I bought the last box and it still hasn’t arrived even though I received a shipping notification. Anyone else have an issue?

I ordered mine on April 19 and it still hasn’t arrived, I’m worried. I already sent them an email but they haven’t answered yet.

Update: finally received the Earth Day Discovery box today. Shipping from the U.K. is taking a very long time right now. I ordered two other unrelated gifts through Etsy that were sent to me via Royal Mail and they took a month to arrive (shipping is typically 4-8 days). Just brace yourselves for a wait if you have ordered from Naturisimo—they dispatch their orders very quickly, but the current delays are occurring after that.

I purchased the Earth Day discovery box and received it 3 weeks later. I think it said to give it at least 21 business days to arrive before contacting customer service.

Melissa, I ordered on 4/21/20 and have not received my last Discovery box either. I reached out to Naturisimo and they advised that most parcels should be received within 7-14 days but that COVID concerns have caused delays with Royal Mail. I was advised to recontact them if I still have not received it by 5/21/20. This was the fourth Discovery box I’ve ordered and the three prior boxes arrived very quickly (within a week); the last of those 3 was ordered and received in March at the beginning-ish of Covid delivery delays. So…I’m still waiting too, and hoping it comes soon!

I ordered on the same day the box was released and got it about 10 days later. It’s been awhile now since I got it. So definitely contact them

There boxes can take a couple of weeks to arrive after shipping email. They have good customer service so you can try emailing.
