At this point they should be called clearance sales…

I finally received my summer box, and it had an item in it that wasn’t even listed as an option *anywhere*. It was a ceramic tray . Did anyone else get some random item instead of what was listed?

Yes. Same here they gave me a summer and Celine trinket tray as well. This is such an old item that they’re trying to get rid off even in the starter boxes. I contacted the customer service and they offered me a replacement for it but not from the spoilers that were shown. I was given an option for the jump rope, the whish sleep mask and other old items.

Yes, I did. I was very disappointed- because- imho it is clutter. I wanted one of the other choices. When I contacted them, it took 45 minutes with the “chat” feature, they offered me a choice of 3 other items I could sub it for.

Meh. I just reached out, and they didn’t even offer a substitution. I even told them that I would love to have the foot cream or the hand cream that were under FFF picks, and they said nothing.
Melissa
Thank you for letting me know! I’m trying to decide if I want to contact customer service or not.

Personally, I’m OK with the sales. I don’t usually participate in them. But as long as there is no disruption in seasonal service, it’s fine. They’re a company. They have to profit to stay afloat. With all the sub boxes going out of business, I want them to remain viable.

Still haven’t gotten my Summer Box. How about sending all our boxes out before having more sales?

FabFitFun needs to change how they are handling people hoarding tons of products in their cart and dumping them at the last minute. That stops people like me, who actually have the intent to purchase, from participating in the sales. There might be products in there that I want, but I’m already tired of playing the game, I’m not going back to check.
Maybe they should consider the way boxycharm does thier sales? Purchase when you’re ready. That could stop the hoarding? Then they can stop having a sale every other week with the products they couldn’t sell because of greedy people.

I wonder with ppl dropping items last min when the sales end if they then do these sales to sell the leftover stock. Maybe they can do smthg to change how much ppl drop at the last minute instead of weekly sales?

Ok, I really like these sales but even I am at the point of thinking these sales are getting ridiculous.

Ah, but you can get a massage chair for a mere $1699. SMH.

I always see people posting that these sales makes them nervous that they are maybe going out of business, but I just wonder if they are trying to clear things out to make space for new stuff which makes sense and with everyone at home maybe they are more likely now to buy if they get tempted a few times in a row with items they don’t need. I’ve been an annual member for maybe 4 years and seasonal before that. I guess I’m lucky in that my box always arrives fast or at minimum in the shipping window and they are excellent in replacing things that are damaged and have always provided overall excellent CS. I feel bad when I hear so many people haven’t gotten their boxes yet, or have bad experiences. Also, I wonder if the main boxes ship from a different facility than these random sales items? Either way, I also wish they would take care of existing member first before doing sales and soliciting new members. C’mon FFF!

I totally agree. Make sure your existing members have their already purchased boxes and items from other sales before having more sales. It is getting out of hand.

Prices keep going up. Bundles use to be a deal but now if you don’t need all the items it doesn’t sense.
Once again nothing for me.

You mean you don’t love the new 400 mega mystery bundle!? Shocked.

And it sold out. Some poor people are going to get $1302 worth of random stuff. Hope it’s not inflated value items. Still, I have to wonder what people are going to do with all that. I’m betting there will a lot of those buy more save more items in this group.

Is it me loosing track of time, or is there a sale every month?

At this point it seems like it’s every other week! The second round of the Edit sale just finished, before that the first Edit sale, the Kate & Kate sale, seasonal Summer add-ons, annual Summer add-ons, the cosy relax one….it’s way too much. How can you get excited for something when it’s always happening?!

Maybe they should just leave the shop open with the available products featured in their sales and publicize “new items added every Monday” (or whenever). But I read that a lot of subscribers have still to get their orders; perhaps fixing that problem first wouldn’t be a bad idea.
Debra
I never received my summer box or add ons! They refused to refund my money and only gave me back half the cost of my add ons! Buyer beware! They will never get another cent if my money! I am furious with this company!

Truth! I happily did not renew this summer. The box was not interesting to me plus I’m so over the neverending sales. Also, the FFF picks irk me. I’m liking CB more these days. I love their aesthetic plus the mindfulness of environmental and social issues. My market order was quick and easy, no waiting to check out, no constant refreshing for days and my summer box should be shipping this week (fingers crossed). There is life after FFF.

I still have 3 seasons left in my fff sub. I don’t plan on renewing-just gonna “tide it out@ at this point though. I wanted something very different from fff for awhile. I subbed to Beachly this weekend (thanks for the coupon link MSA)! I’ve been eyeing it for awhile now It’s so true-FFF needs to take care of shipping issues (among a few other issues I can think of) and hold off on some of these sales. I feel like they have a lot of leftover stock they are trying to get rid of bc many of the same items are in all the sales. IMO-I wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of these same items in upcoming MB’s or something?
Sandra
It’s funny, when I didn’t renew my yearly sub I thought I’d die of FOMO, but in fact, when I look at this stuff my eyes glaze over. I’m so over FFF, I don’t think there’s anything they can do to lure me back.

Another sale? There are so many people who haven’t even received their other sales items or the summer box yet.

The sales are becoming way too excessive. They need to take care of the people purchasing the boxes before trying to have more sales

Seems to be a lot of the same stuff that was part of the edit sale that just closed last week.
