush and sponge! And like @LJ said, a single-use wipe is pretty silly. I don’t mind getting a package of wipes (like, at least five), but ONE?
