Enchanted Crystal of the Month Review

First, you'll see a greeting from Adam of Enchanted Crystal. I love these personal notes as they explain behind the scenes details.

Our specimen(s) this month is Conichalcite!

Conichalcite

FYI: The larger piece is about 2 inches long, while the smaller is 1.75 inches long.

At first glance, this mineral seems a little boring, but look closer and you see these amazing little flecks of emerald green! That is the Conichalcite element of our specimens this month! It is actually a secondary mineral that has grown on top of the base of Enargite. This is even more special since these secondary minerals are usually eroded by the environment. Truly, this green shade is stunning!

Enchanted Crystal always sends bonus crystals or minerals in a small bag as well.

Good to Know: These are all under an inch long.

Green Calcite

I absolutely love Calcite and this sea glass green is so pretty. The texture here is also worth mentioning as it is super soft and smooth.

Matchstick Quartz

More matchstick quartz! This is becoming almost a guaranteed addition each month, and I'm ok with it. I like to stick them in windowsills, plant pots, and also most recently, my incense bowl:

Here is a snap of my incense bowl right now! I like to stick loads of little crystals inside, but the matchstick quartz ones are my faves.

Amethyst

This is always going to be one of my favorite stones because of the dreamy soft purple. These little nuggets are also perfect for scattering around.

Verdict: This month's Enchanted Crystal sent such a collector's piece! I have never even heard of this mineral before and I don't think I have anything in that sort of green in my collection.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

Joy-Not the Other One

I always love these reviews. I am thinking about going for it and ordering this box. I’m always disappointed every month when I read your review and realize I missed out again!

Do you mind me asking what is in your incense bowl as the base? Is it sand? Or pink salt? My husband has been burning a lot of incense lately and I never thought of using a bowl. This is a wonderful idea so thanks for sharing!

Hey Joy! Sorry for the super late reply. The bowl is filled with pink salt! It looks pretty and keeps everything from falling over. <3
