We have the first spoiler for the July 2020 Glossybox!

Now that summer is here, it’s time to go on a skincare vacay of our own with this month’s GLOSSYBOX: Aloha!

Aloha doesn’t just mean hello and goodbye, the literal translation of Aloha means “the presence of breath” or “the breath of life.” It comes from “Alo,” meaning presence, front and face, and “ha,” meaning breath.

So take a deep breath, exhale, and join us on our oasis to calmer mindsets and tropical ingredients in skincare.

The July box will include:

Monuskin Soothing Hawaii Facial Oil

This gentle facial oil, coming to you in our July GLOSSYBOX, provides the ideal treatment to relax and comfort irritated or sensitive skin. This little number is created using a careful combination of hydrating sandalwood and soothing lavender essential oils so that your skin will feel comfortable throughout the entire day!

For a limited time, use coupon code ALOHA16 to get your first box for $16! (Regularly $21 a month.)

What do you think of the first spoiler?

And check out our GlossyBox reviews to see what we got in past months, too!

buyers BEWARE! Glossybox charged me for three month then never sent me Anything. And for some reason my post are being deleted. Customer service never even responded to me. After many emails I had to contact the BBB

I too got charged for 3 months when I asked to cancel (see my post below), still waiting for them to rectify this or else I won’t have other choice than disputing with my CC cy and file a claim with the BBB as well.

THEY NEED A DISCLAIMER ON THIS POST !!! BUYERS BEWARE!! I had this company bill me for three months and never sent me anything. I had contacted customer service with no response. I used a coupon so I think that is why but I still had almost $50 taken off my card and have nothing to show for it.

Sounds good until you get to the sandalwood & lavender part. 😝

To ALL,
FYI, be extremely wary of the shady business of this company. I don’t know why, but I ended up subscribing to a 3 months term back in April and I have cancelled this over 2 weeks ago (so I thought) through my online account since there’s no phone CS at all. Although their system would not allow me to click on the sub tab acting as if I no longer have a subscription, it was still showing as active so I wanted to make sure they would not charge me again this month, I wrote to them and someone got back to me to say ok, we cancelled your sub as requested.
And today, I saw a charge on my cc for $63.77!!! I still can not call, phone is not available with them, so I chatted with a rep who said, oh too bad, the previous agent only delayed my sub but did not turn off the auto renew, so just pay for this and you won’t be charged again! Really??
I told them I want this cancelled and won’t pay for it as I did everything I could to get it cancelled. So she said, she’ll send a request to her team and see if they can do it.

And it is stories like this that keep me from subbing this one even if their boxes look good. Thanx for sharing.

I had a very similar experience and found their customer service to be awful. They refused to refund my money and I will never do business with them again.

Report them to the Bbb. They ripped me off about a year ago.

Yes, I will do that if they don’t return the charge to my account. I don’t understand how they could do this to people seeing that this make them lose a lot of business, not smart at all.

Emilia

I always subscribe to Glossybox when they have a special edition box. I also like the serum. I do dislike both sandalwood and lavender, though. Let’s hope it’s not an overpowering scent.

Well darn. It sounded great until I saw the word lavender. I wouldn’t be able to use it.

I am smitten with all things Hawai’i. I’ve never been tempted by Glossy Box before now.

I’m intrigued. Especially because essential oils are known to cause sensitivity to some, curious that they’re marketing this for sensitive/irritated skin.

I wonder if it’s a sample size or full size. Either way, this sounds very interesting.

Per their website it’s full size.
