What types of experiences outside of the box can members expect?

I keep getting a message that my “box is on the way”; no box for two weeks !! They billed my credit card ! Rachel, what’s your excuse !!!!

I’m going to miss the actual BOS boxes, they were nice looking, sturdy and great for storage. I still have every single one.

It’s been coming on two months since I paid for my box and still absolute NOTHING!!!!!

Where is my box? I want a refund, this is so disgusting.

Curateur (formerly box of style) is a scam. Even after you’ve requested a cancellation of your membership going forward, they will say it’s cancelled but then continue to submit recurring charges to your card and then not respond to your emails about it. Stay away unless you want your money stolen from these people with no ethics

I had the same experience with the Test Tube. CAnceled my order by phone and they still billed me. Not only did they bill me, but they billed another card that I originally had on file instead of the card I changed it to back in July. Truely ridiculous when you can’t even subscribe and cancel these boxes and get fraudulently charged. I would contact your credit card company to file a dispute or chargeback.

Quick question – When will the fall box be shipped?

To me adding a home decor sounds like an attempt to make a box with less value. Again, to me all that luxury decor items, are truly “items that I never know I needed”, indeed! Which ultimately means more clutter. Otherwise those items will be gifted which means less value I get for myself from each box. Most likely will be skipping boxes with home decor/clutter.

I can see that someone has been consulting a trend marketing expert. Who wants more clothes when we are working at home. The emphasis is shifting. I can hardly wait for the skin renewal worth $160. I like the idea of the gold vermeil jewelry instead of the flimsy things she occasionally sends. As far as items for the home – most of us are spending too much time at home and may want some decor items. I personally cannot use anything and must purge soon. I also have a “where’s the catch” vibe. Although I have never experienced any shipping or CS problems, they seem to be prevalent in comments. Amusing that she is selling off the old stuff from former boxes. I always attempt how they really make money on sites like RZ’s.

I still don’t understand the benefit of subscribing over waiting until the markdowns. I have been a subscriber for several years and the boxes seem to get discounted after release.

Hey, love you, but how is gods green earth could you not ask about how horribly they have treated members? I mean I get the name change — they have a horrible reputation, but maybe they should fort cut on that?!?

I have never been tempted enough to purchase a Box of Style box, even on discount. This is the first box I have been tempted to buy until I noticed it was either sunglasses or earrings. I like that you are a member automatically with your quarterly subscription, no extra fee but the timing is off for me. I work in healthcare and working overtime so I have little use for any fall fashion items let alone access to a Shoppe. I assume a lot of women wait to buy the box of style once a coupon is offered so it will be interesting to see if women are willing to pay full price just to get access to my more items. It’s a no for me but if you’re the type of person who likes to purchase luxury items at a discount I could see this being a good deal.

The name seems okay. I’ll get used to it.
I want more home & barware stuff but I don’t want to give up a fashion or jewelry item to do it. Already we’ve seen things like candles, cosmetics and skincare… But, I love that this is a fashion box!!!

Eh…I certainly don’t need more ‘stuff’ for my home (I have Causebox and FFF for that…and I get too much of it from them.) As soon as I read ‘luxury home decor’ and ‘cocktail accessories’, I tuned out. This doesn’t look as if I’m going to continue annually. I’ll pick up boxes here and there on sale. For me, there is nothing special about this.

I’ve got to add, that is one of the worst looking pantsuits. I’ve seen more attractive clothes at Ringling Bros/Barnum and Bailey events. Good flippin’ grief, that’s ugly.

Please tell us what will happen to referral credits from Box or Style! They have disappeared from the new site.

They stole my referral credits from the old site and would not answer my request about them.
I earned some credits and clicked on redeem and poof they disappeared. I sent a request over a month ago and no answer. There is zero CS. It’s such a shame because I like most of their boxes.

This is a lot to process. Yet another change to adjust to during this crazy pandemic time. The items look nice but nothing I don’t already have in terms of accessories. I’ll keep an eye on this sub and see what ppls experience is like with the new company.
