Has anyone had horrible customer service experience? I am getting a run a round with them.

I replied before but it’s not showing up. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t try to make the customer happy at all. I will never subscribe to Glossy again

I wish I knew. They have taken my money on the 2nd, box shows shipped, and sending repeat messages back without answering my question.

Yes. Customer service is awful. I would never subscribe again based on the service I received from them.
