Ipsy Reveals Are Up for the June 2020 Glam Bag Ultimate!

Tell me why instead of sending my Glam Bag Ultimate, IPSY decided to send me a Glam bag filled with items that weren’t even being offered this month. I skipped the regular Glam Bag this month. I was confirmed for the GBU and my choice of product and they even charged me! I’m going to be emailing them on Monday!

Why did I get 2 pallets in my bag!! They have to do better or I’lll go elsewhere

If anyone wants to get rid of their GBP and/or GBU bag this month, I would be super interested. My daughter loves the bags and the positive images of the women displayed in their bathing suits. She says they also look kind of like the causebox design from their box we recently received. She wants use them all on a bookshelf in her dorm room next to her Women in Science Lego Set. She is so much more creative than her mother, lol…If interested in letting go of either bag or both would be great please reach out phatpatti82 at Gmail dot com

I might be in the minority, but I am actually thrilled with my GBU this month. It was my GBP that was terrible. I got:

The only thing I won’t use is the Biorace mask but everything else is great!

I got a repeat from last month, emailed, and was told they are working on the issue? Maybe it happened to quite a few people?

Would anyone bill willing to sell me their Cela Creme Rose?

So glad I skipped this month, thought I would have FOMO, but nope, I don’t.

You are my box twin! I can’t say it’s my favorite box.. or even a good box, but I also know that it’s probably more difficult right now to be coordinating with companies and bringing in all sorts of new and exciting products. There’s a lot of unknowns and delays out there. I’m going to crack it up to that and hope that as things get back to normal, so will our subscription boxes.

Pretty much every order I’ve made recently, from Amazon to Etsy to target, have had so many out of stock items and huge delays in shipping. I’m sure Ipsy is dealing with the same…

I have three accounts with a total of two of each bag, so lots and lots of these are repeat items for me personally. If I received it on one account last time, I received it on the other this time. That’s not their fault. However, I have received the brush set before in my plus bag, and I’m now receiving two of them this time (a set in each ultimate). Which means I’m receiving repeat products on the same account… That disappoints me a bit, but oh well. They are good for gifting, and I do use the ones I have, so backup isn’t bad..

Never been more glad I skipped. This is the worst ultimate ive ever seen.

I’m so glad I paused my Ultimate this month. Last month was great – this month is just sad. My Plus isn’t any better at all. Lots of repeats. I hope next month gets better!

I was wandering why there was no spoilers out. It was because almost everything is repeats. I got the same primer in both bags. Last month was the best box yet .this one probably the worst.

primer (I have one already, but I like it, so I don’t mind having another for when my current runs out)
lip oil (will definitely use)

sunday riley (will probably pass on to someone who needs it)

coffee scrub (I’m going to use this just on my feet after reading about how messy it is)

I don’t conside rthis a super exciting ultimate bag, but the cost of the sunscreen, which I definitely wanted and will use every day, covers the cost of the bag, and I’m not mad about having more brushes or clear brow gel.

I would be upset with this bag. I have a lot of these products from Plus, I have never gotten Ultimate. But I already have- Dr. Brandt, Huda sponge, Cela lotion (love!), Shaina B pallet, Naturelab, and TheBalm pic perfect, wasn’t that like the big choice for Plus a couple of months ago? pic perfect or day2night.

Im glad I cancelled this awhile back. Id only want the Tatchs & Glow recipe blueberry bounce cleanser. Bad bad bad

Almost everything here except the Sunday Riley is a repeat and I’ve gotten all in my regular or plus bags. So glad I never started on the $50 a month ultimate subscription. Not impressed in the least. Tried to submit and it said duplicate comment which it is not!

It seems to me that with so many repeats, they’d have let us know… I know I’d have likely opted out of at least one bag in the Ultimate category.

I’ve sent them an email with how disappointed I am in this month’s products. Any of the products I would have been excited about, like the Murad eye cream or the Sunday Riley, are sample sizes. I’m getting tired of them counting things like a sponge as full size items. $50 only to get ripped off on any of the good items is very disappointing.

Worse Ultimate yet. All repeat products, but I get it, cause if COVID and all. Lack of spoilers was a clue.

I don’t see any combination of 12 items that would have been worth the $50 to me.

Not happy with my ultimate this time. They gave me a blush pallet they had already given me a few months ago. A lot of the items seem like repeats.

What a disappointing box! I’m getting the same eye cream I got last month, just a trial size instead. I purchased the Balm palette as an add on in March, and am getting another one. I have no patience for Doucce and am confused why I’m getting two eyeshadow palettes in the same box.

Coconut makes me break out, so I’ll be passing along the setting spray, I’m oily anyway, so I don’t need something that makes me dewy. I know it’s not from Ipsy, but I have the primer already and it kinda stings when I wear it. I’m also disappointed in getting a wine colored lipstick in June. What’s most frustrating is not being able to figure out full and sample sizes.

The past few months of ultimate have been pretty impressive, that’s why I paused plus instead. Now I wonder if I should have switched that. I probably would have gotten another mascara or eyeliner in plus though since I opted out of those and get them 3/4 of the time in plus!
