Yay! My phone cradle/charger is about to fall apart and I spotted one similar to this at Costco that was $60ish. I have an immediate need for both spoilers so I am excited about the summer box!

Last box was decent. Nothing spectacular. The phonesoap is pretty cool. Usually have pretty cool products. Things you’d never think of getting. To be honest, I usually gift at least half of the box. Which is pretty expensive to only use maybe half. Cancelled my sub with them and, so far, I dont regret it.

I ordered the spring box as well and received an email that they were having a problem with the phonesoaps. The email said we had the option to either move to the summer box or receive a refund on the spring box

Awesome! I hope it gets here in time for Father’s day; My dad’s going to love it! I almost always gift my breo items! My mom’s church is getting the projector. I rarely get anything that I actually want but breo makes the best gifts!

I ordered the spring box on 3/24 and it hasn’t shipped yet.

Thanks everyone. I never got that email. Ugh. I wanted the spring box and have no interest in the summer box. I will ask them for a refund and get a chargeback if they refuse.

As a note, I didn’t take either of those options. I worked with them (they are really responsive). They refunded my order, skipped summer, and let me stay on for Fall with a $20 discount. They also kept me on the waitlist for Spring so if PhoneSoap ever replenishes, I’ll also keep the MSA discount they gave me. They said to check back in July which is when PhoneSoap is supposed to replenish.

They sent me an email saying that you had 2 choices since PhoneSoap hasn’t been able to replenish all the backorders yet. You might want to check your spam box or send them an email.
(I’m seasonal, so these were the choices they gave me).

Here’s the two choices:

Option 1: We can push your current order to the Summer 2020 edition. Your next renewal would be for the Fall 2020 edition box, in August, and as a courtesy, we will discount your Fall 2020 edition box by $20

Option 2: We can cancel and refund your current order. Your subscription would renew on the normal schedule, on 5/15/20, for the Summer 2020 edition.

You’ll probably want to reach out to Breo directly as that was toward the end of the season window. My Spring box shipped March 20.

Was it back ordered when you purchased it? Might want to check your emails. I received and update on 5/11 basically saying they had no idea when phonesoap would be fulfilling their order and gave the option to cancel for a full refund or push your order to the summer 2020 box. If you didn’t respond by 5/14 they would assume the summer 2020 option.
