When would be the best day to upgrade from regular to plus to make sure I still get to pick an item?

Just signed up for the first time. The May bag will be my first. How do you know which five products you’ll be able to pick from? Is there a way to find out before they’re released and it’s time to choose? Just wondering how that process works.

They choose everything you get. But, towards the end of the month you can pick 1 item you prefer in your bag. Yiu have to do it fast because usually the good stuff sells out.

You should get an email letting you know when you can pick 1 item. The rest of the products they select for you based off your profile.

Welcome to the fun world of receiving tons of fun beauty products each month!!

On the 23rd of the month, you get to choose one of your items that will be in your bag. This happens on the Ipsy website. They will give you several choices. Ipsy does send a reminder email to you.

Then on the 2nd of the month, you can get “add-ons” (extra products) added your bag for $3, $12 or $18 each. It is still free shipping no matter how many products you choose to add.

Don’t forget to review your products on Ipsy’s website after you get to try them. This helps them to customize your next bag. You also earn points when you review product to put towards free product!

That estate highlighter will be coming in my April GBU. My regular bag is getting close. The other 2 haven’t shipped. For May I’m interested in the concealer since it comes in a cool toned shade

The April Estate highlighter is a different shade, Lit. It’s a light golden yellow. The one pictured here, Byeee, is kind of a yellowy peach.

Has anyone had their april ipsy bag shipped yet? Mine is still in assembly stage.

Mine’s shipped and has been floating through DHL’s system for the past week.

I complained on Ipsy’s Facebook page and got a canned answer that boiled down to “patience”.

I’ve never liked DHL; I always thought it was sketchy,

Just an update. Still in process of being shipped. Weird. Never had to wait this long just for shipment. I did email them and they just said they see it in the process if being shipped and that’s it. So in a few days I will email them again, around the 13th. About 4 months ago they didnt send my glam bag and I had to contact them 3 times to get an acknowledgement that they were not going to ship the bag and it was an error. I missed out on my items that month and they sent me some other crap. It was a really good bag too. I was so mad BECAUSE I HAD TO EMAIL THEM 3 TIMES!!! I am hoping this isnt going to happen to me again. I will be done with them for good. My bag is interesting this month and I bought the iby palette as an add on. I could understand if it was a delay in shipping and it’s a post office issue but it hasn’t left ipsy yet. They took my money early so this supposedly wouldnt be an issue, I would expect to have my bag in shipment by now.

Jen I received my regular Ipsy yesterday and normally don’t receive it til after the 15th. It’s rare for me to get an accurate shipping email from Ipsy or Boxy

I received my GBP today. My regular bag is suppose to arrive next Monday. I think perhaps because of a decrease in staff due to everything that’s going on right now, they have staggered their shipments. I usually don’t receive my bags until after the 15th.

4 out of 5 of my April Glam Bag products are FULL SIZED. I am so shocked.
( one is a brush, yes, but no eyeliner or mascara!!)

I think this is a great bag shown but I do not like the May boxes ( all of the Ipsy sizes, I think) emphasis on the First Aid Beauty brand.

For dry skin, it’s like dabbing some water on my face. I love S. Korean beauty products but FAB doesn’t work well for dry skin, IMO.

That’s funny, I also have very dry skin, and First Aid Beauty is the only skincare line that really works for me. I’ve tried dozens of moisturizers and moisturizing serums, but I keep coming back to FAB’s Ultra Repair line. It hydrates my dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin perfectly, and leaves me all glowy. Bonus points for zero fragrance. I don’t find it’s “like dabbing water on” at all. *shrugs* I’d be thrilled to get the Arnica mask in my bag.
