This box really ALWAYS has the most unique products you never knew you needed. Box after box they do it too. There is always a huge mix for items too. The price is a bit high though plus shipping too. Even with the 25% off it really only gives you free shipping
Things i am not a fan of is there last shipping every month. The oils are so strong and make EVERYTHING smell and sometimes leak too. I have had to throw the oils and the super cute bags they come in most of time.
Anyway i love the box alot.

I received a ship notification email June 6. It said my May box would ship June 8. Its June 14th and still no movement. It hasn’t even been handed over to shipper. At this rate I will have paid for my May box, June Box and pretty soon July Box without even having received my May Box. The shipping issue is getting a little annoying. Its been like this even prior to Covid too.

I got the same email response. Why even send the tracking email if they have no intention of actually shipping it? I’m considering cancelling this box which I really don’t want to do but I hate the idea of paying for 2 or 3 boxes ahead before receiving even one…. which is consistently been my experience with them.

Hi;
I have the same issue my May box is pending to be shipped since June 6 but no movement when I track online. I emailed customer service yesterday and this is the reply I received :
“Our sincere apologies for the delayed shipping. I’m showing your box is in the batch that’s going out this weekend. Please let me know if you have any other questions.”
Hoping my box ships and I receive it next week.

This is one of my favorite boxes. Always has something new for me to try and always feels like a treat the selection of items included. I picked the silver salt lamp and can’t wait for my June box.

How did you choose? Did you receive an email? I signed up for the May box that hopefully will be arriving soon. I have been charged twice so I assume the second charge is for June?

I did get an email yesterday to pick one item and a separate email saying my May box shipped. Yay!

Hey idk about choosing but I was charged twice too and contacted them – the second charge is for June, customer service confirmed. They apologized for the late shipping on the May box and said it will ship by 6/6, so hopefully within the next 3 days
