  1. Hi, jumping on here bc I’m trying to get info about my box credits and store credits! Popsugar is not responding- getting nervous!

  2. Damn, I signed up 2 days before they offered this.. Do you think they will add it to my account if I contact them or maybe let me cancel and sign up again? I just hate losing out on a deal.. Especially within 2 days of signing up!! If it was a few weeks, then I wouldn’t even ask.

  3. I still have these sugar cubes sitting on a shelf from a box LAST year used one and it was awful size, and smells terrible. The best scrub I use is Trader Joe’s Lavender sea salt scrub for $5.99

    • This is not a container of sugar cubes. You are thinking of a different item.

    • I think you are mixing up the sugar scrub as sugar cubes from another box .These are not cubes – rather this is a hefty size of pure finely grated pure sugar scrub that smells absolutely divine!

  5. I ordered it. I would pay retail price for the scrub and used a new email in order to use the MSA20 discount, so for an extra $15 I’m getting the purse, bracelets and serum. I couldn’t care less about the sarong, but I think I’ll use the candle and extras. It’s a nice farewell to the PSMH box. I only wish they would have one of their old clearance sales where they get rid of extra inventory. I got my last Lalicious scrub through one of those sales.

    • I know! That Mother’s Day deal was the best! I keep hoping they do it for this last box.

  7. I just want the refund from my annual now that PSMH is defunct.

    • Right!?!?!?!

    • Me too. When I contacted them, they said they’d start issuing refunds after the summer box is sold out.

  8. I know they likely are overwhelmed but its disappointing how quickly they will take your money but super slow in giving any details or response on box credit refunds.

      Thanks for reaching out about the ending our Must Have box program. We know you have questions about how we are handling any remaining box credits on your account. In the email we sent out last month, you are able to click out to our FAQ that will answer your questions. For your reference, you can click on our FAQ here.

      We will be in touch VERY SOON with more detailed information once we’ve closed our billing cycle for our summer box. Since we are still in the process of selling the box, we haven’t been able to manage this just yet.β€œ

      • I don’t know how I posted twice lol. My apologies. And thanks for posting the recent response they sent you πŸ™‚ That at least sounds a little more promising. Last communication I have had from customer service was about 5 weeks ago.

      • As someone who is also owed money back, I don’t find this response reassuring in any way. I don’t see a refund in our futures.

    • Unfortunately, since the subscriptions are ending, they could care less what we think at this point about their customer service. It’s not like we can leave them a bad review that would hurt future business or sales of the boxes, you know?
      If it Makes you feel any better, I’m still owed six boxes of a prepaid sub from Oui please…., like $455 FOR REAL. Now THAT’s infuriating!

I have yet to receive any response from three inquiries, 5 weeks ago.

    • Same scrub in a different scent

    • It was a different scent. The one we got years ago was some sugary marshmallow smelling stuff
