  1. I was able to add an extra FFF box; but was wondering if it’s worth it? Could they contain the coveted/sold out choices or only leftovers that nobody wants?
    Would really appreciate some input if you have bought some before.
    This is my very first FF extra box in add ons, just took the plunge for annual.

  2. I just got around to remembering my fall FFF box…

    I thought I’d give an update on the Customization choices. As of this moment, Sunday at 3:00 EDT, NONE of the choices are sold out.

    HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I BUY FROM EACH CATEGORY? There’s a notice up on each selection page. Most items are limited to one choice only.
    Right now, only the first group with the backpack and copper canisters ( as examples), and the group with the jewelry and the Bakerie palette are open for multiple purchases.

    I didn’t think anything additional was worth $15 in the first section or the jewelry section. I got the backpack out of desperation, more than anything.

    Ordered the Mason jar thing and just read on here that FFF has misrepresented the price. I am really upset that they would do that.

    I ordered the ” mystery” hair oil because I use hair oil a LOT year round. I really hope to find out more about it.

    Good luck to all the seasonal subscribers for the choices you want. This is one box I didn’t have to try too hard not to want a particular item, LOL.

  3. If we add on an extra fall box through the Add On sale, do we get to customize it? I

    • No, you’ll get a random selection from each category, they don’t let you customize the extra box.

I know the site was acting up and by the time I got it to work for me half the stuff was sold out, but…I’m super pleased with the format, I’ve never seen it sorted by brand within categories like that. I appreciated that. Also I spent a good while refreshing to get the three items I wanted that were sold out but I was able to.

    • Sometimes if you keep logging on, things because available again. I like to add things and then dump them from my cart before time is up. I have a busget i try to adhere to so i usually will dump things to keep myself under. I only found $40.00 worth of things this time though.

  6. The site crashed for the first hour, then once add on items loaded, when you clicked add, it won’t necessarily add. Also, as of 3PM ET, there’s a bunch of items in cart that cannot be deleted after it’s been added to your cart. Customer Service offers no help because it’s clearly a technical problem their IT needs to fix. Product selections more slim than other add-on sales. And very few low price point items. Disappointing experience overall.

    • Be sure to take pictures of your cart once you get it like you want it. In the past when this happened items that I did not put in my cart or charge to me and sent.

      • Yes, take pictures of your cart, especially right before the sale ends. Same with customization choices. Trust me, this has helped me multiple times when I was missing items.

    • Only a few items, about 50% off retail price. They have the Exfolikate and the Wrinkle Warrior Eye.

  8. It crashed a lot for me too! I added a bunch of stuff to my cart-which I can’t get into to reduce a little.
    I will check them again tomorrow during selection and hopefully things will be going better. If the stuff you want is sold out, you can click the heart to save it to your favorites, then periodically check your favorites over the next few days.

  9. I was finally able to log on. Some ordinary typical items nothing too exciting. But I’m glad to find the exfoliating skin spatula tool selling for $49 which is normally $149! I’ve been eyeing this gadget for a while so am very pleased to find it on sale here.

    • As predicted, below. Happens every time.

    • I know right!! I FINALLY went for the annual cause I was tired of everything being sold out…. and here we are again…most of the things I wanted are sold out. SOOOO back to the refresh game until the addons are over. What a waste of$180….NEVER EVER again.

  11. So angry! Haven’t they figured out how to do this yet? If it is not working for everyone, turn it off until it will work for everyone.

    How many things are already gone? Over an hour.

  12. Now I remember why I cancelled FabFitFun the first time around. Only came back because PopSugar Musthave is ending. Not sure why I went with the annual subscription, but unless things change with this mess, I will be cancelling yet again. No point in being a subscriber when you can never get in to the sales when they open.

  15. I had 12 items in my cart with the site crashed. I hope when it comes back up they’re still there! This is the first time I’ve ever made it to the bottom without items being sold out and then this happens.

    • Didn’t this same thing happen with the summer add ons? Website crashed for most the day. I’m taking this as a sign… to not buy 😂

  16. The plus to the site being down again is I am going to save between $50 and $100. I’m tired of the site crashing. It happens every time.

    • Ya, tech issues for certain, but I think it’s true lack of customer care , otherwise they would address this issue and actually fix it.

      • Just imagine how they’re handling our data 😕

    • I’d go back and make sure they’re still there later – FFF has been known to empty carts when this happens.

  21. Does anyone know if we add a second Fall box as an add on are we able to customize it too?

    • No, you cannot customize a fall box from add ons.

  22. I really wish I would’ve checked this site out before I purchased the annual. Didn’t know not being able to get on the site was an issue. Not happy right now…and if this is an ongoing issue I’m very disappointed…do better fabfitfun!

    • Every time. And, when you are able to get in half of the items will be out of stock/sold out. Guaranteed.

      • Yes!!! This is exactly what just happened to me. And I have been trying to view the sale the moment the sale was “live”… 🙄

  28. Seems to me…If you want traffic, make your site accessible and able to withstand a surge. If not, don’t make it an occasion.

    • I keep getting in, adding things to cart, and then it stalls. Refresh and zap nothing, start over…

  31. You’d think fail after fail they would finally find a way to make add-on sales work correctly… Not working on the app or mobile site for me. What a shocker.

    • Exactly….how many times has this happened? You would think they would figure out a solution by now…

      • I’m thinking I maybe come part of the solution next year when my yearly comes due. There are also not the deals they had a couple of years ago. Many items I can find at discount stores like TJ Max and return them if end up not liking them. This has been a waste of a morning.
