I received a product that isn’t even on your list or on their product list for reviews! 😢 I was so disappointed! My box came later than normal and I completely understood..but when it arrived and I got a product that did not exist anywhere advertised I was so upset! 😢 I got a pur face/eye palette similar to one previously and it was so chalky and bad 😢

Natiesha

I got the exact same pallete…i was mad too. Canceled it the same day. I couldn’t even review it. That pallete was not good and it has been the second time, two months in a row, that has happened to me. Last month I got the Ace Beauty Vintage Dawn pallete I had already received. Couldn’t even review it because it wasnt on the list of items being sent. I am so done with this company. And you’re right, that PUR face pallete is awful and chalky, even the blush has a ton of kickback.

I would like to subscribe again. But canyon seem to find where to go to start it up again. Help

My box weighs 1.4lbs / 0.64kg and is 9×7×3 I forgot about choice so I’m curious if anyone got the same let me know mine shipped yesterday so I’ve got a long wait. Thanks

Reply ButtonReply

Jo

I have the same weight and dimensions but have not received my box yet. What did you get?

Reply ButtonReply

Jenna

Wow.. everyone is talking a lot of trash about Boxy but I loved my June Luxe and I just got my base box for July and it was decent. I got variation 9 which was the 111 Skin Pollution Defender, Touch in Sol Glassy Skin Balm, Ace Beauty bronzed palette, Creme Shop Blender Set, and the Hourglass Scattered Light Eyeshadow. I missed choice but they followed my preferences and I was happy with the types of products sent regardless.

Review

Hourglass Scattered Light Glitter Eyeshadow in Smoke: This alone made the box worth it. This is such a stellar product and I probably wouldn’t of bought it on my own if I didn’t get it in the box. It’s a taupe cream shadow and the glitter isn’t like VEGAS! The glitter is there, but it’s subtle enough for daytime wear but it can also be built into a more dramatic look if that’s what you’re going for. Application wise, I used my finger to apply it and it made my blue eyes really pop. On my light-medium golden undertone skin it swatches taupeish-bronze but it could be different for others. I’ll definitely repurchase this.

Ace Beauty Bronzed in Paradise Palette: This was the only thing that was sort of a miss for me. It came off as a bit ruddy on my complexion and all the colors were just awful on me. I gave it to my mom who has medium skin with cool undertones and it looked nice on her so it wasn’t a loss.

The Touch in Sol Glassy Skin Balm: Yessss hydration. This was like a dream because I have super dry skin. Forewarning though, it has a chemically smell and it’s a bit tacky so you need to fully let it set before applying makeup and a little goes a long way with this product. This would probably not work with someone with oily skin, but for me it’s exactly what I needed and there was a noticeable difference.

The Creme Shop Blender Set: Good but different than a Beauty Blender. Size wise both sponges are bigger and not quite as squishy as a BB. They sort of remind me of those drugstore foam wedges crossed with a beauty blender but denser. I tested them and applied one side of my face with a Beauty Blender and the other with the Creme Shop blender and the Creme Shop side gave noticeably fuller coverage and looked more velvety (but not cakey or mask like) than the coverage that the BB side gave which was lighter and more skin like. I’ll use them when I want a fuller coverage look.

111 Skin Pollution Defense Booster: $135 serum… I mean this is a product you need time to test and see if it works. Honestly though for the price I’d rather get the SK-II essence and top it with the SuperGoop Unseen SPF which protects against blue light which would do all the same things and I get like 10x the amount of product. I’ll give it a go though and see what happens.

I’d give the box a solid 3.5 out of 5. There’s some stuff I wouldn’t of tried out if not for the box, which is usually the point of subscription boxes but I’ll use all of it except for the bronzer which found a new home. It would of been cool to get the lash serum but I missed choice or get the NudeStix. But hey, I’m not mad and there’s some solid value for $25.

You got a great box – Mine was a complete and utter flop – I always seem to get the the least desirable variations:
– Ciate London coconut spray – (its a repeat I have enough setting sprays to supply my whole neighborhood – for whatever reason all the subscription boxes send these out, plus I’m really tired of seeing this brand in boxy charm – Its inferior)
– Another Pur Pallette – not great in my opinion
– Grace and Stella eye masks – useless and another over abundant and cheap product that you constantly get along with tools and black eyeliner.
– 111 skin – Which was not my choice, and this is a product formulated for boxy charm – it is not the real deal.
– A color switch- that I literally saw the other day at TJ Maxx for 3.99. I already received one of these in my FFF box and it was alot better quality.
I have decided I am getting rid of the base Box. I’m going strictly premium for a couple of months and if that starts to go south I am just out. I think the guy that runs this company is just a junk dealer. His background is reselling liquidated merchandise and that translates to the box because they are filled with either liquidated merch, sketchy brands with inflated values or items specifically formulated for boxycharm. I’m not somebody that likes to complain, but I think there is a total bait and switch situation going on here that needs to be called out.

Reply ButtonReply

Alicia

I received the exact same box and was seriously disappointed. I was hoping to get anything from Hourglass but got items that are types or Brands I have left negative reviews on in my profile. I sub to all 3 box types and am about to cancel them all. Two months straight of duds that I gave to my bestie’s teenage daughter. It was going great until they started adding items that were obvious dupes of popular palates. Then the companies that I have never heard of started showing up. I used to get 9 different Beauty boxes a month but weeded them out to Boxy being my last 3.

Liz

You worded this perfectly and truthfully.

I do have one question-how do you know the 111 was formulated for boxy? Is there something that says that somewhere on the container?

Page

I got lucky again this month. Almost my perfect box.
111 Skin Booster *my choice
Hourglass eyeshadow in Vivid (it’s gorgeous)
Doucce eyeliner
Sol de Janeiro shampoo/conditioner (so excited to try)
Ace Beaute bronzer palette

Martina

OMG, your box is perfect!

I have no shipping information for this and ipsy yet this month. Anyone else?

Terri

Me either. Just an email saying boxes would be delayed this month

Anyone getting a 2.4 lb box for Base or Premium? both of my boxes have the same weight and dimensions, which is a bit odd. I chose the Vitamin C and Brow bar. I’m thinking it might come with the toner, shampoo, or cuticle oil since those seem heavy. I hope I get the Fenty Beauty, Ciate setting spray, and Hourglass eyeshadow.

BTW, is Pop up in August? The last sale was awesome! except that my popup came more than a month later and my most expensive purchases was stolen :*(

Reply ButtonReply

Heather

My premium was 2.4 lbs and it had:
-Unscented CBD lotion
-Perricone lipstick (which is actually in a pretty color)
-JNelson Hair Mask
-Manny MUA Morphe Palette
-Brow Bar Palette
And sadly….
-Neon orange plastic pouch with pom-poms. 😔

The bag was sitting right on top and was the first thing I saw. I was not happy about that. I don’t mind getting it, but I do mind them trying to tell me it’s worth $20.

Reply ButtonReply

malia kai

I got the exact one.
I wasn’t happy with any of it.
Morphe was just an ok palette, the pigments aren’t as good as I’d like, except for the reddish colors.
brow bar was ok. I won’t be using this much except for the highlighters and translucent powder.
hair product has good reviews,
The CBD lotion is “unscented” but has a bad smell. It also didn’t relieve any of my muscle pains 🙁 I was hoping it would.
lipstick looks like it has mold on it. I heard a lot of people had that problem.
and the plastic bag worth “$20” just to bring the value past the minimum really upset me.
the value is definitely past $35, i just would never buy these, use them,, or want to buy any of these again.
I am keeping base box for next month only because I want the Born this Way concealer. Hope the other products are good as well.

Leslie j

That’s happened to me before. Its not bc they are sending together though as someone else suggested. I actually chose the exact same. Choices as you chose but my weights are 1.1 lbs and 2.9 lbs

Reply ButtonReply

Cb

I have yet to receive my add on purchases from June as well

Reply ButtonReply

Steph H.

I believe they’re sending the base and premium boxes out together, so the weight and dimensions would be the same.

Reply ButtonReply

Martina

Just curious, I check the review page, and there are some items that have a banner said “in july’s box”, this that the items that am I gonna get in my box?

Reply ButtonReply

Karolina

Nope. It’s an assortment of things they are offering for July’s box. Boxycharm doesn’t do reveals. If you have signed up at a certain point of the month, you have the opportunity to make a selection on at least one item. Many figure out what they will get based on box variations that revolve around the product they picked.

Reply ButtonReply

Lana

Terri–If you have your Fedex tracking number, if you pull it up at Fedex website and look under “shipment facts”, it will give you the weight and dimensions,

Terri

How do you get your box weight? Thanks

Martina

Ah, thanks! Then I just wait for the box to come~

Dolce

I’m right there with you. I saw the shampoo and conditioner and got excited. I just received my box today and I had the Pur palette, the 111 Skin, the color change thing, setting spray, and eye mask. Total let down. I’m cancelling Boxycharm now. I just can’t waste my time and money anymore. They need to go back to how the used to be

Reply ButtonReply

Cody Jenine House

I got the same box as you. I wish I would have gotten one of the lipsticks. I already have a color change brush cleaner that I got from Dollar Tree. I dont know if its cause of this whole coronavirus thing, but the boxes have kinda sucked lately.

Beatriz G

Hi I’m a new sub of Boxycharm.. do they tell you what you are getting in the box? Or is it a surprise?? TIA

Reply ButtonReply

ALICE RACHAL

It’s a surprise. You’ll get to choose one item for your second box, and thereafter.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

You’re welcome! I hope you get a nice box!

Beatriz G

Thank you!!

Shari

I have dropped Ipsy and Boxy both, mainly because I honestly don’t like anticipating and waiting, then being letdown.
At one time not too long ago Boxycharm was 19.99, I believe and it was a better box. Some of my very favorite items came in the less expensive box, like the Alamar eye pallet, I can still remember those beautiful round Tarte eye pallets, the fun thing was everyone got one!
I signed up for Fasionsta at least everyone gets the same thing, and you don’t have to feel cheated if someone else gets nicer products.
Also what is worrisome is Boxycharm’s many shady practices in about the last 8 months, just one thing after another.

Reply ButtonReply

Blue

I’m going to drop both Boxycharm and Ipsy. I’ve preferred Ipsy out of the two. I’ve simply got toouch stuff. I’m beginning to trend away from using any makeup at all. Skin care, of course. I’d rather paint on my canvases and paper than my face, lol!

Reply ButtonReply

Jamey

Fashionista is just random made in china junk. I am about to cancel there after being subbed for over a year. They think because its glass bottles, but cheap junk brands they call “indie brands” when they are just cheapo things. I get broken eyeshadow they dont replace and November I saved to give my friend unopened for xmas, ans the “booty cream” had mold in it

Reply ButtonReply

Jamey

SHERI,
I sure hope your experience is better than mine there with “the box”.
I LOVE Alamar. The eyeshadow pallette, the brush set and the blush I got from boxy!! My experience with them hasn’t been so great with customer service, and ANY pop up order I place. But with Boxy, I feel like I get brands I recognize , yeah some filler items, but ipsy does that as well. I’ve wondered since the “plauge” has been going on, if there is something that has caused these boxes to have issues due to that, but then I have always heard and red that the boxes plan their boxes/products out a year ahead of time, so does that mean they have the majority of products that far ahead as well??
If that is true, I’m wondering what the boxes NEXT year will look like if things are so crazy now. Lol.

Shari

Thanks for sharing your experience, going to give it a try, hopefully my experience is better. I seen some of their items were products I have seen before in Ipsy and Boxycharm, like fig and yarrow. Definitely seen that before. Some of the lesser known Indie brands can be pretty good, my favorite is “Alamar” we received that in Boxycharm, and the eyeshadow Pallet is my go to, just now panning a few colors.

Steph

Just received my shipping email. My box is 1.1 lbs dimensions 9×7×3 and I chose the Clean Skin Club Vitamin C Brightening Booster. If anyone chose the same and receives their box before I do please let me know what you received!

Hoping I receive my choice item since I received an email about a glitch in their system that caused them to send me an email asking me to resubscribe. They sent another one that said to disregard the resubscribe email that I’d still be receiving my box.

Reply ButtonReply

Steph H.

I just received my box and I received the same variation as Mary GT. Not super happy with this variation, but it’s okay. I’m only excited about my choice item which I’m just looking at getting for half off since the box is $25.

Reply ButtonReply

Dani

My box is the same weight and dimensions. I haven’t seen anyone else with my variation. I got variation #64:
Clean Skin Club Vitamin C Brightening Booster
Ace Beaute bronzing palette
The Hourglass eyeshadow (I can’t remember the shade name but it is a cranberry color)
The Creme Shop Color Correcting Primer, I got the green one
Nudestix in the color Kiss (which is a nude pink)

Reply ButtonReply

Steph H.

Thank you Mary GT for letting me know what you received! My box still hasn’t arrived. It has been setting in the same place since Friday. I was hoping to receive it yesterday because it was my birthday. Hoping I don’t receive the bronzer palette, lip gloss, or the Studio Makeup. I have a bronzer palette that I use and will last me a lifetime. I never reach for lip gloss because my hair always gets stuck in it, and I’m just not impressed with the quality of Studio Makeup. I’ve really enjoyed everything that I’ve received from Alamar so there’s some hope for the gloss if I receive it, and I do use sponges. Hopefully it will be a decent box anyway.

Reply ButtonReply

Mary GT

I chose the same, and those are my box dimensions and weight. In addition to the Clean Skin Club serum I got the Ace Beaute bronzer palette, and I’m sad to say the rest of the box was disappointing to me: A set of 2 blending sponges from the Creme Shop, a lip gloss from Alamar (sparkly pink and looks pretty but looks sort of separated in the tube, with cracks, maybe old?), and a cream eyeshadow from Studio Makeup. Variation #27

Reply ButtonReply

Leslie J

Ok. That’s what my weight and deminsions are too and I’m ok with this box. I love bronzer palettes and sponges. Mine always either rip or my dog chews them to shreds. He lovvesss those things and all of the ones he chews are freaking expensive! So I’ll be happy with everything except studio makeup glitter eyeshadow. There were def other things that I wanted. Like the SDJ shampoo and conditioner or hourglass eyebrow pencil and care setting spray but this was the box I’d be ok with. Thanks for posting Mary G

malia kai

ughhh that’s how much my box weighs, 1.1. I am going to hate that box if i get the same things. I don’t use bronzers, lip gloss, or sponges. I was hoping for the eye palette, fenty, and ciate :*(

Gretchen Screeton

I want it ALL!!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley Marcum

I really love a lot of these spoilers but the chance of me actually getting some good stuff instead of the leftovers the influencers haven’t already received is slim to never lol. I canceled my premium so it may be time to do the same thing to the regular boxy. Thank god for my Ipsy!

Reply ButtonReply

Joy

I always compare what put on my quiz. For example eyeshadow is my #1. I’m always bummed when they have it and i don’t get it! Ipsy has gotten so bad I’m about to cancel them. I hope they both find a way to be Great again. Bc still worth it but Ipsy? No! They are doing a relaunch on 7/20. If it still sucks im cancelling

Reply ButtonReply

Jamey

Who is doing a “re-launch”?? Wonder what that means??

Reply ButtonReply

Lisha

I absolutely love Nudestick products, what would the chances be of me getting one? I was subscribed years ago and haven’t went back because it seems they’ve went downhill a lot since. Are they good to get your box on time and is customer service any good? Thanks!

Reply ButtonReply

Steph H.

I’m only one person, but I’ve always had a good experience with their customer service. Some times it may take a few extra days for them to get back to me, but I’m okay with that. A lot of times I realize it’s because a lot of people received the wrong shade or choice item, so I know they’re inundated with emails and are backed up.

I usually receive my box in a decent amount of time. Lately with the virus it has been taking a little bit longer than usual.

Chances of receiving an item that you really like and want can be slim. If you think it would be a major letdown to not receive the NUDESTIX product, I would just buy the one you’re interested in.

Reply ButtonReply

Anna

Given the variations I’d grab Nudestix in the color I wanted.

Reply ButtonReply

Jamey

Customer service is HORRIBLE. If you are looking for that, it might be less of a headache to wait until people start to get their boxes and someone puts it on sites to sell it…would save money, headache and you knew exactly what you got and wanted. Lol. Starting to think that might be the way to go with Boxy these days sadly.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

It’s a roll of the dice

Reply ButtonReply

Cc

Orrr—and hear me out—you could take your $25 and buy the one thing you want from the pile of items listed.

Reply ButtonReply

Jean

Truth. With sales, coupons and rewards programs if you shop smart you can score some great deals on premium products shopping retail. I kind of look at sub boxes as a form of gambling – My Subscription Addiction is a very apt name for this site!

Reply ButtonReply

Elizabeth

Very true! If you wait for the right sale, you can really stock up on some great stuff. The palettes I got was like 41.5% off the smashbox LA palette and 50% off Tarte Pro Remix and I got 2 UD lip glosses in Backtalk and Rapture also 50% off. Plus I used 100 points for an IGK Beach Club Texture Spray and REN Vitamin C gel cream, then some more points for $10 off, and that 6 fragrance sample set with a Bite Beauty lippie in Glacé, plus the Sol de Janeiro Shampoo and Conditioner sample and a Briogeo shampoo sample. I got like 10 samples total, 12 if you include the two 100 point items. All for just under $95 Canadian, which is still less than what I would have paid for the Premium and Base box for July, plus I got the stuff I actually wanted, and in the shades I wanted (so sick of Boxycharm sending me the wrong shades since they refuse to even look at beauty quizzes, especially bright pink or red lipsticks, or foundations/concealer too dark for my pale skin)

I just looked at my credit card statements, and I was doing the 3 month sub of the basebox, which the last time they charged me for it in April was $124.37 Canadian for the $85 US for 3 boxes sub. If you divide that by 3, each box cost me $41.46. And that’s with the discount too of doing a 3 month sub. Plus of course the exchange rate of the credit card is always higher because of their fees. But add to that the $56.60 Canadian I was charged for last month’s Premium box, and that’s $98.06 give or take every month, on non-Luxe months. On Luxe months, they charged me another $27.99 for Luxe, which is another $39.61 Canadian – my Luxe charge for last month.

So yeah, tons of money. And when you get items you don’t like or wouldn’t use normally, it’s so wasteful. Yeah they have some nice stuff sometimes, and occasional great finds in add-ons or pop-up (happy with the Farmacy honey mask I bought a few jars of, probably my best purchase from add-ons) but they lost me when they started charging COD on the boxes, costing me another $33 on top of what I already paid. Just got to be crazy expensive for what I was getting, especially when I was getting stuff I didn’t really like, or wouldn’t use or repurchase. Not to mention the sheer volume of stuff I’ve gotten in the last 8 months since subbing. Like that Kylie cleansing foam. I don’t support her, her family or her brand. I used the stupid thing since I got it and since it was a cleanser I could use up quickly by using it daily, but I definitely wouldn’t repurchase it. I could have sold it I guess, but that seems like it would have been an even bigger headache dealing with shipping, and sellers, possible scammers, etc. Especially now with COVID.

I did do a yearly sub to Causebox, mostly because I’ve loved all the items in the last 6+ boxes I’ve seen reviews of, plus I love their whole philosophy and the fact they use cruelty free brands and pick brands that give back and work with charities. You definitely won’t be finding any Kardashian or other influencer stuff in their boxes. But aside from that, if I ever find a need for more makeup, I’ll either just wait and shop the sales at Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart or the brands themselves, or just look for clean and unopened items from Marshalls or Winners (where you can find most of the products Boxycharm puts in their boxes anyway).

Elizabeth

Yup! Lol. I cancelled all my boxes last month, and instead went Canada Day shopping on the Sephora site with the money I saved on those boxes ($70 US plus the exchange rate) and bought some palettes and lippies they had on sale (Smashbox LA palette and Tarte remix to go with the pro palette I got in luxe last month), plus got $10 off with my points, some 100 point items, 3 samples (one sample was a duo with shampoo and conditioner – actually the Sol de janeiro ones) plus I used a code to get 6 sample fragrances and a Bite Beauty lippie. It was almost like getting a luxe box, except with everything I wanted and spent less than $100 Canadian! Haha

Reply ButtonReply

Kendra

I hope I get that Hank & Henry lipstick! It looks beautiful, its covered in glitter and has bomb packaging 🤩

Reply ButtonReply

Paige

Even with “all the products” lined up, i highly doubt those will be the only products given, just the “best ones”. There are over 100 variations. Last month i got variation 103, and i didn’t have a single item in it that had been shown to be in June’s box.

Reply ButtonReply

Elizabeth

OMG, are you kidding? Box 103? I knew they were up to the 80’s, but this is ridiculous. All their variations are killing their boxes. I’m so sick of their bait and switch. I saw so many posts from people who got stuff they didn’t even advertise. I know I’ve gotten stuff in my boxes that weren’t listed on the pages for the boxes. So glad I cancelled.

Reply ButtonReply

Natiesha

I signed back up in June just to choose the babelash serum in July and my June box was the same as Paige, only I received the KVD brow pencil instead of lip liner. The only item I got that was advertised was the grace and stella masks. The pallete was the Ace Beauty Vintage Dawn which I had already received before I canceled. I don’t know which variation I received as I had no insert nor an email stating. Guessing it was just whatever was on hand lol

Elizabeth

Oh I got that mascara last year. It’s from Trestique, right? I believe that’s when it was from. It has a small curler on it, but oddly enough it seemed to curl my eyelashes better than the eyelash curlers I have. But really weird and awkward to use. But yeah I didn’t see anything about that being a possible variation. Which palette did you get? A lot of the products they’re putting in their boxes now were from last year, or older. I got that Glassy Balm too – last year.

I won’t be getting their boxes anymore though. Cancelled them all last month. Don’t think I’ll ever be back after the horrible experiences the last 3 months – including being charged COD on my Luxe box and add on box, when there were no duties or customs fees on the boxes. Not to mention all the other issues I’ve had with them – missing boxes, missing items, incorrect choice item, incorrect concealer shade, HORRIBLE customer service that completely ignored me for weeks at a time, etc. It went downhill super fast. IF I ever sign back up, it will only be if there is an amazing gift with purchase for resubbing (like say that Tarte Park Ave. princess contour/bronzing kit, or something else equally as nice) AND you can be sure it will be on a month-to-month bases, not another 3-month advances purchase. But given their penchant for pulling bait and switches by luring you in with great items but then giving you other stuff in you box that was never advertised, I just can’t see me coming back. The fact they have so many variations is just killing them. I’d rather just buy the stuff I want and wait for sales, than pay for a box HOPING I get that variation with all the stuff I want or at least ONE thing I really one. It just sucks when you finally get your box and get stuff you don’t want or won’t use. Especially if they’re from brands or people you don’t support. Plus the quality just isn’t there either.

Paige

Yup, variation 103. The stuff I recieved wasn’t the worst ever, but I would of thought to of gotten atleast one of the advertised products for June. I got a eye shadow pallet, a mascara that has a built in eyelash curler ( kinda weird but whatever lol) Touch of sol glossy skin balm, and a lip liner. The spoilers for July look awesome, hopefully we will get some of what’s advertised.

Joyce

Hope I get that Shampoo

Reply ButtonReply

Jeanine Haseleu

Yep, all I ever got was a bunch of off name eyeliners, wierd lip glosses, highlighters, mascara and over exposed eyeshadow pallets. It’s cute that they want me to think I would get the sol de Janeiro shampoo and conditioner!! Laugh out loud

Base box is guaranteed 5 (on very rare occasions you’ll get a 6th but I’ve never gotten that)
Premium box is guaranteed 6
Luxe is 8-9 I believe – all supposed to be full size items. That hasn’t been the truth lately.

Five full size items. Looks like a lot of good products this month but it’s almost impossible to predict what you’ll get. Good thing I like surprises!

“Full size” to be taken with a grain of salt. They’ve been putting a lot more mini and deluxe sample sizes in boxes. In March I got 2 Sol de Janeiro minis in my luxe box. And then in my May and June premium boxes I got those mini Milk lip and cheek oils and the tiny lip balm. The shampoo and conditioner duo listed here aren’t full sized, they’re the Mini travel sizes, which is less than 1/3 the size of the full size bottles. 90ml vs 295ml, or 3oz vs 10oz according to Sephora.

I’m thinking this just may be my last box, I have too many products that were fillers and I just haven’t been impressed lately!

Lots of great possibilities here too many variations makes likelihood of getting What you want lower which is disheartening. I want the hourglass cream glitter $28 eyeshadows but there are two other cheaper brands of liquid eyeshadow possible to receive which are much less desirable and valuable.

according to the spoiler email they sent out tho, at least three of your products have to be from the three spoilers:
Spoiler 1: Babe Lash Serum OR 111 Skin Pollution Defense Booster OR Clean Skin Club Vitamin C Booster
Spoiler 2: Hourglass Glitter Eyeshadow OR Ciate Setting Spray OR Studiomakeup Cream Eyeshadow OR Hourglass Brow Pencil
Spoiler 3: Ace Beaute Blush Palette OR Ace Beaute Bronzer Palette OR PUR Eyeshadow Palette

if three of your items are not from your list, they should give you charms or a replacement item bc those are guaranteed spoilers that you have to get

Goodluck with that. On the may 11th popup, I only got maybe 4 items out of 20 in ordered. The 2nd order never showed up, the 3rd order of essistenal oills leaked everywhere and they just had the ofra lipstick in the charm room and they cancelled that for no reason….I only only got a LITTLE bit of my money for the first order, and didnt get a third of the money I paid vs what showed up, the 2nd order that was lost they refunded me, the 3rd oils, they didnt care, didnt bother to give charms or credit etc and then the ofra charm room item they randomly cancelled, no charms or sorry or anything….so yeah customer service with boxy charm isnt good anymore

Fingers crossed for the Sol De Janiero shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been dying to try those.

Hopefully you get it. I didn’t. I was so excited because I wanted to try them so bad. I was so disappointed with my box…yet again

They have a sol de janiero set at Sephora.com for 25 dollars that has deluxe size samples of that brand in it…I know the body wash is one…not sure the other two…it could be worth checking out if you are looking to try it and see if it works for you.
