Do not take 5-HTP if you take ssris. It can affect your serotonin levels and cause bad side effects.

This is true! My friend was seriously vomiting after taking this who also takes SSRI’s but I was totally fine and do not take them. They do work wonders for those who’re coming off of MDMA!
