Bombay & Cedar has released an update for the June 2020 box. The theme for June is Protect.

The June box will include:

Library of Flowers Eau De Perfume in Field of Flowers, Linden, or Forget Me Not

The Handcreme by Library of Flowers will no longer be included in the June Lifestyle box. Because the formula is not 100% vegan we’ve replaced it with the Eau De Perfume by Library of Flowers. Available in 3 scents! A $42 Value. Please accept our apologies for this last minute change.

We have returned to a fulfillment center for our June Lifestyle Boxes in hopes they could pack faster than just two of us. Unfortunately, we were informed on July 8th they are unable to pack our June boxes until July 14th.

This is getting ridiculous. They bill on time but ship way late. I’ve paid for 3 boxes, received 1.

I’m happy with this substitute. Have so many hand creams already.

I also got a shipping notification for my May box on June 6. It never moved so I emailed CS and they said it actually won’t ship until today and the June boxes will ship “later in June”. So I guess next week? I subbed to Bombay and Cedar a couple of years ago and they always had great service. This has to be pandemic related.

Just received my “May” box on Saturday. Seems like they have been about a month behind on shipping since before the “pandemic.” I do generally love their box & think it is always well curated & a good value. But, at least since I’ve signed-up shipping has been slow and CS not always the friendliest or helpful. I have freq. received shipping notifications for floating boxes, weeks before they ship.
So any news on June & if it will ship in June?

They were having shipping issues way before the pandemic. I’ve subscribed for about 9 months now (skipping one or two in there), and I rarely received the box in the month it was supposed to arrive. At one point they said they changed fulfillment centers, and it improved the month after that, then got bad again, then the pandemic. I like the items so much that I put up with the delays, but it’s frustrating.
For the June boxes, they’re now giving regular updates on their website. Here’s what it currently says (pushed back from a week ago):
June Beauty Boxes
We expect all June Beauty boxes to be shipped by June 25th.
June Lifestyle Boxes
We have returned to a fulfillment center for our June Lifestyle Boxes and expect all boxes to ship the first week in July.

Lol! I’m a school based therapist who shares an office. My office mate used to have one of these and I caught one of the kiddos licking it once. I was wondering why some pieces were getting fuzzy.

Field of flowers is sold out and I’m unfamiliar with these scents. Any recommendations between linden and forget me not?

I am not familiar with Forget Me Not, but love Linden. I’ve used Linden bath oil and shower gel. I love the scent! It’s light and pleasant. I didn’t read close enough earlier to see this as a choice, but I might just subscribe!

I see a few people on here chose linden. I’m not familiar with it but light and pleasant sounds nice. I like floral scents but nothing too heavy. Thank you for your input.

Mine’s still been in pre-shipment since the 6th. I’m happy about the spoiler update, though, I’ve got more than enough handcream. I picked Linden, I just adore that scent and my perfumed body cream is out.

Thanks for the update! I’ll give it another day or two then check in with them, as I know sometimes USPS takes a long time to update tracking.

Has anyone received their May lifestyle box yet? I received tracking info on June 6, but it still lists it in USPS as “preshipment.” I understand delays due to the pandemic, but this sounds like it’s still sitting in B&C’s warehouse.

Mine showed the same. After I contacted them yesterday, I received an email apology for the delay and they said my box will be here Thursday. My tracking info now says the same so hopefully this is going to be here Thursday!
