This is my favorite sunscreen for my face. I’ve also used the Skinceuticals sheer protection which is not tinted, but I prefer this one for its light tint. It never leaves a cast and is very easy to apply because of the thin consistency. It doesn’t pill and it doesn’t break me out. I think this is a good sample size and more than enough for a couple of applications.
I’m really liking this box so far!

La mer is so overhyped. The active ingredients are gone and degraded after several uses simply because the cream doesn’t have a functioning enzyme like superoxide dismutase to protect it from oxygen. Oxygen is toxic, just in case you didnt know. We just have processors that can convert it to something that we can use, like in the electron transport chain. Most jar products are a complete waste of your time. But La mer is the absolute worst cause they charge you so much for a miracke broth that is so effective that they have launched other products too, to boost sales. But if ya like feeling fancy, aint nothing wrong with it. I just dont see the luxe here.

Tinted sunscreen is a useless and unintelligent invention. You can’t put it on your neck, chest, or arms, because it will stain your clothes, so you have to have a second (clear) sunscreen for those parts. They always market tinted sunscreen with the nonsensical words “universal shade” or “flatters everyone”. Riiiiight. I have yet to meet a tinted sunscreen that ISN’T too dark for my face. OK, rant over. Thank you.

I love tinted sunscreen, this one isn’t supposed to be for your body, just your face. A little goes a long way. I wear a tinted moisturizer with sunscreen from origins daily, but I’ve been wanting to try this one from skinceuticals, so I’m excited!

This is a bit of a blanket statement.

The appeal of tinted moisturizer with SPF is that it’s usually oil-free. Which is a great allure for the face and might not matter that much for your chest or arms because they’re not prone to breaking out from oil.

Tons of sunscreens are oil-free (I like Neutrogena and its drugstore imitations) and don’t require you to own two separate sunscreens.
