Ohhhhhh I assumed from the little spoiler picture I saw that the Estate Cosmetics highlighter would be the shade Lit, but this is a new shade! 👀👀👀 One I don’t have yet!

I’m definitely leaning strongly towards this product as my choice But hope I get the Yensa concealer in Fair-Cool as well in my bag. I’d love to see a very spring-y pink/coral/rose lippie or gloss in our add-ons as well, a very nice pick-me-up color instead of darker fall/winter tones like last month’s DOC options.

I like the bag and the brush; but I don’t really need either one. Got my April bag today and rather disappointed, don’t like anything in it, except for the add ons I bought and the one thing I picked.

Because I have a ton of product my love for the bags are a big justification point for me. I don’t really like these that much. The zipper pulls aren’t the same on each bag and the shapes and sizes are getting a little redundant. I will probably pause until a set of bags really impresses me.

FYI – Ipsy is experimenting with sending out drawstring canvas bags to some subscribers. This month, some Plus subscribers got the drawstring bags with no warning before they paid.

If you’re in it only for the make-up bags, you might want to pause.

Wow, with no warning? Did they show the bag with your reveal? This should be something people opt-in to, with a discount. After all, they sell the Ultimate bag as a product in add-ons, so they are removing a product.

Well, I went ahead and skipped May before I had second thoughts. I don’t like any of these spoilers and I don’t even like the bag.

My plus is still active, so I I figure I will probably be able to build my own bag with add ons. 🙂

The Goldfaden & the concealer look good. I wish we could choose different complexion shades for foundation vs concealer. I always use concealer in light but this time of year with getting tan I need my foundation in medium. So if I keep my shade as light I’ll get the wrong foundation and if I change to medium I get the wrong concealer🤷‍♀️

I really don’t need cosmetic bags, but I like almost every one I get from Ipsy, so now I’m getting a collection of bags. *sigh* But at least that’s a good “problem” to have.

I’ve been subscribed for a little over 4 years now. I don’t have every single bag I’ve ever gotten. I definitely have more than I need. When I get one that I know someone would absolutely love, I give it to them. One of my nieces shares the Glambag with her daughter and sometimes I know they both want the bag, so I just send mine over. My other niece had to cancel hers, so my profile is set for both of us, sorta. She never asks for any bag but I do offer them and I don’t swap anymore, so she gets everything I don’t want. 😂 I have quite a few already packed in my travel bag because I need to have a bag ready at all times.
Last year when we went on our 10 year wedding anniversary trip, I had about 10 bags with personal care items in them, hotel size products and feminine hygiene. I left them in rest stop restrooms. At one point, we did happen upon a small group of young homeless kids. That was on the way home. So I quickly emptied out some bags and refilled them while my husband packed a backpack full of food, water and Gatorade.
While on vacation, I had wished I had taken more empty Glambags because I love collecting seashells.
Now, with all of this going on, I’m simply cutting back on everything. Ipsy is the only sub I have right now. Nobody is taking donations right now in my area unless it’s medical. The only place that is, the Salvation Army. There is a public and family service center near me which also has a few, studio apartments for family transition. Anybody can go there for help, even if all you need is a place to shower.
I had 6 Glambags with feminine products in them. I dropped them off about 6 weeks ago and they said it was the exact amount of teenage girls living there.
I’ve seen them in women’s restrooms in office settings too. Just empty bags. Free! Take one!
I also use them to keep my makeup sorted by category. Same thing with the inventory of stuff I haven’t gotten to yet.

Yes it is! I’ve never had so many little bags for packing (when I do travel). I have started keeping them because I gave away some really cute bags that I got when I first started this sub, thinking that Ipsy would always send super-cute bags. How wrong was I ?!? I still do give away bags, but I’m much more careful about not giving away ones that I find even a little cute these days.

These are good spoilers for me. I can get excited about most of them. With the exception of the highlighter. I just have *so many* gold highlighters. So very many shades of gold. Too bad I wear silver. Most of the time. Lots of choices when I want to switch it up/swap/donate.

Many subscriptions are needed to pause shipping for health and safety concerns. I’m a little surprised to see the May spoilers. I wonder if Ipsy will be needing to pause soon given the early push for April mailings.

I wipe down the outside of all the packages of all my groceries, I will wipe makeup down, too. Most of the inside of makeup packages were packed months ago, so I’m careful but then I don’t worry.

People can sit in separate rooms to assemble bags. They can wear masks. They can do it from their homes.
